I had to walk in to buy my first ticket book, then I just scan the QR code at the car wash entrance and it's so quick and convenient after that. They recently added a fast lane for exterior only car washes, so I'm able to get car washes even faster now. I don't think they do a good job of cleaning the windows as there are always streaks, but I'm picky and haven't found any nearby car washes that clean windows to my liking. I've never tried their detailing service.

You could see droplets of spray on inside and outside window surfaces showing that they missed areas. Large sections were smeared inside and outside. I was very disappointed.
