The only reason I'm giving this one star is because I have to. My entire family has gone to this location and at first it was wonderful. The past 6 months not so much. My parents both had horrible experiences back to back but I hadn't yet so I continued to go. The past two times have been awful. I had to revacuum and re clean my leather the past time I had gone. This time they blatantly missed half of my back seat, the passenger seat, and my console area to the point that my mom took my car to get it cleaned not realizing that I had gotten it done 15 minutes prior. Absolutely ridiculous cleaning service for your car. I don't usually post anything but this was such horrible service I felt I had an obligation to protect other people from throwing away $20. read more

Took my car there first time yesterday. It will be my last. Paid for wash, vacuum, interior clean, air freshener. When I picked it up, the trunk was not vacuumed at all, dashboard was still dusty and I got no air freshener spray. I had to ask them to redo it and when I ask why it wasn't done, one guy blamed another. I will nor be coming back. read more

I was looking to get my car wash today and found car spa in Allen Texas. This was the first time I had been here. When he finished, It looked amazing. I had a couple of areas where I had damage the The front fender and scuffed the pain. Alan came came over and took a look at it, and said he could buff that out. It looked new when he was done. Perfect. He didn't charge me for doing this work, and just told me to make sure I come back again. And I certainly will. They do a decent job, but very unorganized. I stood here and watched 3 different people open the rear hatch and wash the inside window? Guess it will be clean, but explains the wait time. Entering the wash it seems random whether they spray down the car before brushing; again, shows the lack of attention to details. read more

My husband signed up on an unlimited wash plan and two days later went back with my car to sign it up as well. His Mercedes looked flawless, shined, the interior dash even sparkled and it smelt new again. My Mercedes, not so much. The exterior wash was a 7/10, there was still some bugs left on my windshield and my interior was not near as immaculate as his was, and the inside of my windshield is awful! If the sun is shining at my windshield I can barely see out of it due to streaks from them wiping it. Overall, I'm satisfied with the job done as far as cleaning my car but little minor details that mean everything to me weren't done to my satisfaction. We both get free car washes at Park Place and I'm kind of confused as to why we are paying $100 a month to wash our cars if we can take it to the dealership and get the same treatment for free... I'll give them a couple more chances I guess. read more

More concerned with profit margin than customer service. I had plans to polish and wax my wife's car and wanted to get an interior detail. The guy went through his spiel and kept pushing me into these packages. I explained I didn't want any polish or wax, just a basic wash and an interior detail. I even asked if I could get an interior detail a la carte and he just said no- I can only get some big package that included polish and wax. He was nice enough but I eventually just gave up and left. Their menu is too complicated and confusing for a car wash- probably designed for just the purpose of confusing their customers so they can push large, unnecessary packages. I went down the street to Parkway Auto Spa on Eldorado. Their "menu" is 1,000 times easier and they're about 10-20% cheaper than Car Spa. read more

So much fun taking the kids through the carwash. The staff is so friendly and do a wonderful job. The effort they put in to cleaning and detailing is top notch. It appears the Auto Spa is understaffed at times but they still manage to hustle and get us in and out quickly. read more

Before entering the car wash they brush the front of the vehicle with a brush on a long handle. The person also brushed my hood and windshield. I didn't think much of it at the time but after getting home I noticed there are now thousands of hairline scratches in the clear coat on the hood. Why would a nylon bristle brush be used that can damage the finish of a vehicle? Now I have to buff out the scratches and polish the hood. Car Spa, one and done for me. read more

Very friendly staff! Car was detailed immaculately. The windows had a lot of haze and the car was in need of a vacuuming and dusting. Every single minor detail of the car was cleaned to perfection. They even cleaned some spots off of my mats and that was not even listed on my $20 wash/detail. The waiting room is very nice although I did not have to wait there long due to the hustling employees! Best car wash around. I used to go to one up the street but this place does a much better job on my trucks. The workers are always happy to help and very proficient and detailed. The inside atmosphere is very pleasant and the cashier (Frankie) did a great job explaining the punch card and is always smiling and responsive to everything going on in the waiting area. This was my favorite car wash until recently. The last few times I've ended up waiting for two hours waiting for a wash. The cars were piled up and one worker locked keys in a vehicle. It was a hot mess. They haven't been vacuuming under my back seats or wiping down the doors. I went Tuesday morning about 15 minutes after they opened. They had three vehicles in the vaccume bay and two ahead of me. After 10 minutes a guy came to show me pricing and ask me if I wanted a detail or quick wash. I said a quick wash. He asked if I wanted interior too or just exterior. I said interior. He asked if I wanted a detail or just wipe down. I said just a wipe down. Then he said ok but it would be an hour and a half before they would be able to do my carb WHAT!?! Had he told me that we could have avoided that five minute spill. Also-how could it be an hour and a half with three cars being done and two in front of me?! And this was a Tuesday. I can't imagine a Saturday! No thanks. Save your time and go to Trademark. This place has become subpar in quality AND customer service. read more

