These guys (Frank and Lalo) used to work for a company in Temecula the owner sold the shop so Frank and Lalo opened their own shop in Hemet. I'm not one to write a review but I feel I just have to. There is a lot of anxiety when your car breaks down and you have to find a mechanic hoping there good and not going to rip you off. I can promise these guys are good and offer a fair price I've used them a few times. They seriously care about their standing and what people think word of mouth is so important to them especially being a newer business. I know a lot of single women hate having to deal with a auto mechanic but I can promise they won't jack prices or try and sell you something you don't need you will absolutely feel comfortable. Needed some work done on my truck and my reg mechanic was too busy and didnt do alignments. Went here on a recommendation from another person waiting at previous mechanic. I needed the front suspension checked out, an alignment, and my door lock actuator replaced, they even installed some nerf bars and headlights I had bought for a weekend project. They offered me a ride home and a pick up if needed. Sent me pictures and a short video when quoting my front suspension repair. I ended up replacing the ball joints which was done at a fair price. They even fixed a loose license plate frame and cleaned up my battery terminals at no charge! They were quick, thorough and clean. Took my truck to a repair shop in temecula, told me i needed a new engine. I got a recommendation for car services, i called and lalo answered, allowed me to bring over my truck right then and there. I go in and i felt welcomed and like i could trust these people. It felt like they wanted to do their job, not just get some money. They let me know that a screw underneath the rotor cap was loose which was causing the problem. They took care of me extremely well and gave us a discount. They bought a new customer today, regardless if i need an oil change or a part replaced. Initially took my 2013 Toyota Prus Plug-in to the Toyota Dealer for everything. Then had engine problems @ 170K Miles. Dealer said I needed an engine replacement due to Head Gasket leaking. Quoted over 9K for a USED ENGINE with 100K Miles and I walked out frustrated and upset. Thankful I found "Car Services" and Lalo properly sent out the existing engine for Head Gasket repair. I ended up having them do a full service Including suspension part replaced as well as all the fluids drained and filled. The car was there almost a month but when I got my car back it drove and sounded like a new car! I won't go anywhere else and they will service all my cars from now on. So i have been doing alot of work on my car to the point i didnt want to anymore. I found car services close to my house and reached out for help. They were very accommodating as they were able to install parts i already purchased. The next day my car was ready to be picked up. From start to finish these guys were so friendly and helpful. I start the car and before i left the parking lot i could feel the difference...wow!! Like a whole new car. These guys do amazing work but the best part was when i noticed they changed one of the terminals on my battery that needed changing but never got around to it. They did and didnt even charge me for it !! These guys are legit. Fast and friendly and reliable. I thought mechanic shops like this were a myth but i was wrong.
