I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism or disrespect from a business, and I sincerely hope corporate management reviews what happened at this location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I scheduled an appointment three days in advance for an oil change AND Texas state inspection. I arrived 20 minutes early, confirmed both services at the front desk, and was told it would take approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. I specifically asked if my car would be finished before 1230 and was told it would.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]1230 came and went with no communication. I finally received a text close to 4pm.. nearly five hours after dropping off my vehicle.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I paid, I noticed I wasn't given state inspection paperwork. I checked my receipt and discovered why.. the inspection I scheduled and confirmed was never done. Instead, they performed and charged me for a tire rotation I did not request. I had to go back inside and wait even longer for the inspection to actually be completed. I asked for the tire rotation to be refunded given that I never authorized it and my 1he 20min appointment had turned into nearly five hours with one of my requested services completely missed. I was told the difference was only about $4. [[HIGHLIGHT]]During the conversation, I said I felt like I was "getting f-ed over." I fully acknowledge using profanity out of frustration.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]That is when another employee, Steve, who had not been part of the conversation, interjected: "Lady, no one's f-n you over." When I told him he didn't know what had happened, he then told me to "shut my f-n mouth."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was appalled and reacted angrily, using profanity myself.. and I take responsibility for that. But there is an enormous difference between a frustrated customer using profanity while trying to resolve a legitimate service failure and an employee inserting himself into the situation, telling a customer to shut her "f-n mouth," and personally insulting her. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Steve then repeatedly called me "crazy" and said I had "mental issues." I have a recording of part of this interaction, including Steve saying, "You can record this. You are crazy, lady."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I tried to stop engaging with Steve and continue resolving the issue with the original employee, Steve continued interjecting. At one point, the original employee handed me $5 from his own wallet, only to later ask for it back. That employee eventually acknowledged, "You're right, it was my fault."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Mistakes happen. A missed service or scheduling error could have been resolved professionally. What is unacceptable is how I was treated after bringing those mistakes to their attention. No customer should be told to shut their "f-n mouth," called crazy, told they have mental issues, or personally demeaned for questioning an unauthorized charge and asking for a problem to be corrected. The interaction became even more concerning when Steve abruptly stood up and physically postured toward me in a way I perceived as intimidating and threatening. Regardless of his intent, the combination of his language, personal insults, and physical demeanor was completely inappropriate for anyone representing a business. I am asking corporate management to review this incident and contact me directly. I am happy to provide the recording, appointment confirmation, receipt, and full timeline. This was not simply poor customer service. A five hour appointment, an unauthorized service, a missed state inspection, profanity directed at a customer, personal insults, and intimidating behavior warrant corporate attention. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I received a response from a person saying they were the owner about my last review and if they reviewed the last invoice it said they replace a expansion tank, no where did it say there was a bad hose and they replaced that part.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So, if it was a hose causing my leak which still is leaking why did I pay for a expansion tank that was never replaced. Plus on both visits I was never given are showen any old parts that were bad. I dont think your shop even replaced anything, I think they did a patch job hoping it would solve the problem. An update to add about my previous bad review on May 27th about my oil change. I didn't drive the car for about 3 days after my horrible oil change experience. We went to Oklahoma on June 5th and stopped at a store on the way back. When coming out of the store....... my wife noticed liquid was on the ground under the front of my car. We opened the hood and saw some radiator fluid near the radiator. I noticed the cap was crooked and when I went to take it off it was barely hanging on by the notch of cap on one side. I was lucky it didn't fall off when driving it. They didn't even put my radiator cap back on and just set in on the fill up hole. After my oil change, they gave me quotes and problems they found on the car. They said I have an empty coolant tank .They wanted to charge me do a test on the radiator to see if I have a leak. I said no. When we found the cap was not put back on I looked at the coolant reservoir and it had coolant in it so that was never an issue. They just making stuff up to make money from us customers even if there isn't a problem. Once again I will never take my car back to Aloha again and I would suggest be alert and make sure you check your car over if you do take it to them. Love this place! I try and do everything myself but there's some tools I don't have. They welded up an exhaust for me on my corvette and did a great job. They've also mounted and balanced numerous wheels and tires for me and always get them done super fast, affordable and don't leave any damage on the wheels at all! First of all Mo was very friendly and attentive to what my needs were. My truck was filthy from a t week road trip with my dogs. Overall the quality of the wash was great. And the detailers did a great job. Of getting the dirt out. However There were a few spots they missed like my back window, And the rear door cup holders, and the cup holder behind the arm rest. My rearview mirror. However They got ALL the dog