A few days ago I was installing my stereo and thought I had finished it, and it didn't turn on. I was looking around for a proper installation and called here because it was close to my house. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Blake and the other gentleman, Roger (I'm usually bad with names). They came out to the front and looked at where I was in my installation. They immediately recognized and solved the issue. They were encouraging, polite and professional. It took me all of about 15 minutes in total and then I went on with my day. I don't usually make reviews unless it's absolutely terrible or absolutely wonderful services. These guys definitely deserve some recognition for their knowledge and expertise. I'd like to remind people in the area that when you go somewhere for services, you're not paying for the company's name, you're paying for the people and the experience they can give you. Beware: I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Car Toys. It is no wonder why stores are closing due to their poor customer service. They don't even deserve 1 star!! I put down a deposit for a stereo installation but decided not to move forward after reading numerous reviews describing poor installation practices. Before any work was performed and before I purchased any products, I called and spoke with Renee to request a refund of my deposit. I was told they have a "no refund" policy. However, I didn't purchase anything--I simply placed a deposit to reserve an installation appointment. Despite clearly explaining this, Renee insisted the deposit was non-refundable and only offered an exchange for merchandise that I never bought or wanted. He was not polite, and his response was unprofessional, lacked empathy, and completely ignored the fact that no services had been provided. Keeping a customer's deposit when no work has been performed and no products have been purchased seems like an unfair business practice(most likely illegal). I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and pursuing other available options. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that potential customers carefully review this company's policies before leaving a deposit. I certainly wish I had. read more

Do yourself a favor, go with a better Yelp rating before trusting your vehicle to Car Toys. Here was my experience. A couple of weeks ago, Car Toys tried to get me to buy a THIRD, yes, THIRD user interface from them at no discount, no free install, to control their system in my van. Also, I had the displeasure of being treated with disrespect, and being talked down to, and felt bullied into buying that third system, another $1,600 after the last install at $2,100 a few years ago. Here are the details. I left my van with Car Toys for a week to recreate the glitches in the Kenwood system, which have been getting progressively worse. They confirmed the Kenwood touchscreen is not working proplerly, and they suggested 6-8 weeks to send the faulty Kenwood system to a 3rd party to repair, but I cannot wait that long because the van is used for business. I spoke with numerous other professionals who all said the Kenwood system is quite trustworthy, and that this seems odd. When I picked up the van from Car Toys, I noticed my rear speakers were no longer working even though they worked when I dropped it off. When I asked the manager what can be done about my new larger problem, he became pushy, adjusted the balance to the front speakers and said everything works fine, told me that they have been trying for a week to get a hold of me to tell me to come and get my van, said that he already had told me they can't do anything until they replace the interface, and had me follow him into the store and stood behind the counter with a new $1600 interface waiting for me to hand him my credit card. My 12 year old son was offended by how this man spoke to me, which says a lot. I decided to get a second opinion from independent installer's, have their hands on my system. They discovered four firmware updates on my Kenwood system, dating back to 2022 that had never been installed. After updating the Kenwood system, the touchscreen now works perfectly, better than the day Car Toys installed it because one of the updates was right around when it was installed in the first place! I cannot believe Car Toys wanted me to spend another $1600 on yet another user interface, meanwhile, they didn't even try the update. The folks from where I got the second opinion had to take apart the entire dashboard of my Sprinter in order to do the update, because car toys did not make the port accessible for the update. I find it inconceivable that a company can stay in business doing things like this, not installing updates, not allowing access to perform the update, pushing repair/replacement instead of updates. Here are some other things my independent installers found: -Mismatched screws, none of which came with the Kenwood system -Missing mounting screws -Improperly installed sound insulation in the car. (Closed cell rubber not removed before butyl rubber installed, so butyl stuck to closed cell rubber) -Possible damage to my amp while testing touchscreen, thus the reason for the rear speakers not working. I also was introduced to the mobile key fob kiosk at Costco, but now seeing as I will be getting a brand new 2025 Hundai Santa Fe Limited Hybrid AWD by the end of next week, that just seems kinda silly. Recently bought a new 2023 EV, but the trim level didn't come with premium audio. The sound isn't awful, but not having any sub bass for more dynamic