I went to Car Spa on yesterday and was offered the absolute worst service ever. I paid for the platinum service which included full in/out detailing tire cleaning and tire shine. Well, when I went to retrieve my vehicle I noticed that my rear left tire had mud on it. I inquired from Anthony who stated that he was the manager about the mud on the tire and he replied " we don't wash the tire we only put on tire shine" I expressed to him how ridiculous it was to offer a car washing service that do not clean tires. His attitude was a reflection of the service or end product. Our interaction was heated and I requested for another manager to come. Urick Turner came out and when he began to talk to me I smelled the strong odor of alcohol emitting from his breath, he had blood shot red eyes and his speech was slurred ( this man was under the influence of alcohol) further indication of why I received such poor service. Anthony and Urick refused to refund my money and even called the Riverdale Police to have me removed from the property. Kudos to Riverdale police as they were professional. The police looked at my car and my receipt and said yes the car is still dirty and you paid for a full detailing service. After this REVELATION Urick agreed that the tire still had mud on it and wanted to drive my car back through the wash ( no sir I will pass as you are intoxicated! ) He did attempt to wipe the tire off with a rag and some cleaning agent ( more than what Anthony offered) but it was still not to satisfaction. I was left embarrassed, with a dirty car and out of 42.00! If you took the time to read all of this save yourself DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! I am still waiting on a response from the corporate management team. I had money stolen from my vehicle while in the hands of the employees, so one star for customer service. Sure, it was a small amount but it's the principle. I cannot and will not patronize an institution with dishonest employees. As far as the actual service I received, I'd give that three stars. There were areas of my vehicle that lacked attention to detail and I had to vaccum certain areas that were missed. I was most impressed with the time that it took to finish my vehicle. I was originally quoted one hour; however, with about 8-12 people being serviced ahead of me, I was done in about 30 minutes. I won't be visiting again, but if you visit the wax is a must. My car was damaged by an air hose that was stuck in the on position. Car wash employees admitted the hose had been disfunctional and needed repairing for a long time. Car Spa denied the claim, saying they had video that it missed my car. That was a lie as there was no camera that could possibly had seen it. I even took a picture of the guy reparing the hose. I had been taking 4 cars there almost weekly for over 10 years. 3 on their car club plan. Was also known as a very generous tipper to the employees. Never even got a call or email from the management. Regrettably, I have cancelled all my club plans. I will never use them again. I don't like being implied as a liar by a company I have patronized so long. If they damage your car. They suddenly dont know / trust you. Even after spending thousands there over the years. And given the old technology of their wash system I need to be not assumed to be a liar. Tidal Wave here I come. Post response below. I find it interesting that the employees had a different response when I showed them the damage. As they clean this car weekly they know it well. i heard the hose hit the car and was on a work call. As Tyrun came and grabbed the hose from literally under the door of my car, I assumed he would report to if damaged. I drove off to a store up the street and saw the damage as soon as I got out the car and immediately returned to see the guy trying to repair the hose. I understand the employees being "careful" in their responses. Also ALL and ANY communication with anyone was initiated by me... not you or your management. Regardless, I am not angry... just learned a lesson. And will I admit reluctantly take the $200 or so a month I spend and have spent over the last many years there elsewhere. I should have known something was up after my oil change the check engine light was on. Then dude ask me about during a turn up for extra cash. Visited the car spa with two of my vehicles today. After waiting about an hour and a half both of my vehicles needed to be touched up. One received a hand wash with detail and the other was tunnel washed with an interior detail. One vehicle was barely touched on the interior and still had dirt visibly on the vents as well as the doors. The other vehicle had a leather treatment but still contained spots. After notifying the employees they wiped it down again but they both still will need to be cleaned again. To their credit they were busy but I paid for two services that I will have to redo. I have visited spot several times with mixed car wash results, they offer several services which come out better than said car wash..they offer a oil change and car wash for 19.99 now it was 24.99...Seems that the best time to go is in the morning during the week..I've gone during the week and on the weekends and it seems on the weekends they do rush jobs and either don't complete task or forget to do a task...the oil changes are always good they are efficient and get the job done well...emissions are great also...but this is a car wash place and sometimes if I had the time I'd do it myself..they can do better with the car washes..they do offer 48 hour guarantee on the exterior for rain or dust etc..but their washes on the weekend leave alot to be desired read more

Writing this review as I wait for my car.....car came out of the wash with a visibly dirty rear bumper. I told both the front cashier and the person detailing my car. Detailer told me they would run it through again. As I'm watching from the waiting area they did not wash it again and only wiped the bumper. I will not return to Car Spa after almost 5 years of wonderful service. In brief: Honda Fit - use when I travel with my dogs. I understand dog hair is no joke, so told person that I did have dog hair, which I had been charged 20$ extra in the past, although not charged this time. Fine. Paid 69$ for seats and floor "detailing", 10$ "extra" for hatchback trunk, which was a new charge and minimum hair since dogs do not ride in trunk. Fine. I have posted pics of car: Hair is still on seats; The car (doors; dashboard; "trunk" - are DIRTY, as in dirt is still there. I am not talking about detailing, I am talking DIRT. I was told dirt would have been extra. So I paid 79$ for a dirty car, and if I had been charged 20$ for the hair, I would have paid 100$ for a dirty car. Question for ownership and management: Is losing a faithful customer (who tips really well - out of respect for workers) worth arguing about dirt at a car wash? And then, I paid full price for an inside and outside wash that I literally could have did better myself. I arrive at establishment then the price change to 69.00. I stared what the lady said, she started well I did not know what upholstery mean. Even after reading the rest of the reviews (bad reviews), I decided to take my car to this place to get a windshield crack repaired. We called on Monday and they told us that the guy in charge of fixing that works up to 3pm on Mondays. It was too late to make it on Monday so we asked about Tuesday's scheduled and they told us 8am - 3pm. So I show up at the place sharp at 8am. When I asked the cashier, which by the way need some customer service training, she told me that the guy that fix windshields cracks works from 10am to 6pm. Drove through to the back where a young lady showed me a chart of choices. I choose the Platinum car wash.
