Horrible lol they didn't even vacuum my car all the way nor cleaned my ashtrays or wipe the door panels. Windows are streaky like a kid cleaned my car..... I paid the extra for car wax and armor all. They didn't do any of it. DO NOT GO HERE! If you like lazy employees who do half the work then this is the place for you. Update: After speaking with manager outside he said that is the level of detailing I paid for. They raised the basic wash from $12.99 to $16.99. They said they didn't raise the price rather they eliminated the $12.99 and introduced the $16.99. The place must be run by Governor Deal. I had to take the new and improved washed car back because the Windows were dirty and the dashboard not cleaned. Go elsewhere! read more

I stopped by today once again to get some more substantial work done, and figured I'd update to better reflect the service one can expect from here. My headlights had accumulated quite some oxidization over the years, so I figured it's time I finally do something about it. I had asked for a Headlight Restoration ($49.99), and also needed some interior cleaning done, and thus ordered a Gold Full Service Wash ($19.99) as well. I was quoted about an hour to have both completed, so I went inside to pay for the service and kill some time in the meanwhile. The reception area had plenty of comfortable seating and accommodations for all sorts. They offered complimentary Starbucks coffee for guests, had other snacks and beverages available, a small kids' area with a television, and free Wi-fi for guests. They also give out punch-cards, where if you buy 10 full service or detail washes, you'll be rewarded with a free Gold Full Service Wash. The manager had also reached out to me in response to my previous review, so I took the opportunity to introduce myself while I was there. He gave me a voucher for a free Gold Full Service Wash as thanks for writing my previous review. Once again, I was very pleased with the final results, and my headlights look significantly better. I think my search for a go-to car wash place is finally over. :) I look forward to continued business with them and would definitely recommend them. read more

Horrible service! Asked them to make sure my truck mirrors were pushed in before running it through the wash. It causes them to be knocked off! They of course did not do as I asked. The reason I ask is it has happened before at another car wash and it cost me $375. The manager apologized for it, but did nothing else. Seemed to just want to push it aside. His positive attitude emphasize customer service was his number one priority. He wanted to build a reputation of excellent service. I'm new to this area but not to Car Spa. I have been here since 3:30 and I had to find my car myself and ask why it had not been pulled into the wash yet. I was never given a reason why 8 vehicles went ahead of my 19.00 in and out wash. It makes no sense at all and I will not be returning. I agree these guys have zero sense of urgency!! The manager gave me a refund but I have to tell you my time there well exceeded the 19.99 wash! Sometimes it's all about the principal and my time is valuable just as much as the staff getting paid. With so many choices on Roswell this location might want to think about more staff or staff who go at it to get things done. read more

I used to come here all the time. The last two times the work was substandard. I visited this location between 5-6 PM on a Saturday when business would be light. I stood inside the lobby and watched one guy, Maurice work on my car. A second employee cleaned the tires and that was it. He spent the rest of his time talking to his buddy. Supervision was no where to be seen. I was sort of shocked since he had zero interest in actually cleaning the car. When my car was ready I had Maurice wipe down the door jams and some areas on the inside of the door. He was the only associate who seemed to be interested in cleaning the car. Seriously for $20 + a tip for a car wash I will take it through the exterior wash for $6 and clean the interior myself. read more

I went to get a car wash yesterday afternoon. And I was very disturbed and uncomfortable from my experience there. When I got there I notice a lady that I seen literally take a shot of liquor. When she walked passed me all I smelled was liquor and marijuana!!!! To make matters worse she started yelling loud and talking inappropriate in front of me and my children. I tried to look at her name tag to complain (which I'm also going to contact corporate) it said Lythia I believe. I was just so surprised to know that this goes on at a car wash! I normally don't go out my way to complain about employees but the fact that my kids was with me and that lady was so careless it needs to be address and aired to everybody! read more

I took my car for a wash and noticed a scratch by the back door on the drivers side as I was getting in the car to go. The scratch was definitely not there before the wash. I had just dropped my son off at camp and let him out of that door and would have noticed it as it was about 3" long. The worker wiped a white substance on the area and then asked me to sit again while he worked on it. A second worker told me that the scratch was there before but I just noticed it because now my car was clean. The scratch appeared better when I was called back to my car and only showed if you really inspected it and knew where to look. Now that a few weeks have passed I'm left with the large scratch very visible and something that I see daily as I help my son in and out of that door. read more