headroom really makes it sound pretty thin no matter how much adjusting is done. All these new cars have deeply integrated consoles tied into the vehicles HVAC and operating functionality so the old days of installing new components isn't as easy as it used to be. Swapping out speakers is fairly easy (if you don't need custom brackets), but adding DSP, amps and extra speakers requires a little more work, especially with EV's as they are more sensitive to voltage and amperage changes and going big isn't going to work unless you don't mind system errors or spending thousands on custom electrical upgrades with a software degree. Talked with a couple shops about adding a powered subwoofer to try to get better audio out my system. Didn't need anything that was going to win me car audio competitions or rattle my neighbors windows. It's pretty common to add a subwoofer without upgrading the stock speakers to get better audio headroom. In the pursuit of not spending thousands of dollars for better sound, going with an efficiently powered subwoofer seemed the best route. Stereo King wanted to install a second mini battery to run a 10 amp sub and have me charge that battery as needed. What a hassle, why would I want to do that plus pay around $1200 to get it done? The EV has a huge 12 volt battery under the hood which powers the same vehicle with the premium trim level and audio options, there's no reason you can't install 10 amps directly off the battery terminal. Other audio installers agreed. Purchased a new sealed Kenwood 8" 250 watt powered subwoofer online. Kind of wanted a 10" but reviews claimed there wasn't a significant difference. The main concern with an EV is amperage changes. The Kenwood only uses 10 amp of power draw, and I've had good experiences using Kenwood gear in other cars. Rockford Fosgate makes an efficient 8" sub that runs off 10 amps as well, but cost a little more. I brought it to Car Toys to do the install because they will install gear you bought somewhere else, some shops make you buy your gear from them. They don't really take appointments as they offer same day service in most instance, showing up early is in your best interest if you want the work done in the same day. All in all it was a good install with a couple minor quirks: * Nice clean lead to the battery terminal with any easy accessible inline 10 amp fuse. * Remote audio controller wired to come up in the center console as requested. * Extra slack in the line to the subwoofer so I could move it around. * Remote power switch does appear to turn off shortly after vehicle powers off. * Was quoted same day install for about 3 hours, was ready in 4. * Audio quality has improved tremendously, and after a few adjustments I likely won't even need to upgrade the door speakers. * No appointments, will install any gear you buy elsewhere. They tapped into the hi-current driver side rear door speaker wires to get the audio signal. The Kenwood has built in line conversion so no need to buy a audio signal line converter. I had them install it on a heavy board in the trunk so I could move it around and de-install if needed. No problems. There were two things they missed: (1) There were 4 screws to mount the sub to the board, they only installed three and the fourth was found loose still in the trunk. (2) When they replaced the panel cover on the driver side where they accessed the speaker wires for the sub they pinched the seatbelt so it was stuck and wouldn't pull out from the door panel. I was able to get it too pull using some brute force and eventually it released from being pinched, but you could see on the belt where it got stuck and folded. Thankfully it wasn't worse or I would have had them take the panel off. Final pricing wasn't for labor wasn't cheap, about $550 for 3-4 hours. Being that quotes from other shops were between $1000-$1200 buying the subwoofer from them it seemed reasonably within range. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would, took from 1pm on a Saturday till 9:30 pm on Sunday to install speakers, stereo, alarm and backup camera. Gave me multiple different times when the vehicle would be ready and then it wasn't. Picked the car up and one of my rear blinkers wouldn't work. Discovered the bulb housing had been broken, and you can clearly see where someone tried to put it back together. The alarm arms and disarms at random times when I haven't pushed any buttons. Sometimes it will arm when I want it to other times it will arm then immediately disarm. And the stereo won't stay on unless the car is actually running. Like they chose to bypass hooking it to the ACC power. Backup camera works but seems to be pointed a little wonky, but the speakers seem to be working well.. If you are gonna charge someone $3600.00 for what I received and over half of that is labor and misc charges at least make sure things work and are installed properly. Very disappointed, wish I had read reviews before going to them. Won't go back I'll go elsewhere to have the mistakes fixed the install was done in March of 2023 and I still have nothing but problems with the system. read more

Told me over the phone they could have the install done that night but then told me in person they wouldn't be able to get it done. When I arrived they didn't even acknowledge that I was there and was waiting in like for about 10 minutes before anyone helped me, after the supposed $200 dollar job turned into $450 I decided to not go through with it and then I asked for just the harness and mounting kit when the employee couldn't be bothered to ring me up so I walked out, and I NEVER walk out. I had a horrible experience with them I all the same parts up on Amazon and ordered them ALL for $173 with the exact same wiring harness and mounting kit I'm sure they do a good job but I'm going to be installing the stereo myself as I will not be giving my business to cartoys and would not recommend you do so either! read more

