When I went to the car wash originally I selected a car wash for $18, after my car got out of the automatic car wash I went to vacuum my car and I noticed that they didn't even put any tire shine on my tires, what I paid for. One of the attendants came with a bucket and put some tire shine on my car. When I use the vacuum they have poor suction and don't suction anything up. Today when I'm looking at my bank statement I see that I have unauthorized charges from the wash factory on my statement for $22. I called to speak with a manager, "JD" and he said there's no way that happened and refused to even look at my statement and hung up. Very unprofessional and I will never come back to this place. I'm pressing charges and reporting to BBB and all review platforms.

I showed him on the my cars screen that it was in neutral, then he reaches into my car and GRABS my leg and yells again "NO FOOT ON BRAKE!" Then he saw and I told him my foot was not on the brake. He steps away and does something on his phone and I backed up again, another car wasn't behind me so I couldn't leave right away. I realign my car and just try it again and this time it works, I'm going through and he starts apologizing and says "I love you!" WTH. I roll up the window and go through and get out of there as soon as I can. This was awful and a total waste of money.

My vehicle was dirty IN THE MOST OBVIOUS of places (lower panel on the doors, the grill, the front bumper) when they presented it to me as 'ready'. I sat there and watched as they wiped the wheels and then proceeded to clean the inside of my dash and seats with the SAME rag. Grossly understaffed. No attention to detail. Employees do not care. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I will never visit here again after spending another hour once I got home to clean my truck myself like it should have been for the $27 I paid them. Updated 9/6/14, still slow as molasses, they wipe the windows with the same rag as they wiped the dash, not alot of attention to detail. Car sits in the sun till all the water dries before it's even touched by anyone. New name is Oasis. But hey, the employees are all real nice. And it is the Southside so I have to lower my expectations down here.

The drive thru wash was amazing and it cleaned my vehicle better than most drive thru car washes. I will definitely be going back for vacuuming and to get my car washed. The vacuums worked great and the overall environment of the car wash was clean and inviting.