Today I got a interior and exterior service car wash. Except for the washing of the mats the car looked great. When I called their attention to the mats which I had paid extra for they did a good job of shampooing them. If they had done the proper job the first time I could give them five stars. read more

I was a Car Spa customer for a long time, but in Feb. 2013, I took my car in for a wash and when it came out from the wash tunnel, the 2 right tires on the driver side were flat. Apparently the track broke off the valve stems, flattening the tires and damaging the sensors. They were super apologetic about it, accepted full responsibility and promised to have the whole thing taken care of asap. They even took the tires to the Goodyear across the street to be re-inflated. It was a crappy thing to have happen, but I was impressed with how they reacted in the moment. They promised they would call me the following week with information on taking my car into the dealership to replace the sensors. Great! Except, not great. Almost 6 months goes by and I can't get any return phone call from them. I left several messages, but nothing. So I emailed their corporate office with a copy of the incident report, a picture of my car's flat tires, the damaged sensors, and the dates of all my phone calls. They immediately get back with me, put me in touch with the location's new store manager, and promise to have it resolved within the week. Four days later, it's fixed. Great! Except, not great. Despite their eventual speediness at handling the repair, I'd sworn off the place. But on Christmas Eve - the night before our 9 hour car trip - my daughter spilled something all over the inside of the car. Car Spa was the ONLY car wash open, so I decided to go there for the wash. I even posted on Facebook "At the evil Car Spa again giving them a chance to redeem themselves." Because really - what could go wrong? They could leave my back window down while running it through the wash tunnel. That's what could go wrong! Luckily I happened to be standing there when the car entered the tunnel. I flagged down an employee and they stopped it from going further in, but let's be clear - it was ALL THE WAY down. And all the way soapy. And all the way not how you treat leather interiors. This time they handled it beyond poorly. No one apologized. No one gave an explanation. I except that sometimes sh*t just happens, but they flat out acted like black magic and voodoo must have rolled the window down. Worse still - I had already paid. No one offered a refund. I asked, but they acted like because they still finished washing it, that no refund was needed. Their explanation was that only the floor mat got wet despite the fact that soapy water jets had been shooting soapy water into an open window. I don't care how much black magic and voodoo was at work that day, because it's physically impossible for only the mat to have gotten wet. Long story short - everything goes wrong there. I used to love this place but this last visit felt off. It felt like it took a long time even though they were not too busy. They seemed to have a lot of staff not working. I actually think my windows were dirtier when I left then when I came in. Overall it was still acceptable and I am not ready to give up on them ...yet. They did once repair a tiny chip in my windshield and the work was pretty good and they got it covered by my insurance so it didn't cost me a dime. read more

I am not happy with the service. I have paid extra to make sure everything is cleaned but it was not. Also the person that is cleaning the car is giving me bad attitude and looks strange at my child?! I think I will choose another place next time to clean my car. Now I don't usually put reviews up but this needed to be done. I paid $49.99 for a car wash and interior clean ( which included the seats being shampooed). I went out to my car after hearing that my car was ready to go but I didn't see any plastic on my seats. Usually when the seats have been shampooed, they are wet and plastic is placed over the seats. This made me suspicious so I decided to check the seats in the back especially the areas I told them to pay attention to. When I checked, the seats were not shampooed in fact, the seats were poorly vacuumed and the stains that I told them about were still there. I told one of the attendants that my seats were not shampooed and that I paid for that service. The attendant pretends as if he didn't know, he said he would take my car to the detailing section and my car would be ready in a few minutes. After a few minutes passed, I was called to come to my car. I checked the back seats and again, they weren't shampooed and the stains were still visible. The attendant that took the car over to the detailing section didn't do the work, it was a lady that could barely speak English that worked on the car and she said she thought the guy cleaned the back seats hence why she didn't do them. What a load of BS. I told them I could see the spots and she cleaned the spots out hurriedly. I was so upset, I went inside to ask to speak to the General Manager. The mere fact that they were willing to let me leave after paying for a service I never received was worth mentioning to management but I got a shoddy excuse about how they didn't know when the General Manager would be back from lunch. I left CarSpa in Riverdale extremely upset with the service and I usually go there often to get my car cleaned. read more

