I just knew the speakers weren't working properly, and I wasn't sure if the amp was working either. Chris and his team quickly diagnosed the issue. They discovered that all the speakers were blown and that the system had likely been hastily thrown together by the dealership we bought the truck from. They also found that the stereo was locked out, which prevented access to the digital equalizer and tuning controls. Fortunately, they were able to fix that too. Chris replaced all the speakers and got the stereo working again, and when we picked up the truck, the sound system was incredible. The entire job was completed in just one day. On top of that, they fixed and replaced the tailgate actuator, which had been grinding for months. The stereo repair and actuator replacement turned out to be the perfect graduation gift for my son, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