I have been coming to this facility for 2.5 years. Initially I was blown away by the quality and service. I use their facility at least 4 times a month with my two vehicles and have had full service as well as detail and wax services. Over the years the quality degraded as lately every time I inspected the exterior of the vehicle before leaving I found numerous spots where bugs and other grime had not been removed. The "inspector " always grabs a rag and goes around rubbing on the spots as I point them out. But it is such a remarkable change from my early experience I honestly wondered if there was a management change. I still continue to go occasionally because of the convenient location but I know I will have to go over the front and mirrors when I get home if I want all the bugs and grim off. I'm sad to see the quality drop off. I'd rather pay more and get the high quality wash service I initially had. read more

Went on a Saturday in March 2015 and it was an outstanding experience! I was looking for a new car wash because I felt my prior facility was not doing their best to get my vehicle clean. At Car Spa, the service was great, the waiting room was great, the price was more than fair and when my car was done, I saw an inspector come over and inspect my vehicle to ensure it was clean. They actually had someone verify my car was clean! I will definitely be taking both of my vehicles to the Car Spa. read more

Terrible!! I paid $130.00 for the "Full Service" detail. I got little more than a $12.00 car wash plus a steam cleaner ran over the carpet to make it feel wet. Many carpet spots remain - I hand wiped the chrome grill to get the road film off of it. When I cracked the windows, I still see the line on the windows around the seal from road film. 'Still had some bug spatter on the front of the hood and on the headlights. To me these are EXTREMELY obvious signs they did not even try to detail the vehicle. They simply washed it and made it look like they detailed it when they did not. Not going back there ever again. I get so frustrated with service vendors that will not provide the service they are paid for - and this is one of them. I have no bias here and zero affiliation with trademark car wash in Allen, Tx, but every time I go there I cannot get in because of the line of vehicles waiting to be washed - they have earned a good reputation and I believe they are benefiting from it - I should have waited in line... read more

I have been to the other two Car Spa's in dfw and have always left happy. Today, at the Allen location I felt I got even better service than at the other locations. I always go in for a full service detail and wash. I have the messiest child, who spills food, drinks and junk everywhere! It's very helpful and reasonable for a single mom. They informed me I had mold before and had my car the cleanest I've ever seen it. It was disgusting before! I'm so happy and will be back! Thank you. read more

The place is nice on the inside, so the wait was fine. The service was good (I went on a rainy day for an interior cleaning and was one of only two customers so I had no wait and the workers were attentive and courteous). Just for some context, my dog had peed in my new truck, so I needed to get the seats shampooed and the floor mats wiped down. For 39.99, I selected the service that included the shampoo. The service was pretty quick (waited about 35 minutes, which isn't bad for a good shampoo). However, it is two days later and my seats are still soaking wet. It's as if they completely skipped the step of trying to suction up the water/shampoo altogether. I followed their instructions and left my windows down while parking in the garage overnight. They estimated the drying time at "a few hours." Here I am two days later with the plastic still covering my driver seat, and unable to allow anyone to sit in my car because they will get soaked. If they would have told me I wasn't going to be able to comfortably use my vehicle for a few days, I would have found somewhere to shampoo the seats myself. I have had my vehicles professionally cleaned for years, and have never experienced anything like it. Almost as if they didn't even bother to try and dry the seats at all, which is unacceptable considering I was 1 or 2 customers and its not like they were so busy they were spread thin. Someone messed up. I have the receipt and can go back there today within 48 hours to have them clean the exterior of my vehicle, but I'd rather not because I'm afraid I might be rude. So instead, I've left a fair review here on Yelp for you all to decide for yourselves. As for me, I will not be going back. I'm sure the exterior washes are just fine (pretty hard to mess that up), but I would not get the shampoo if I were you. read more

I've usually always go to TradeMark to get my vehicles washed but today it was closed around 4:30 p.m due to the weather, which was upsetting. It took me by surprise that Car Spa was open so I decided to go there and let me tell you they did a phenomenal job on my car. I got a full service (outside wash and inside clean) and I've never seen such people work so hard and have my car detailed just for a Gold full service and it was ridiculously cold but they took such good care of me. I had went inside to wait and the cashier was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I love the inside, it was very neat and the restrooms as well. One of my favorites was the fact that they had some great hot coffee and some news on, made the wait awesome. My car was done very fast and when I went for my car everyone was so friendly! This is definitely going to be the car wash I go to from now on. I definitely suggest Car Spa to everyone. read more

This was my first time using the Car Spa Allen and I was not pleased at all. I received the special wax/wheel shine package ( suppose to be 10 min hand wax ) for $20 and was not impressed or pleased with the outcome. I also thought I heard the sales lady tell me that the vacuum came with the package, but I did not know that until they finished waxing my vehicle. Since the vacuum did not come with the package I asked the young man if I could spray some freshener in the car so it could at least smell good. He was about let me spray my vehicle & then the owner or manager ( not sure which one ) said "no". I also explained to him the situation & all he said was "I am sorry , have a good day". I was shocked he would let me leave & not being pleased with the work on my car among other things. I WILL NEVER USE THAT CAR WASH AGAIN....BAD OWNER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! It is not worth the price. I will continue to patronize the McKinney car washes that I normally use. read more