First I apologize to everyone I snapped on. Working in customer service, I know too well how it feels. With that being said I was very disappointed with the service I paid for. I did look at the reviews before decided to go here and they were terrible. However, most of them from about 8 months ago to a year ago so I figured that was plenty of time to provide additional coaching/training to prove the bad reviews wrong. Sadly, nothing has changed. After they told me that my car was finished, I ended up vacuuming my seats and floors myself. The dash, areas around my stereo and gearshift, and area around my speedometer we're not properly wiped down either. Windows, which were my main concern and mentioned when I first arrived had terrible streaking. The people were okay. The manager came while I was vacuuming, and offered a free cleaning on my next visit. I'm sure I made it very clear that I will never return, so that nor an apology did anything for me. I wasn't offered compensation or a discount. I know all business are different but there are many areas to improve. Please don't waste your time or money here. read more

I was looking for a place to get my car washed today, my sister recommended this horrid place. Idk why. You clearly get what you pay for and so much more disappointment. My car is still covered in bugs and dirt. When my car was finished the guy asked me if I'd like air freshener, I said sure. The guy proceeded to spray the driver side floor then completely missed the passenger side and sprayed my center console. I wiped it immediately when I returned home and it LEFT A PERMANENT STAIN! I tried scrubbing it with Armaroll and everything to no avail. And for the cherry on top, it's probably the worst smelling car freshener I've ever had to endure. IF YOU CARE FOR YOU CAR AT ALL, LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND AVOID THIS PLACE! I wish I saw all of this this before they ruined my car. read more

I requested a hand wash, they said it would take 35 minutes. I went in, paid for my wash, and sat down to wait. After 50 minutes I inquired about my car and found it was sitting behind the building totally forgotten. They offered me a free wash for next time as if I would come back. read more

Heard good things about these places. The staff was unfriendly, i would ask a question and they seemed bothered or answered back like i was stupid or something. Paid an extra $10 for the dog hair removal and there is still a substantial amount of dog hair. Asked them to vacuum out the leaves in the bottom of the trunk where the spare tire is kept. The gentleman said he would ask the supervisor because it could "ruin" their vacuum. they washed my dash and everything but the cup holders. I will be contacting the management as i paid $90 and got a half assed job. I will never go here again and wouldn't recommend this location. read more

My comment today is a safety concern among others. I had a terrifying experience with an employee but more on this in a bit.I have been a patron for many years of this Carspa and they did a terrific job. Not anymore. Also for the first time I wondered if your items in the car are at risk of being stolen due to the interaction with the employee. Not only was my car not cleaned well but had a scary experience with an employee and the manager could care less! The manager (don't know his name and he refuses to give it upon being asked) watched me ask for rags to clean my own windows and interior. Inside was filthy for eg drink holders not even touched. Products to clean the car are now only water too. As he walked by me I said do you see my cleaning my own car? He said very rudely he doesn't see a problem without even looking at the interior and as a rubbed off some bird poop on the glass he said they don't clean that! The out side paint also had many spots that should have been cleaned. The employee was not only apathetic but after i gave him a tip, he then asked for more money and started in with a sob story that he needed more, they barely get paid, he is living on the streets, and asked for more money, a place to live, and a ride! He leaned into my personal space making me very uncomfortable. The manager saw this and purposely walked away. When I again found him and told him what happened he shrugged and said I should be more understanding because their employees may be on hard times. WHAT? I told him how uncomfortable I felt - but he obviously knew the guy does this from the reaction. I asked for his name and he refused to give it. Also the inept inappropriate employee did not place the mats back properly and when I moved the car up to try to talk this sad excuse for a manager the coffee spilled and he did not even want to provide towels or anything. He begrudgingly gave me a couple of towels and then said he's done and again walked away. To add insult to injury, what used to take 30 minutes took over an hour with these horrible results! To recap I spent many hours cleaning my own car back at home and felt sick over the interaction. Although I don't know the name of the manager I will find out. Here is his description - he is thin, balding, with a goatee/beard, and he looks like weasel. I guess you get what you pay for...their price is lower than other places in Roswell. However, the car had several areas that still looked dirty. The worst part was that the person cleaning the interior broke my sunglasses visor holder and then hid the broken pieces and the sunglasses so I wouldn't notice until later. When I spoke with the manager he proceeded to argue with me about the "dollar amount" left in the car. Nothing was done around the fact that one of his employees stole my money! read more