So this is a second review after a not so good review the customer service needs work I washed my car the day prior and got it nice and clean and come to pick it up and it has a film around it that nobody knows how it got there so I'm ok fine let me just go. On the flip side the manager did take the money I had to spend on a new amp off my bill and a couple more dollars for a wash I so I'm happy with that overall what I needed got done but the staff doesn't listen to the manager at all so I feel kinda sorry for him and I likely won't be returning to that location anymore. read more

Upon dropping my car off in the morning, I was told they would need to charge me extra for extra vacuuming to be able to get some dog care out and I had told him that was fine and I paid exactly what they told me that they recommended and then had my car for five hours, and when I came to pick it up, right off the bat when I first walked in the guy who came to give me my car keys back, slammed it on the desk, and demanded in a very aggressive tone that I signed the paper that I was happy with the work of my car, without even seeing it. Once I looked inside it looked the exact same as when I dropped it off The car was even in the same parking spot upon me, telling them about my concern. I was told that there's things that they just can't get you get what you pay for and this is the best we could with the time we had even thoughI did everything according to what they had been recommended when I drop off the car. I pointed out a couple of pretty gross parts in the front and the guy after arguing with me, finally took it over to the garage spent an extra 15 minutes wiping down a couple of things and vacuuming and the spots supposedly according to him you can't get out all of a sudden were gone once I got home and started looking around, I saw all of this dust in these photos. The manager, Francisco, made everything right for me, and their installers did an awesome job, even staying nearly two hours late on a Sunday night to finish for me so they wouldn't have to keep my car overnight. I owned my all black Ford Explorer for a little over two years now and have never cleaned the interior. I didn't feel like I really needed to since I hardly ever carry passengers. But it was really dirty and dusty on the dashboard and the interior glass needed cleaning. My local drive through car wash closed for remodeling and this was mid July. I needed a sparkling clean car. So when I saw a Groupon for an interior and exterior detail for $79.00 each it was go time. I called Jantzen Beach location first but as soon as they found out I had a Groupon they tried to schedule me for September 12, 2020, at 9:00 am. I thought that was pretty inconvenient and rude so I called the Car Toys on Canyon Road. I didn't mention I had a Groupon and they got me in at 11:00 am the next day. So why only 3 stars? They kept me waiting forever. They told me the car would be ready at 3: o'clock and it wasn't ready until 6:30 pm. Actually it was probably done earlier than that but I took an Uber out there and got there at 6:30 pm after multiple calls to them asking when it would be ready, I saw it parked in their lot. The guy told me it had been ready for about 30 minutes but they didn't bother to call me. Another irritation is that they left the paper floor mats in my car. Like I want to dispose of that garbage? If you enjoy poor service I highly recommend Car Toys on Pacific Highway near Costco in Tigard Oregon. Let the tale of woe begin: Car had a windshield leak, I had it repaired. The radio stopped working so I took it in. They claimed to have completed a thorough inspection and I needed a new system for the sound system and back up camera. Over 1,000 dollars. During the next 3 to 4 months the new system stopped working. I took it in and was told I needed to press the reset button. I did this a few times thinking why would a new system need to be restarted? Took it back in a third time and was told maybe this model might be faulty due to being constructed during covid!!!!! They would not give money back by the way due to being over 90 days old. The manager said let me look at it again. They take car back and discovered some burnt wires on the drivers side They claim they can't fix it. When they did the inspection the first time why didn't they see this? Because it wasn't a thorough inspection and wanted to sell my something new. When it was installed they even mentioned they had to do some kind of reworking to get the driver's side speaker to work! I payed over $800 for a new receiver (dvd/apple/android) and a backup camera. The receiver was installed crooked and angled away from me. The backup camera doesn't turn on when I put my car in reverse when I asked why not I was told I would have to pay more money for them to trouble shoot the issue, I just payed for it to be installed, how is that not covered in the install for a backup camera??? I didn't come here for a stereo ... (but I will when it's time!). I have the lovely luxury of driving with an Intoxalock device on my 1990 Ford 250 pick-up truck. (Amazing how one dumb decision can linger longer than a bad fart...). Car Toys installed the device a couple months ago. A few days ago, the device started