Called Landmark Ford to have an airbag recall done on my truck. I spoke with Daniel in the service department. He told me I had to create an account with Ford to get this done. After he got all my info, he couldn't find a way to schedule me, so I was told I'd get a call back in an hour or 2 from the service department with the details. Did not get a call back for 4-5 days. When I did, I had already had the recall done at Damerow Ford, and Damerow had even had me leave and come back the next week after ordering the wrong part! I tried to make a deal on a F150 lightning but it didn't seem the person on the other end was very interested in moving things forward. Over a day spent slowly texting back and forth, and we reached the negotiation point of "hey we're really far off but why don't you come in and see if you like the truck and we can maybe make something work". I started this clearly expressing interest in a very specific spec that I'd already test driven, but also was busy with work and hoped to arrive at some semblance of a deal before driving out to them. Ultimately, I didn't feel very important, despite wanting to take a slow selling, expensive truck off their hands at the end of the month. I ended up getting the truck at another dealership for just exactly what I wanted after some standard dealership sales back and forth. Given this experience, I'll likely not consider them again. READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM LANDMARK! You might be putting yourself and your family at risk and giving yourself a massive headache. I bought a brand new 2024 Lightning Lariat on 3.7.25, sticker price $76,995. I returned it ELEVEN days later. Foggy windows, water pouring from the driver door, damp carpets, and a strong mold smell. Landmark confirmed the carpet was wet. Turns out a drain line wasn't connected during manufacturing. Their plan? "Dry it out and wash the carpets." I insisted on replacement due to mold. They claimed they found none. When I questioned water in the driver door (not near the faulty drain), they gave confusing and contradictory answers -- including "cars get water in the doors if they sit for a long time." Ford eventually stepped in and told Landmark to replace the carpet. 10 days later, I picked up the truck and found: -Visible mold on the driver door -Water still in the driver door -Back seat poorly reinstalled -Sticky residue on the seat (thanks, "Detail Team") You decide: Did Landmark Ford knowingly sell a moldy vehicle? 1. This vehicle had water intrusion for 8 months 2. The mold grew visibly in just 10 days, hard to believe it wasn't there before the sale 3.Landmark thought steam-cleaning moldy carpet was acceptable I'm having a certified lab test the mold to find out how dangerous it is. Being new in town I took my 2018 F150 there to replace the cam phasers, which is a known issue by Ford, and they initially quoted me $4600 to replace the phasers. However, I called Ford and I received assistance from them to pay up to $3000 of that cost which was fantastic. I have had nothing but good experience with the brand. However, the dealerships are separate story. The technicians at Landmark Ford were fantastic and they completed the job in just three days with perfect results. However, when I went to pickup my truck and pay the remainder of the fee along with some other preventative maintenance I asked them to complete, they wanted to charge me additional 3% for convenience fee since I wanted to use my credit card. They never told me about this beforehand specially since they knew my portion would amount to approximately $2500. Talking to their management they would not budge on eliminating the fee and if it was up to them they would have charged me the complete cost of the repair. I had nothing but positive experience with the technicians at Landmark Ford but their shady business practices and trying to nickel and dime their customers, would leave me no choice but to NOT recommend this dealership for anything. I have been planning to purchase a new Raptor R this year but I will take my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same. read more

This place is dishonest and a shameful black mark on Ford Motor. I am a longtime Ford customer and have always used Ford service centers across the country as I've moved with work. Never had trouble anywhere in 10 states... enter Landmark. I set up and oil change and waited in the lobby. They took my truck back and called me up in under 15 minutes saying the service had been completed. I thought it was too quick so when I got back to my truck I checked the oil level. The oil was low and black! They did absolutely nothing and charged me for having done the service. I took the evidence back in and talked to the service manager. They denied having done that. After taking him out and showing him, he offered a refund of the service. No actual apology and no reprimand of the folks doing the work. I will never trust them. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! WORST SERVICE TEAM AND VERY INCOMPETENT MECHANICS. I was having sensors showing and my truck was not accelerating properly that pointed towards a spark plug problem . My wife's brother in MT is a Ford mechanic and I let him know the issues and he stated that it sounds like a spark plug issue. These jokers at Landmark ran their diagnostic test and drove it multiple times and could not detect any issue. I got my truck back and headed on a family trip the next morning to MT . Sensors came back on within an hour and the vehicle was jerking on acceleration over 55mph. We had to stop in the Tri Cities and take the truck to a garage. Guess what? Cracked spark plug!!! I had to waste $ to get hotel and waste a day of vacation and waste $ on Landmark Ford. There is more! Thought I would give these jokers one more try. Brought my truck in to have a back window switch installed. I got the truck home and tested the switch and of course it didn't work. Called Ryan from the Blue Team. He didn't return my call. Two days later I have to call back again and I talk to him. He tells me that they didn't test the switch and that I can bring it back in and they will test it for $200! I paid for their crazy labor bill and these jokers didn't even test to see if their work was done properly and then want to charge me more $ to do what they should have done the first time. Kelly Muncy was the estimator Ironically, State Farm had recommended Landmark first on the list for my area in bodywork. Kelly called me July 11 to tell me that the parts had arrived and made an appointment for me to drop it off July 16th. Yesterday they called to let me know it would be ready today at 9AM Today when I picked it up, and it looked brand new not only no longer damaged but due to an extra touch of detailing!!!! Dishonest finance people. Told Oscar I wanted to transfer my old license plates to my new car. He said he couldn't do it and that I'd have to go to the DMV myself. So I did, where I was told the dealer could do that for me. I guess Oscar just didn't want to make the effort. I was also advised they already ordered new plates with a $409 registration fee I shouldn't have had to pay. Now I'm unable to use my old plates. I went down to the dealership to sort it out, Oscar stood there and told me I never had that conversation with him. A bald faced lie, to which both my wife and I can attest. Look, mistakes get made and most can get sorted out. But lying to my face and trying to gaslight me on a conversation I know I had is just dishonest. Landmark offers remote service if you are within 10 miles or so of the dealership. I have used it three or four times and it works very well. You set an appointment for what you want, oil change, recall repair, many repairs for brakes and engine related light repair. The techs are on time, they bring the right parts and tools. They get the job done on time and you are at your home and can continue to work or do whatever. The other nice thing is that you can talk to the tech and find out what they are working on and what might need attention as well. Super nice to deal with and a real plus for the dealership. I do not know if they will do work on other than Fords or Lincolns and I rather doubt it. But for us Ford owners it's a real positive thing to know you can have your car repaired at home. read more

