Love this place! I try and do everything myself but there's some tools I don't have. They welded up an exhaust for me on my corvette and did a great job. They've also mounted and balanced numerous wheels and tires for me and always get them done super fast, affordable and don't leave any damage on the wheels at all! My car was in a wreck and my insurance company wanted to total my car for $2200.00 in damages and make me buy it back from them when the Kelly Blue Book value is $5900-$7900 and Aloha agreed with me it didn't need to be totaled, then the insurance company wanted to use garbage parts for replacement on my car and Steve at Aloha fought for new parts and didn't back down. First of all Mo was very friendly and attentive to what my needs were. My truck was filthy from a t week road trip with my dogs. Overall the quality of the wash was great. And the detailers did a great job. Of getting the dirt out. However There were a few spots they missed like my back window, And the rear door cup holders, and the cup holder behind the arm rest. My rearview mirror. However They got ALL the dog hair out of my carpet. Bravo! Aside from the minor discrepancies they did a stand up job. I'll be sure to go over my vehicle when done a little better next time. But it was the first time I had been and I was overall satisfied with the wash and will be back for sure. Submitted an online repair request I even asked for someone to follow up with me never heard anything. Finally I called and talk to someone there who answers the phone I suppose and went through the whole ordeal again tried to make an appointment explained what I needed done provided the year make and model my name address phone number and never heard a single word back although they promised they would send me an email and let me know when I can bring the car in. TD;DR: You're just a dollar amount to them and the work cant be trusted. I would absolutely NOT recommend this shop for any vehicle repairs. I initially took my truck in for a cylinder head rebuild (a $5,689.20 job - plus tax). While I hated to spend this kind of money - I felt comforted that Aloha at least offered a 12 month warranty on parts used and 90 days for labor. PLEASE don't let their offer of a warranty fool you - they do NOT honor their warranty once their work is completed. In fact, they do everything they can to avoid covering their work (and the costly damage they cause due to carelessness when performing their repairs). The employees were extremely nice when I initially spoke with them, but that seems to fade once payment is made. No one ever reached out to me - at any point - to update me on the status of my truck, or provide any updates for that matter. I repeatedly had to call for status updates. I originally took my truck in on 5 Nov, 2022 and didnt get it back until 8 December 2022. A few days prior to getting it back, they advised me that they had knocked the oil level sensor off during re-assembly and would need to replace it. I had to wait a couple more days for repair. I was completely shocked when they charged me for this. They tried to make it seem better by stating that they "didn't charge me for labor" - but they did mark it up by about $30.00. At this point, I paid as I just needed my truck back. When I picked my truck up, everything seemed fine; however, the emergency brake boot had been completely eaten and torn up by rats on their property. I made them aware of the issue, and they agreed to replace it (something that they later stated had been "doing me a favor"...even after stating that they were aware of their rat issue). They told me they had ordered the new boot, and would call me when it came in. Of course - I never heard from them. I gave it a month, and reached out to them to determine the status of the boot. They stated it should come in over the next couple of days. A couple of days later, the boot had come in and I took it back in for the repair. This definitely made me wonder if they had just forgotten to order the replacement boot in the first place. I once again picked my truck up, and it SEEMED fine. I didn't do much driving as I was working from home and then we had ice and snow in the area. It sat at the house until 3 February when we had to make a trip to Amarillo. About 40 mins outside of Amarillo, the truck started to stutter and shake. It didn't appear to be getting any gas when I excellerated. I called and spoke with Amir who said it sounded like the pigtail which they had removed during the initial repair and that it likely wasn't the sensor. He stated that if it was the sensor, the engine wouldn't have started back up at all. He instructed me to take it to Auto Zone for a code reading. The code indicated an issue with the high pressure fuel line. I called Amir and was told to bring the truck back in when we were back in the Dallas area. There was no effort to try to assist us in any way while we were struggling in Amarillo. The trip back to Dallas was incredibly stressful. On the way home, the truck kept shaking and losing excelleration, and the issue continued. We called Aloha and left a message, and reached out to them via Facebook messenger. They are closed on Sunday, (which is when we were traveling home), so I assumed we wouldn't hear back until first thing Monday morning. The issue presented intermittently on our way home. I could make it to about 50 mph (which seemed to be the sweet spot) - but if I pressed the pedal, I would lose power completely. We had to pull over several times and basically just crawled back to Dallas. A trip that should have taken about 4.5 hours, ended up taking about 8 hours. We waited until about 1pm on Monday and still never heard from Aloha (despite our messages). I reached out to them and they said to bring it in. I expressed frustration that no-one had reached out to me in response to either of my messages, and they said they didn't know why no one had, and that they would look into it. We were able to see on Facebook that they had in fact read our message, but chose not to respond. After looking at the truck, they told me the issue was likely the pigtail (which is a wire connector for the sensor I had mentioned above). This was a connector they had taken apart when they had initially worked on my cylinder head rebuild. I thought that surely, since this was something they directly had to mess with when they initially repaired my truck, this was obviously tied to the repair and would be covered by the warranty. I thought wrong. They, of course, tried to say that it was just a coincidence and that they were not responsible for the repair - it was not covered under the warranty. Their stance was - "If we were to fix something in your engine and then the 02 sensor went out, would you expect us to replace that read more

not a very good experience. was given a quote charged more than what the quote was only to have part replaced and told it didn't fix the vehicle when I inspected the vehicle the battery was completely dead(which was brand new) the ignition switch was left on which drained the battery when I asked if they attempted to boost the car to test the part I was told no. they told me they would boost the car to see if it was fixed and I didn't understand why that wasn't done in the first place. after them telling me that that didn't fix the car they proceeded to charge me more money to diagnose the problem for me only to tell me that that aren't sure if that's the issue they can fix that issue for me and if that doesn't fix the car they will charge me to diagnose again. wasted my day and money ended up having to get my car towed home and the associate who helped me, (the black one) burped in my face. Stay away! stay away! they are thieves, they charge me $125 just to plug the scanner into my Nissan Sentra 2011 which auto zone do for free then he wants to charge me $550 to change 4 spark plugs! wow what a crook! the spark plugs are $12 each he is charging $500 for labor to replace 4 spark plugs.