acting up, giving me some foreign error message (that even Intoxalock didn't know of). The solution was to have the device replaced. Since the device was crapped out, the truck wouldn't start, so I had to have it towed to Car Toys. Replacing the archaic 80's-era brick-straw was supposed to be an easy fix - BUT that was not the case. After assessing the situ, Mark (install manager) surmised that the starter in the truck was toast. I won't go into ALL of the exhaustive details of what I had to go through with countless phone calls to multiple tow companies, two tow drivers, several auto mechanics, Intoxalock, and my own car insurance....so I'll just say this: Renee and Mark and Paul were SO PATIENT with me and my situation. Car Toys was part of my extensive call list and it must have been so annoying for them, but they never made me feel badly. AND they kept my truck on their lot for a couple of days until I was able to figure everything out! I do NOT recommend getting into a situation where you need an Intoxalock device, but if you do need one installed, I DO recommend Car Toys. read more

I got a Sirius ONXY home kit installed in my car. The antennae was mounted to my roof so that I actually can't open my trunk without scraping the antennae. The box was mounted directly over my power adaptor, so goodbye phone charging apparently. The box was also "mounted" with two sided tape to my existing radio - which on first look, looked great, and came out in about 1/2 hour. For what I paid, I really, REALLY wish I would have just sucked it up and done it myself. Lessons learned. read more

I received a Groupon as a gift for their "Classic Interior Detail" It was an incredible "Meh" result. They were super nice when getting me checked in, they asked if there were any specific areas I wanted to mention. I said there was a small are between the cup holders. And the in-between spaces on the console. They said it would take about 5hrs and I said perfect, see you in 5. They called me less than 2hrs later saying the car was done, which I found odd since they quoted me 5. But if it's done it's done. Upon receiving the car and paying extra $30 for front seat leather conditioning (which I did ask for). I'm really disappointed, they definitely wiped most of the car down, better so in the more obvious areas. But they did a poor job vacuuming the back seat floor area, and it looks like they didn't even touch the back seats. Also they explicitly told me they would vacuum the truck, they didn't even open it. I don't recommend this place at all. My guess is they saw I had a Groupon and have me less than normal attention. As a Groupon merchant myself for my small business, Groupon is an opportunity for a business to earn a customer in the future, that they might not have if it wasn't for the Groupon. I never received the detail I paid for. I scheduled an appointment as required and had my vehicle there 10 minutes prior to the appointment. I checked in and was told I would be upcharges because my '21 Crosstrek is a midsize SUV. According to Google, the Subaru Crosstrek is a compact crossover SUV, not a midsize SUV. It's the smallest SUV model in Subaru's lineup, measuring 176.4 inches long, 71.7 inches wide, and up to 63.6 inches high. The Crosstrek has 100.9 cubic feet of passenger volume and 20.8 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row, with a maximum of 55.3 cubic feet. After agreeing to the up charge, I asked how long it would take. I was told it would be a couple hours. I walked to some local businesses as there was no place to wait for the work to be completed. After 2 hours, I figured surely my car had been completed or at least started. Walking back, I noticed my car was in the exact location I had parked it 2 hours prior. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to walk by and wait for a call. After another 30 minutes I received a call re: and emergency I needed to go take care of. I quickly returned to the store, 2.5 hours after the appointment, and asked for my vehicle. I was told it had not been started. When I told them I needed my vehicle and would like a refund I was told there was nothing they could do. after a very little bit of arguing, I was told I could schedule an appointment. Which is what I had done the first time. Scheduling ANOTHER appointment would only prove to waste another 2.5 hours (at least, probably more!). I am not sure why an appointment is required if you are so overbooked that you can't even start a detail within the scheduled time. I would still like a refund, and am in the process of reporting this to the AG and BBB. There are so many better less shady options for any and all of your needs. Shop elsewhere. read more

The car had quite a bit of mold on the outside so when Rene told us it would be an extra $100.00 to get the job done right and we we trusted him. Said he would clean the headlamps too. Middle of the day I get a message saying they want another $100 to clean the headlamps. I didn't call back as I figured it HAD to be a mistake. Upon picking up the car we find they didn't even clean the roof of the vehicle let alone the headlamps. We demanded our $100 back which they did refund and told us we could bring the car back another day (like it's easy and convenient to do with work schedules!) We declined. I took my car in for an interior and exterior detailing. It was done very half-@$$. They were supposed to vacuum the entire inside. When I looked it over and asked if they had vacuumed, I was told yes. However, the floor mats had debris on them. They didn't even bother to pick up the