Things started off good (as they usually do). I purchased almost $2500 in products with install. Everything was good, worked well. Then the pioneer deck went into a boot loop, brought it in and because I was just over the warranty (by like a month) it was my problem. To make the situation inflammatory was when I swapped my door panels and found SELF TAPPING SCREWS HOLDING UP MY DOOR SPEAKERS! Nick and his lead installer Greg and company are extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and have gone beyond their scope for me on multiple occasions to deliver on time. It really is impressive how much they all know how to do as a shop - for my truck build they've helped me build everything from interior /exterior LED lighting, custom audio head unit+speaker/sub solution, roofrack and rooftop tent install, LED light bars, all the way to complete dual battery/alternator electrical system swap out. I am still not complete with everything, but these guys are my one stop shop for everything possible and they always go out of their way to get something done for you, sometimes at their own inconvenience. But what I love most about this place, is that they have a family type vibe. Always respectful when they speak to you, always flexible with suggestions/solutions/opinions, rework, etc it feels so casual and chill to come by talk. All you hear is support your local businesses but these guys are somthing else. I have been doing alot of research as to what sub amp and speakers I was going to buy to have installed in my truck. I found a specific receiver on the crutchfield website 179.99 with free shipping. I found the EXACT stereo at this shop 249.99 asked the salesmen cost they beat the price and he went on about them being able to make money, look if you gotta penny pinch like that your in the wrong buisness. Bought a dash cam online and had them install it professionally. They tried to show me how to get it working but after 3 months of bringing it back to them to make it work I gave up and just bought one from them and had it installed. Brought it back to have them move it to another spot i prefer on the windshield. I also had a remote start computer added to my BMW when I had the first dash cam installed. I've come back a few more times to get help installing & figuring out the app on my phone. I am just not Davy enough to get these things set up right. They have refused to charge me every time I come back to get it worked on. Excellent customer service and plenty of patience each time. Still won't charge me after I came back to have the dash cam moved again so I'm buying them all lunch in the shop today. read more

I've been wanting to buy a car stereo for a long time but I didn't know much about it and the only thing I knew was it was gonna cost a lot of money so I wanted to make sure that I went somewhere that I felt confident wasn't gonna rip me off... We only have a couple of places here to choose from and I went with car plus because it had better reviews... I went in and they were pretty empty ... I was literally the only person there so I got 100% attention LOL... I told him what I was looking for and they took care of me right away... The stereo and speakers had to be ordered and he told me it would take a couple of weeks... After the two week mark came in when I hadn't heard anything from them so I called myself... I ended up getting a call back that day and he said they came in and we scheduled an appointment day and time... Everything went smoothly and I came to pick up my car Earlier that day than we anticipated... So they took care of it and got it done straight away... They showed me how to work everything and answered all my questions... I absolutely love it and I am extremely happy with the product and the service... I'm gonna go ahead and give this a five stars but I do wanna point out some thing... The only downside to this place is they use an outside answering service I personally think the girl that answers the phone is answering it out of her home because it's the same girl all the time... The issue is that she has to send a message over to them and then I have to wait for them to call me back... I had to make calls to them to separate times... I realized after the fact that when he had called me to let me know the stereo came in... He hadn't even gotten that message that I called yet... It was just coincidental the timing... Because after I had already had my stereo installed I got an email saying that I had called to check on the status of my stereo so we're talking about a week later... I think they need to switch up some stuff with that because all that does is frustrate people... I really don't understand a small business like that needing an outside answering service ‍.... in my opinion it's not working for them... All in all though that was a very minor thing in comparison to the good service and good quality product that they gave me so I am very happy with the results and I highly recommend them and I would have no problem using them again read more

Customer service is not this company's strong point. Making the almighty American dollar is. After having two clarion stereos go bad within a 13 month period and trying to charge me for a smart card that did not fix the second one, this business had the nerve to want to charge me to have the third refurbished stereo reinstalled. It should not be my problem as a paying customer to have to pay additional money for a CRAPPY product they recommended to me. This should be something that they work out with Clarion.
