In this day and age exceptional service is hard to find, not at Grandview. My daughter took her car in to get an oil change and estimate on a door closure issue and a window malfunction. Grandview not only gave her a reasonable cost on the oil change, they fixed her door issue for free. They gave her the right advice on quoting the window issue and did the work in less than half the already reasonable cost quoted. I live in Wisconsin and not being close is not ideal. I ended up at Grandview Tire & Auto on total accident. I didn't realize I had 4% oil life and when I put the dealership into my phone I must've clicked the wrong one and I ended up at Grandview Tire & Auto. It's a little hard to get to with the construction- but I'm hoping it'll be finished by the end of the season. I waited in line for a quick service oil change for a bit before anyone noticed me. I interacted with two employees- one was a woman who was a 10/10 and had amazing customer service. The other was a gentlemen who directed me while pulling in my car, he gets a 3/10 because well he was rude. Had I not interacted with him I would've given this place 5 stars. I was given the option to stay in the car or go inside, I was pressed on time so I waited inside. It took about 15/20 minutes from the time I pulled in to when I left. There was a coupon online which brought my oil change to about $70, seemed a little high but at that point it didn't bother me- I assume they charged what was needed. If you're in need of quick service oil changes this could be a solid option. read more

It's been a while since my last service, and the (ultra-efficient) express oil change that I got today reminded me why Grandview is the place I'll always trust with my car's well-being. They always take great care of my car (and by extension, me) by providing excellent service and giving me the information I need to make sure it runs well and keeps me safe between services. The prices are very fair for the superb quality of service that I get. My car always seems happier after I've brought it in. While this location is super-convenient for me, even if it weren't, I think I'd keep coming back--there are some awesome people here who take great pride in taking amazing care of their customers. Brought my car in for an inspection. They quoted me 1,500$ in repairs and another 1,500$ for future repairs that "should be taken care of in the next couple months". Took it to another shop for a second opinion. The second shop found nothing that Grandview claimed was wrong with my car. They exploit you and come up with fake issues in order to take your money. At my trusted shop my total repairs were 600$. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are a complete scam and just taking advantage of people to spend thousands more in unnecessary repairs. So disgusted with how they "run" their business. Wish there was a zero stars option. read more

I've had a deep-seated fear of getting ripped off for car maintenance for ages. But the crew at Grandview put my mind at ease and are an absolute pleasure to work with! I've been going here for a few years now for oil changes and some light auto work, and I trust this team entirely. They are speedy, honest, and skilled at what they do. The waiting room is pleasant and spacious to sit in while you wait. They have some coffee, WiFi, and a TV. Their express oil change station has two spots and I've never had a problem getting right in (no appointment needed!). They wrap up in less than 30 mins and I'm on my way. My 2005 Subaru didn't start about a week ago and then I was able to use a battery charger to jump it, so I decided I needed a new battery. This place is about a 1 1/2 from my house, I drove it into the quick lube stall and they installed a new battery in about 20 minutes. Super smooth and super cool people working there. Highly recommended. My brother went here a few years ago and said they treated him very well. He is a delivery driver, so he needed his car fixed, and they took care of it. He loved them. read more

The service was done on time and they did a good job on the repair. Did not try to upsell me or fix anything that didn't need fixing. My only complaint is the mark up on parts. I can buy the required spark plugs for $10-$20 each and they charged me $53 each. That seems like excessive mark up to me. read more

I used to bring my car to Grandview, but now I am done. There have been two times that a simple oil change has cost me time and money. Because the mechanics did not tighten the drain plug, the oil was leaking. I realize that there is a possibility of tightening these too much with the result being stripped threading. However, this drain plug was far too loose. After seeing the leaks in my garage parking spot, I brought my car to a mechanic to examine. (As it turns out, I could not get in to Grandview, so used a different mechanic.) This new mechanic brought this to my attention.  Another car in our family was leaving the same spot in its garage spot. It was the same problem. This car had recently had an oil change at Grandview, and the drain plug was not tightened. I had recommended this business to a new neighbor and I regret that now. He was told by one of the mechanics that his brake pads are too thin. He wasn't sure if that was correct since they'd been serviced recently before his move. He brought his car to a different mechanic that showed him pictures that the pads are fine. I used to believe that they were very trustworthy, and worth their price. I will not return. I am posting this with regard to the 70th Street and Vernon locations. I have not used the France Avenue nor the Lakeville locations. read more

I went for an oil change, I no longer opened by email on my phone (2) minutes maybe and they said they were done. Later once I was home I became curious about the oil and checked it and it was just as black as before I went. I have used them before, tires, oil change. The price went from $40 in 2020 to $75. This business has gone out of its way to help me in a time of urgency. I lost battery power and was unable to get any help form the Lincoln dealerships near me. Grandview came to the rescue and fixed my problem within a couple of hours, since the battery was not the only issue. Since then they have helped me with a tire problem during an avalanche of snow last season. Their workmanship is outstanding, and their service is top of the line. I recently had new tires installed and they concurred on my research and selection of tire. They installed promptly and the balance was superb as my ride has improved markedly. I had wonderful service at Grandview Tire & Auto! As a young woman, I often have anxiety taking my car in to auto shops because I fear I will get a bad deal. That is not the case here! Every employee made me feel welcomed. They were able to change my oil quickly and didn't attempt to pull any gimmicks. The included $8 car wash is also such a nice perk! I believe they also vacuum your car upon request, but I stayed in my car for the duration of the oil change, so this wasn't offered. If you want your car to be vacuumed, I recommend waiting outside and specifically requesting it. I will be returning! read more

I enjoy their style and drive a few miles extra to use their services. I have recommended Grandview over the years to others and never had any reason to regret. I am writing this review following 3.5 years of Grandview servicing four cars for our family, in addition to: car purchase recommendations for teens, road trip assessments, and vehicle education- all entrusted to Dan, Jason and his daughter Caitlyn, John, JJ, Julian, Cory, Devon and the crew. Oh, and good tires, good prices (and I'm a Costco member). Several times, especially in the beginning, I knew more than I let on, and was led in the right direction; sometimes saving us money, always keeping us safe. Standard example: slow oil leak which, as it turns out, is typical of my Subaru model. Grandview assessed, and explained why it does not require the $2,200 fix (yet) recommended by the Subaru dealership (where I was required to get rebate work done). I called around 5 and they were able to squeeze me in last minute for a tire patch. It took maybe less than 30, was only $30 and they give a free car wash with every service which was a great surprise! They even gave me the screw stuck in the tire which I thought was hilarious. About 2 miles after leaving Grandview after an oil change, the power to my car went out while I was driving a speedy 45mph. I almost hit the car in front of me. Luckily I was able yank the wheel and pull to the side of the road. Grandview paid for a tow back to their shop. But they didn't have a mechanic there to look at it...even though it was only 5 o'clock, and their garage was full with a half dozen mechanics working on lifts. The next morning, I come back, and they tell me some cord had come unplugged, and that it was "highly unlikely that it had anything to do with the oil change". I dont mind their above average prices...I mind their lies, untrustworthiness, condescension, and unwillingness to take responsibility for their actions. read more