mats and pretend they did a good job. They left overspray on the inside windshield from cleaning the dashboard, and there are streaks and a hazy film on all my windows. It wasn't really that hard a job, my car is always keeped clean and only needs a light vacuuming. I will not recommend this store to any of my friends or enemies. Got in-depth quotes from Ryan and the detail manager on Sunday, expressly buying the "ultimate detail package which includes leather conditioning and clear coat". Several people looked at my car. Added new replacement CXP glass tint and new speakers, stereo module with car play and backup camera. Dropped off car for Monday 9am appointment. Auto glass guy wasn't there yet, they told me he would call me when he came in. I called at 4pm, he was gone, my car wasn't ready. Promised again they would call me upon completion. At 7:30, I called back, peeved. Sure enough, car was "done", at 5:30! No phone call, AGAIN. Went to get my car, found that they hadn't touched the interior! My "ultimate" $349 detail had been downgraded without my knowledge. But the exterior was still dirty, NO CLEAR COAT applied. Ryan, manager on duty and MY SALESMAN, told me to bring it back on Friday, says he will "talk with the manager for some resolution ". He's off the next two days! Had I not spent 10 minutes with a Ryan and the detail manager talking about particulars of the "ULTIMATE" detail, I wouldn't be this upset. Now I must take my car back for yet another lost day. Further, I asked about discounts. Not one person mentored the GROUPON they had been running Car Toys Beaverton seems to be all about making sales, with no customer service. Ryan could see that I was visibly upset and angry at the condition of my car, but couldn't or wouldn't make it right. Putting me off for four more days isn't the right answer. I have been in retail since 1984. I would NEVER treat a client the way they treat theirs at Car Toys. I could have paid less for the exterior only detail. They charged me $169,---their Groupon price is $99 Brand new wheels on my car, they didn't have to touch them, and didn't. I expected so much more. When I dropped off my car, the young man who assisted me verified that I wanted their ultimate detail with LEATHER CONDITIONING. It is a $349 package with clear coat. I didn't get it. After two visits to Car Toys, I was specific as I could be, I texted my husband the price of the ultimate detail while discussing it with Ryan, after confirming this ultimate detail when I dropped off my car, I feel I shouldn't have to lose yet one more day, but I must take it back this Friday. I will write another review after I take my car back. But here are my findings: Their exterior detail left MOSS on my windows, tree pollen and tree droppings all in the windshield drain area. There is green moss or tree pollen stuck on the door trims! There is still tree pitch on the car, after we expressly paid extra for that removal. So while my car looks better, they did a half-hearted job on what was supposed to be a very complete interior/exterior auto DETAIL WITH CLEAR COAT. Their detail man looked at my car with me on Sunday, I was specific about what I wanted done, the Ultimate. Yet no buffing was done beneath the fin on the trunk, it looks awful. No explanation for this, because everyone went home early Monday. The people I spoke with on Sunday weren't there in the morning. Ryan was the only one left when I picked up my car Monday evening. Communication is sorely lacking at this store. I communicated clearly what I wanted. I was quoted a price for the "ultimate". Why they downgraded this service, and failed to mention the Groupon after I ASKED about any running discounts, makes me furious. I HATE having to take my car back. But the exterior has tree pollen remaining on the door trims and other places listed above. So not only was this the worst detail experience of my life, the salesman responsible for failing to enter the Ultimate detail correctly, wouldn't take responsibility for having made this mistake. In looking at my car after their work was done, I can say that I got a $99 detail, for which I was charged $169. No, they didn't charge me for the ultimate. But I didn't get what I was expecting, and this is most disappointing. And I really didn't get what I paid for. My car didn't receive the car I expected. The exterior glass want clean. Jon at the front desk helped me to pick the right equipment for Apple car play and getting the correct parts for my car. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything. Excellent employee and really nice person. The plan was to put in speakers as well but I think I only got one side installed unfortunately because when I checked my receipt they only ordered the one pair instead of 2 pairs so that was disappointing but other then that it's a fantastic system. I have been so happy with Beaverton Car Toys since purchasing my "car toy" in about 2018. Nothing has gone wrong with my dashboard sound system/backup camera/computer screen. But I'm not good with technology. Five times in the last several years, I've not known how to do something. Each time, I've gone into Car Toys, asked for help, and someone has come out to my car to help me. My smart phone had become un-bluetoothed to my dashboard system. One of the employees came out and showed me how to successfully connect the two devices. It worked! I offered him a $20 tip, which he refused. That is EXCELLENT customer service! read more

