I'm 64 years old and I admit, I have not cleaned my Corolla's interior in a while so I paid $75 to have my seats shampooed and also received the 12-step interior detailing. I didn't know that I would have to finish the job. My mirror was dirty, I guess from the spray used during the shampooing. My gear shifter knob was still dirty, the buttons to unlock the door were still dirty, the panel next to my steering wheel beside the windshield was still dirty, the ceiling above the visor on the driver's side was still smudged with mascara, but the dashboard and carpet was cleaned beautifully! They are hot and cold. One minute you can choose to have your car move through the machine while you're in it. The next you have to ride in your car. I feel like its lost its flavor & the new bossy employee at the pay machine is too aggressive- it's a NO for me. read more

I'm posting this review a little late but certainly still well deserved. Back in February my son spilled red Icee (yikes ) on my front seat. After much searching I finally found a place that doesn't need an appointment for interior cleaning. At Car Spa I was warmly greeted by the attendant who patiently helped me select a service based on my cleaning needs. They recommended the full detail which was on special and most cost effective. Perfect! This included going through the car wash, then driving over to an attendant to dry it off and complete the interior cleaning. Reggie worked on my car. Not only was he professional, fast, thorough but got the red Icee stain out. THANK YOU!!!!! I was very impressed and that doesn't happen easy as I am also super picky about cleaning my car properly. I grew up around car guys so I know what a good cleaning entails. Reggie exceeded my expectations and won me as a new client. I won't be going any where else. I highly recommend this place. I also notice the other workers (mostly young adults) work hard and well along with being professionals. They run specials often on there website which is another big plus plus. NOPE! Don't do it. I went in and had them change 1 tire. I noticed a week later when I got on the freeway that side was shaking more than normal especially at 65+. I looked and it was the wrong size tire. So I go back and they try to tell me I need both my front tires changed and how they're used they only last a couple of weeks. So not only did he not want to change the wrong size tire to make good, he wanted to make more money. I've had used tired before sir and they've lasted alot longer than 2 weeks. Pathetic. I got a car for my daughter. This car sat under trees for 2 years. I brought it to car spa for a detail. The car smelled like it had been sitting. Leaves, pine needles were all throughout the car. Seats and carpet had stains and it looked like coffee spots had splattered above the driver seat. I dropped the car off and hoped for the best. I got the exterior/interior package (I knew she needed some extra love). Aubrey was my tech. OMG!!! He did an AMAZING job! She looks brand new! Coming here was strictly impulsive as I was headed to work on a Saturday morning. Overall the facilities are nice and the employees whom I talked to knew what they were talking about. Since I recently purchased my vehicle I decide to get a premium wash and shine and they did an excellent job. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. I went to get my interior cleaned last year. It was the last time I went to car spa for interior cleaning. When I got there I described what I wanted clean I asked if they could shampoo my mats and clean the floor the cup holder then he cut me off and said "you don't think we'll do a good job? You don't trust me?" I was like... no? ‍ But anyways he said "I got it." I handed him the keys waited a day or two, paid and received my not so decent of a cleaned car. It wasn't a good job. There were crumbs and debris on the carpets, the sides weren't cleaned well I expected so much from them. However I did appreciate the surprise gift they left me. Can you guess what it is? I've been coming here for years. While I understand that they may be short staffed due to COVID, I cannot accept paying money to have my car cleaned, then I have to take it to a car wash to clean it myself because they're doing a poor job. The last few visits have been unsatisfactory. Last time I went, they didn't vacuum my car (I paid for an inside/outside cleaning), there was still visible dirt on my windshield and tires, and my dash still had dust all over it. I went on Father Day early morning and order platinum car wash, interior clean and carpet shampoo. The front windshield had streaks on it. The back window wasn't cleaned at all and the carpet on the driver side on the back floor of the car was missed all together. Plus the driver side under the steering wheel near the door was missed as well. It was like the only real cleaning happened on the passenger side I guess because that's the side you can see them working. For $80 I would expect a decent cleaning. Well their loss because I won't return to spend another dime. Also I have a small 2 door car not a huge truck so it really wasn't that much work. read more
