My first time with rent a wheel was tragic I said never again, but because of Riverdale taking there time with me and talking to me about understanding the contract more. I felt completely comfortable about setting up a second loan( and guys please understand your contact, the rent a wheel company will give rims to a frog so he can be riding on 22 too) so the day starts off early I had a blow out and couldn't find my key to unlock my wheels lock, I called Rent a wheel in Stone Mountain the guys who put it on (at this time my account is paid off) I had the wheels for maybe 5/6 months. And they tell me to go buy the key for 40 bucks, keep in mind my car is on I-20 with a blow out, the lock they sold me is the wrong one, "aw man, Let's go back bae" We came back he gave me a bigger one, that was also the wrong size . So at this time it's like 7 pm and it's time for me to go to work, and hero been out here twice to help me both times we had the wrong lock, so I get ready for work and have it towed, cool who would think changing a trie take 24 hrs .. I wake up at 11 am and start to find the key, I found it In The car. So boom wheel off with the key I found. So I don't know if you guys know but finding a 235/30 wheel if hard I look for 3 hrs, shop after shop. Then I call Riverdale rent a wheel. Thank guy for my man in the front. I ask how much for my trie, he said 245 I said dang. Then reply do I have some kind I want to Warranty. I didn't know if I had any at all due to the fact Stone Mountain location didn't tell me , any way I get there and Lewis tell me terrence what have you been doing, I'm like Lewis I barely drive this thing ( now me and Lewis are not friend, but we're talking like this because this rent a wheel treat you like FAMILY) but Lewis explains to me that because of Abuse the tires have been taking. Is that cause of the blow out so he tell me stuff the last rent a wheel in Stone Mountain didn't tell me. So the few times I driver my car was like driving it like a daily driver. It's soo much I didn't know about rims but Lewis help me only being 20. Long story kinda short he told me that my other wheels wouldn't be replaced because of the abuse and he questioned why the first rent a wheel put thin tries on a 22 like mins, now I got a new set for a steal price and there's no more shaking. Btw I paid off my first loan so fast because they called my job and embarrassed me for payment that wasn't even do (Guy in the front put a note on file, don't call job fo payment this guy is legit and don't want to run off with our wheels that's why I hate the Stone Mountain location on top of them not telling me anything about my contract and what I'm signing also you wheel get a year of Coverage for your tires they replace them for free!!!!!. I went to the dealership today to have some maintenance done on my vehicle to discover that I needed tires and an alignment and the cost for the tires were over 700.00 that I didn't have to spend today so I started looking for tires that would be affordable, then I came across RAW on the website and read the reviews. I called and spoke to a very nice lady by the name Tonya who gave me the information I needed and told me to come by and see if she could help me. I went there and when I walked in there she was .. I thanked her for helping me and when I tell you these ladies saved my day. they gave great customer service and made this a great experience . Hello don't know who will reading this but these guys rock, I must say the current management team will go over and beyond to help with issues problem and concerns. I am payout customer who have was scared to death to do business with the riverdale location because of past store manager Brian he was so rude and did't have clue how to do business to me I felt he rip me off and kick me out of the store. I went in the riverdale location met with Chris and Aston I must say I felt like I walk in different store. immediately was greeted and store was made pack!!! they together help work on my issue I told them about Brian they laugh, after explaining what my extended warranty covers and don't my basic mind set that I was rip off and kick out was erase they thank and depart even ended up buying a set of 26 inch wheel which I stop for tire repair. I asked them how can I voice my opinion about their service they referred me to yelp after I told I can call Randy if still work with company because he might remember me calling about Brian they was replied that's OK once again they Rock!!!!! These guys here are great! very upfront about whats the prices are. they work diligenlty to get you in and out. despite being on a major street like crenshaw surprisenly they are not overly crowded. you can make your payments over the phone if neccessary. i would give them my business again. the only thing is that you want to make sure you payoff your rims within that frist 90 day period, its same as cash. otherwise you will have a crazy amount of intrest tacked on. not good business sense!!! if you wanna roll on rims right away and can pay the cash price within the 90days this is the way to go!! read more

Great customer service!!! I called earlier to check availability of the rims I was interested in, Phil answered and was knowledgeable of products and availability. Once I made the actual store visit every staff person was hands on. Unfortunately the wheels that I selected did not fit my car. However I did find an alternative, and we also did test fits to ensure that I liked the overall look. Every staff member is courteous, informative, and helpful. My experience with rent a wheel was awsome!! I had a question about putting 22" rims on a 2002 ford Taurus. The person i talked to (Melita Crockett ) was very eager to help. She told me i had to install spring lock in order to keep from damaging my rims and my car. How helpful!! I also took advantage of the 90 days same as cash that she told me about and paid off my rims in less than a month at retail price!! Melita is a very professional and patient sales person. The young lady Torri was excited to help although the store was about to close. And talk me into a deal. I've been here several times over the years for Rims & Tires and have been happy with the service and results. Recently, I started hearing some road noise, so I took in my car thinking it was an issue with unbalanced tires. Turns out, I need new struts.