Some words of caution...If you end up deciding to proceed with any services with this establishment, note that they are extremely slow and unresponsive to warrenty claims. Additionally, don't expect them to call you back if you are having any issues with any of their services/products. YOU need to call THEM...OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. My car I dropped off an hour early and had a 2-3 hour wait. I all to say I'm on my way 3hours later. They said they were about to start on it. I give them until 30 minutes before I close. Call them and they say they are working on the wiring and will be done by750. I dropped by at 745 and my car was still in the same exact location. They are the rudest, laziest, lying people and worst customer service I can honestly say I've ever had. Smiling when they are saying it's night fault and you can't make an appointment when the manager was the person I spoke to to make the appointment. They installed the wrong freaking deck. I picked out the one I wanted. Dropped off the car at 7:30am. Came back at 7:00pm when the car was finally done to find they didn't install the right deck....not even the correct brand???? Don't be fooled by the "free install" they will overcharge you for every bit of extra shop supplies to make the free install cost hundreds. If you go here be ready for a used car dealer experience. Prices are not prices. "Free backup camera" but install is $200? "Oh, the amp has a bass knob? That's an extra $90 install". The wires are all run at the same time, the extra wire is insignificant. Why would that have an extra charge? Because they nickel and dime you to maximize profit. Will not be going back EVER. Wasted my time and money. read more

Brought in my new 4Runner to get remote start installed (Toyota is slow to include these cool little things lol). They recommended to install the remote start where we could use the OEM key rather than carrying a separate key fob. They also recommended for us to get ceramic coating on the body and windows and gave us a good deal, so we decided to add this as well. Car came out looking great and everything was working well. Unfortunately after a few days, we realized that the range of the OEM key sucks. So we decided to come back to Car Toys to explain the situation and they were able to give us a handful of options to resolve the issue that didnt cost much more. They were cool enough to make sure that the parts we paid for before were still usable and they gave us a little discount on the additional parts. Now the range is way better and I am really happy with my setup. The only reason for the -1 star is I wish they told us that the OEM key range would be bad. I realize we should have thought of this, but since they're the experts we didnt think much of it. So we did end up paying for labor twice. Overall, all the guys that work there are super friendly and care about making sure customers are happy. I intend on coming back to get tints...and maybe a few more things for my new baby lol. I came in this last week to get a sub, amp, and speakers put in my car. I came on two separate occasions to see what they had and both times I spent about an hour with Giovanni and he was very informative, patient and helpful and made sure to find me exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying him lunch because I was so impressed. During my install the installers found that I needed an extra part they originally didn't know I needed until they pulled everything apart, but instead of charging me extra, they ended up not charging me for which made me feel valued as a customer. After my install I got home and noticed my door panel had not been reattached all the way, so I came right back and Dalen came right out and reattached it for me. I also want to give a shout out to Rene the store manager and Mark the lead installer. I was initially upset that they missed a part that increased my wait time substantially, but they both said they'd make the situation right and make sure everything worked, even if I needed to come back and they did. I know the last thing about stereo equipment and installs and throughout the entire project, the team was able to make recommendations that I wouldn't have and didn't think about considering. I would definitely come back if I wanted to install anything else in the future. And would recommend this place to a friend. read more

The sales part of the experience was OK I got a 10 inch face deck with Apple CarPlay and android separate speaker kit for the front speakers for the back an 800 W amplifier and a sub box with 2- 12 inch subs I was told it would be approximately six hours for installation it ended up being 10 hours after picking up my vehicle they forgot to disconnect the factory amplifier and sub which was blown so I couldn't even really play the new sound system that I paid $3000 for I went back a couple hours later and they said they couldn't get to it that day because they had New customers in front of me ... seems like they should've gotten to be taken care of so I had to go back in again the next day drop off the vehicle oh and wait for them to fix something they should've fixed before I picked it up in addition I didn't even leave enough wire for the a subwoofer box to be moved so they did add wire to that then my last comment would be they didn't even take the time to set the date or the time on the stereo the overall installation process my opinion was only fair mark the install manager was apologetic however when I went back I think they should've been able to just take care of me instead of make me come back a day later cents to disconnect the factory subwoofer it took him about 20 minutes read more
