Updated review. DO NOT COME HERE. Manager condones disrespectful attitudes and poor treatment of customers with their retailers and employees. Lazy service and and poor attitude does not equal a happy customer. Manager spoke to us because he heard about the situation last time with one his employees and only defended both of his employees sour attitudes and short tempers..did not even apologize for the poor service of our purchase. After a road trip in West Texas and riding with a husky my truck was well furry and dirty from winter roads ( dirt, mud, fur from our dog, snacks, crumbs and etc etc etc...). I went in for a car wash yesterday. My Honda was between a large truck in front and a standard sized truck in back. In the middle of the wash, I hit the truck ahead of me. Later I saw it's front tires were off rail. The truck behind me then hits me. The attendants took forever shutting off the system. The front truck drove out of the wash over rails to get out of there. Attendants came to direct me back and finally, with soap all over my car, I was out. The signs telling you to wait and go we're not working. I, with owner of the truck behind me, spoke with the manager who said they had no liability. When we told him the cars were too close, he just shrugged. He took down information about my bent up license plate and punctured rubber bumper. I ask for front windshield to be cleaned again and as I looked over the car I realized I would be there all day waiting for all the half cleaned areas to be re-cleaned properly for a "detail" wash. They always do a wonderful job at cleaning every inch of your car. They have complimentary cookies and coffee. The wash was acceptable. While the service was polite, it was exceptionally limited in explaining my options and services provided. Pricing seems high for essentially a self service car wash. This is not a touchless wash and you have to drive your own car through the wash. The exit signage is confusing and there wasn't anyone around to explain further. For $20 a wash - I expect an attendant to drive my car through the wash and return it to me washed, dried and at least vacuumed. read more

Inconsistent. You pay to have a wash and a light dry. Comes with every damn car wash. Sometimes you get people who actually want to do their job but it's becoming less frequent. I got the cheapest wash $6, so I wasn't expecting too much. I seen the bad reviews on here so I was pleasantly surprised. The girl taking money was very nice, even tho I was in the wrong lane for credit cards. The wash was good, it did leave my windows very spotty so that's partly why I didn't give 5 stars. my other issue was when you come out of the wash unless you paid for extra services you have to continue straight to the free vacuum, but you have to drive through the "hand dry" area, this is also extra money and because there is no way around that area I had to wait till they were done with another car to drive through it to get to the free vacuums. I've been coming here for oil changes and car washes for a long time. Seriously, the price point for their basic full service wash and interior cleaning is the best I know of. Pretty fast service even when they are busy. The lounge is cool too and there is free coffee. Oil change guys are nice. Honest. They've let me know on occasion that I didn't need an oil change yet (they turned away $$$). But I'll be back. Thats why I keep coming here. read more

My first one star review. This place needs to grow up. Literally. There are a bunch of kids working here and I'm not sure any of them take their job seriously. My wife took my jeep Cherokee up to get detailed. It's no Benz or Audi but it's mine. I paid $90 for a detail. I expected a detail. When I picked up my car it was not detailed. They basically wiped it down with a rag and armor all'd the crap out of it. They didn't clean everything. There was gunk near my radio, emergency break and they didn't even touch the trunk. They threw one of my floor mats in the back, forgot to clean it and then placed a different floor mat in my car, that wasn't mine. They only good thing I can say about the place, is that the management knows they are all jacked up and were accommodating when I was upset. However, when I took my car back for the "real clean" I was sadly disappointed when the few items I expressed frustration with, were still dirty... I won't go back. Don't spend your money here, unless your just letting your car go through the wash. Can't complain about the machine. read more

IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN THIS IS THE PLACE. I just have purchased my vehicle and took it to get it detailed. When I received my car back and left I noticed 30 min later that my mats with the Mercedez logos were missing. Thinking that they just forgot to put them back in I called the establishment (the next day because the closed a bit after I left) and the general manager basically stated that I was lying and they didn't take anything. Rub a dub dub my truck needed a scrub....there's only one way in and one way out....so make sure and hit up the FREE vacuum BEFORE you go through the wash! I accidentally did it backwards and it was a pain trying to get outta there...ugh. I paid $50 for a thorough wash/wax/vacuuming/wipe down/ Premium Service and Misc detail Obvious large area in trunk completely missed...the paneling by the lid as well as speaker cover. Under Car Seat, which was not attached at all, no cleaning Where they did wipe down, it was streaky. This means dirty towels. Chrome Wheels not cleaned at all Upon taking the car back to correct this. the spots missed were quickly cleaned by a damp cloth. So why not the 1st time ? The wheels, according to the assistant manager simply were not cleanable. He asked me to watch as he sprayed a blue colored solution on the wheels and wiped them. Nothing happened. So naturally I thought my wheels had somehow gone bad. Walmart wheel cleaner and a paper towel and the chrome wheels look factory new now. Why not the 1st time and then 2nd time ? Reason ? This place is too cheap to use any quality cleaning product...and too lazy to spend 2 minutes with a paper towel. I will never go back...And I don't even want my money back. I certainly don't want them to touch my car again. I have two vehicles and used to frequent the place for oil changes and drive through wash. But never again. read more

I brought my car here, instead of my usual place, because I was in the area Christmas shopping. I got my car washed and I was out of there no more than 2 hours and it started raining. I called back and asked if they had a rain day guarantee for 24 hours like my other place does and he said no we don't. So I washed my car and it rains and I got to pay to have it washed again. I had a gift certificate to this wash that was expired by a few days, but they went ahead and honored it, which I really appreciated. It was for a detail clean and when I picked my car up a few hours later I was SO impressed. First off, I thought this was a little drive through car wash type of place. I live nearby, but I honestly hadn't paid much attention to it. I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice indoor waiting area, very clean and updated with coffee and seating. Secondly, my car was in beautiful condition. I dropped it off with car seats full of goldfish crumbs and mulch that had spilled in my trunk and now it has never looked better. I had a detail about a month ago at another local car wash that has been around forever and it paled in comparison to Shine. Shine cleaned every nook and cranny. I will be returning! read more

When I went for a carwash they broke my radio antenna... why did I try to get my oil changed there?? Stupid me, fool me once... fool me twice. So they told me the bolt was stripped and for liability reasons couldn't do the oil change and that I would need to go to the previous company who did my oil change as they were the culprits and I'd also probably get an oil change for free. So I went to Valvoline, and told them this extremely upset... Why would they turn down forty something dollars $$ if it wasn't an issue right?! The bolt wasn't stripped, it had a few nitches but not an issue at all. I did have a right boot missing on a tire and an upper oil leak that Valvoline took pictures of and warned us about so that we could get those repairs made and even gave us a new bolt. These people lied and cost me over an hour of my time to go back to Valvoline and I was late to work because of it as well. Truly deceptive, like why did they lie and turn down my money?? Idiots. Valvoline ended up a great experience and I recommend them over these fools, and go somewhere else for a carwash cause this place seriously are careless with your vehicle. read more

one word: honest. Truly, I hypothetically could come here, they could (hypothetically) tell me that I need something that I don't need and I wouldn't know, and they could fleece me if they wanted. However, they don't. They do good check-ups and oil changes and, if you need further work on your car, they will promptly refer you to a mechanic. I grew up in Fort Worth, and live in Austin now. I have my favorite Austin car wash, but wanted to do something special for my mom, so I took her car to have it washed and spiffed up on the inside a little bit. I wasn't sure about all the packages, so I asked for something around the same price ($40) I pay for my car in Austin. After the outside wash, they started on the inside, and told me there was coffee & water inside the building. I went in, and -- nothing fancy in there. Free coffee. TV, a place to sit, and a newspaper or two. I waited around for a while. And another while. Jeez, I though, this place is a lot slower than my usual place in Austin. They came to get me, and I looked inside Mom's car, and WOW. Clean. Like, "like new" clean. No joke. I thought to myself, "why do they even HAVE more expenses packages? This is amazing!" So yesterday, I was visiting FW again, and yes, I had to take my own car there to get it washed. And let me say, it's not really the wash that makes it special--it's the amazing job they do on the inside. Don't forget to tip! They earn every penny of your tip!