hair out of my carpet. Bravo! Aside from the minor discrepancies they did a stand up job. I'll be sure to go over my vehicle when done a little better next time. But it was the first time I had been and I was overall satisfied with the wash and will be back for sure. If you want an automotive repair shop with morals and integrity, this is the place!! My car was in a wreck and my insurance company wanted to total my car for $2200.00 in damages and make me buy it back from them when the Kelly Blue Book value is $5900-$7900 and Aloha agreed with me it didn't need to be totaled, then the insurance company wanted to use garbage parts for replacement on my car and Steve at Aloha fought for new parts and didn't back down. TD;DR: You're just a dollar amount to them and the work cant be trusted. I would absolutely NOT recommend this shop for any vehicle repairs. I initially took my truck in for a cylinder head rebuild (a $5,689.20 job - plus tax). While I hated to spend this kind of money - I felt comforted that Aloha at least offered a 12 month warranty on parts used and 90 days for labor. PLEASE don't let their offer of a warranty fool you - they do NOT honor their warranty once their work is completed. In fact, they do everything they can to avoid covering their work (and the costly damage they cause due to carelessness when performing their repairs). The employees were extremely nice when I initially spoke with them, but that seems to fade once payment is made. No one ever reached out to me - at any point - to update me on the status of my truck, or provide any updates for that matter. I repeatedly had to call for status updates. I originally took my truck in on 5 Nov, 2022 and didnt get it back until 8 December 2022. A few days prior to getting it back, they advised me that they had knocked the oil level sensor off during re-assembly and would need to replace it. I had to wait a couple more days for repair. I was completely shocked when they charged me for this. They tried to make it seem better by stating that they "didn't charge me for labor" - but they did mark it up by about $30.00. At this point, I paid as I just needed my truck back. When I picked my truck up, everything seemed fine; however, the emergency brake boot had been completely eaten and torn up by rats on their property. I made them aware of the issue, and they agreed to replace it (something that they later stated had been "doing me a favor"...even after stating that they were aware of their rat issue). They told me they had ordered the new boot, and would call me when it came in. Of course - I never heard from them. I gave it a month, and reached out to them to determine the status of the boot. They stated it should come in over the next couple of days. A couple of days later, the boot had come in and I took it back in for the repair. This definitely made me wonder if they had just forgotten to order the replacement boot in the first place. I once again picked my truck up, and it SEEMED fine. I didn't do much driving as I was working from home and then we had ice and snow in the area. It sat at the house until 3 February when we had to make a trip to Amarillo. About 40 mins outside of Amarillo, the truck started to stutter and shake. It didn't appear to be getting any gas when I excellerated. I called and spoke with Amir who said it sounded like the pigtail which they had removed during the initial repair and that it likely wasn't the sensor. He stated that if it was the sensor, the engine wouldn't have started back up at all. He instructed me to take it to Auto Zone for a code reading. The code indicated an issue with the high pressure fuel line. I called Amir and was told to bring the truck back in when we were back in the Dallas area. There was no effort to try to assist us in any way while we were struggling in Amarillo. The trip back to Dallas was incredibly stressful. On the way home, the truck kept shaking and losing excelleration, and the issue continued. We called Aloha and left a message, and reached out to them via Facebook messenger. They are closed on Sunday, (which is when we were traveling home), so I assumed we wouldn't hear back until first thing Monday morning. The issue presented intermittently on our way home. I could make it to about 50 mph (which seemed to be the sweet spot) - but if I pressed the pedal, I would lose power completely. We had to pull over several times and basically just crawled back to Dallas. A trip that should have taken about 4.5 hours, ended up taking about 8 hours. We waited until about 1pm on Monday and still never heard from Aloha (despite our messages). I reached out to them and they said to bring it in. I expressed frustration that no-one had reached out to me in response to either of my messages, and they said they didn't know why no one had, and that they would look into it. We were able to see on Facebook that they had in fact read our message, but chose not to respond. After looking at the truck, they told me the issue was likely the pigtail (which is a wire connector for the sensor I had mentioned above). This was a connector they had taken apart when they had initially worked on my cylinder head rebuild. I thought that surely, since this was something they directly had to mess with when they initially repaired my truck, this was obviously tied to the repair and would be covered by the warranty. I thought wrong. They, of course, tried to say that it was just a coincidence and that they were not responsible for the repair - it was not covered under the warranty. Stay away! stay away! they are thieves, they charge me $125 just to plug the scanner into my Nissan Sentra 2011 which auto zone do for free then he wants to charge me $550 to change 4 spark plugs! wow what a crook! the spark plugs are $12 each he is charging $500 for labor to replace 4 spark plugs. Picked up my truck yesterday after a starter replacement. Noticed this today after they were already closed. Disputing the $447 CC payment until this gets resolved. Calling them tomorrow morning..this could only happen by backing the truck up with the door open, and hitting a lift or garage door frame. 100 percent not cool.poke to Steve first thing this morning, and was hoping for a resolution. He flat out called me a liar, and wasn't even willing to admit that the damage happened in the shop. Argumentative. Disrespectful. Condescending. Ignorant. I never asked for that, only for them to repair the body damage caused by carelessness done to my truck.