So I took my truck to be washed at this place, and as one of the employees walked up to ask me what I needed, a different (and very dumb) employee walked up to the other side of my truck, pushed ONE rear view mirror in (which was stupid cause I was getting a hand wash), and just starts jerking the hell out of my light bar on my truck... and I turn as I am talking to the first person and I'm in shock. I ask him what the hell he is doing and even the first employee was shocked. How dumb are some people? On top of this, IT WAS NOT EVEN A GOOD WASH. By far the worst experience I've had at car spa. I paid close to $70 for ($45) carpet shampoo and seat clean ($45) that is discounted when you get two. The service is not even worth it. I went inside and the front desk told me it may be an hour and a half. I said that's fine, thinking I'd get good service even if I had to wait a while. The guy comes in to get me after 30 min. I find brown spray spots on the back of the drivers seat that weren't even there before - probably sprayed something and forgot to wipe. The guy barely cleaned the seats (spots still all over), barely vacuumed and shampooed. I had to tell him twice of some blatant areas that he missed - he clearly didn't vacuum some areas and he's supposed to be doing a deep shampoo. After having to point out two very obvious issues, I didn't bother looking in the back because at that point I was ready to leave. Of course I open the rear door and what did I discover? He didn't vacuum or wipe down back there either and I've got pictures to prove it. Who does that?! Don't bother. I get it these guys are probably tired because its getting to be closer to the end of the day. The guy tries to tell me to come back within the next two days because he's trying to rush me out and I'm sorry but who's going to waste their time doing that bs. Do your job the first time. I brought it to this place because I've had good service in the past and I know it was closer to the end of the day but it wasn't even closing time yet. I wanted it cleaned before I went out of town so the policy to bring it back if you're not happy is a waste of people's time and can't always be applied. quality has declined over the years... im 16, and can remember going here with parents for years and years but my last two trips were less than impressive. i now have my own car, and take a lot of pride in it. ive taken it to carspa twice since april. my last trip may be my last. i had come home from a roadtrip to new orleans which was a week long stay that included lots of rain, sand, and dirt. upon coming home i tried hand washing by myself but just couldnt get it clean enough. decided id go into carspa and just get a gold exterior wash as I like doing interior by myself. was not a great experience... started off with the attendant being slow and out of it, she left for a few min to get something for the car infront of me. when i finally got up to tell her what packade, i said gold and handed her a $20 bill. she looked at me kindof annoyed and said "well if this all you have ill have to go get change from inside." i said thats fine. she took quite awhile it seemed, wasnt in a big rush... proceeded to pull around to the wash. the attendant there did his thing with the pressure washer-turns out that didnt get the bugs off of my front bumper/grill area. i pulled in, and about half way through there were bells going off and everything shut down - great. someone came through (i assume the manager) and started waving and motioning to put in neutral. i had been in nuetral the whole time, never once touched the wheel or brake.. i just kinda put my hands up like "hey wasnt me.." after a minute or two i got out and pulled up to one of the detail stations for the tire shine and drying. looked in my rearview mirror and could see soapy water all over my trunk window, so i assume it was all down my trunk too. the guy kinda wiped it off and it didnt look streaky or anything from inside so it didnt bother me. was having a good day and gave the guy a $10 tip, but was kinda annoyed that he didnt rewipe my driver window after i rolled it down to give him the tip.. a day or two later i walked out to the garage and noticed water streaks EVERYWHERE... couldnt have been rain, it hasnt rained here in weeks, plus it was garaged ever since i got home. there were streaks down my tailgate, from the corner of my gas cap cover running all the way to my rear bumper, from both side mirrors going down the driver and passanger door respectively, and another from one of the rear door handles. plus it still had bugs on the front and on the mirror caps... think ill start going to club corners in alpharetta... not like its farther than carspa, its always packed, and i dont want water streaks all down a freshly washed car read more