*update: 3/19 Shari has returned my call and we are set to get the seat heater repaired and a look into the electrical issues that have popped up. Will continue to update as things move along. April 4th is service appointment due to our schedules. 2016 Ford-150 Brought to service to repair in Nov/Dec 23 for standard service and also to diagnose seat heater outage. Was told heat seater was covered under our extended warranty and they would order part and contact us for replacement. Fast forward to Mar 2025 no one ever contacted us for seat heater and truck was due for another service so we thought the heater would be addressed then. NOPE! Still need to order part but now our extended service contract is expired. They also replaced tail light assembly due to damage. Now the electrical system is completely glitchy and not operating correctly. It resets every time the engine is turned off. 10 days after this service still no parts and no one will return our calls. Kathy green team radio silence. Shari customer relations nothing. Service Manager (didn't get name) but same nothing. GMC is looking better and better everyday. read more

I have been going here for years, there was a time when shopping for a car they pissed me off when my wife and I were shopping and the salesman said if we wanted to browse we could go to Washington square parking lot. !#@$*?&. After time we came back hunting for a car, and started using fleet services to shop and we came into a gentleman that was no pressure, super helpful and I started to see that they changed their ways. Like I am sure most dealers have over the years too to get rid of that stigmatism. We have since bought from them and I get all 4 of our cars serviced by them. The service department is great, my favorite part is they are open until MIDNIGHT, YES MIDNIGHT!!!! I have been able to make appointments for oil changes etc to happen in the evening when I am off work, I also don't have to rush to pick up a vehicle before 5 like other places. They really make it convenient for the consumer. They always great us at the desk, open doors and offer assistance. They have a descent waiting area where I have been able to hang out and use my laptop or be comfortable on a couch. The team leads are there to please, always call me to give me updates on larger service needs and I feel I get treated fairly on prices. Totally recommend them for purchase and service and even thou they are a bit out of my way I am happy to go to a place that treats us well. read more

This is a mixed review but feel it's worth a read to make an informed decision. Thank you for reading. I set an appointment here for my Ford work truck. One of the local tire shops, (I will later find out) did me dirty, and the Ford dealer did fix it. The other issue was Ford dealer specific that involved a door lock. The appointment was somewhat easy to initiate, someone did call me back to verify some specific info about the vehicle. So here's the bad, followed by the good. When I arrived for my appointment, the service advisor arriving, had a chip on her shoulder or something. Let's just say she wasn't friendly, at all. I did get some texts and a phone call with an update during the 6 days. As I was trying to schedule my upcoming week I reached out via voice mail to the advisor. She never returned my call. In going off the latest information I had, I showed up when she said it would be done. Ubered up there to find out the parts hadn't even arrived. Kurt was nice enough to shuttle me home. So I got the Service Manager involved. Kurt was great! So was Caleb, one of the repair techs there. When it was done, they brought the truck around, neither the key or fob would unlock the door. Kurt grabbed Caleb, and Caleb shined in a clutch situation, not having anything to do with the original repair. But jumped right in, found the problem and got me on my way. He deserves a raise in my opinion! In closing. It was a fiasco, I'd like to say I've never been treated that poorly by someone in customer service as that advisor did, but I'd be lying. It's all to prevalent. They did make the repair side good while I was still there. I feel since it's a mixed review, I'll leave my opinion out of the mix, and you can decide for yourselves. read more

The master power window switch on my 2017 Escape were working intermittently so I made an appointment with Landmark Ford Service for the morning of July 24. The front power port was not working and I wanted to have that checked also. Back in January of 2023 I had removed fuses 60 and 61 on the passenger side fuse box. I was able to push 61 back in but 60 gave me trouble and was left only partially pushed in. I was unable to contort my elderly body sufficient for working with those fuses again and had requested that they be checked while my vehicle was serviced in December 2023 but the service team ran out of time and did not do this. Back to July 24, 2024. The rede service team manager printed out a quote of $180 diagnostic to check the window switch and another $180 to check the power port. I declined the diagnostic for the power port and left my vehicle for servicing. Shortly before noon the red team manager called and gave me an estimate of $840 to replace the master power switch and the power port both of which he told me were faulty. I declined and he told me he'd call back when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. He called around 2PM and sent an Uber to pick me up for the return to the dealership. He gave me an estimate showing $300 labor to fix the master switch and another $300 labor to replace the power port, plus parts. I paid $180 for the diagnostic and while I was there I purchased a new master power window switch for $131. A nearby automobile repair shop told me they would replace the switch for $85 and their reviews were excellent. When I picked up my Escape from Landmark I noticed that the red reflector from the door was left in my console and that the passenger side floor mat had been removed and placed in the rear cargo area. So the door had been removed and I guess someone took a look at the passenger side fuse box. On Friday the 26th I left my Escape with the local repair shop. They called me later to tell me that neither the old nor new Master power switches worked initially. They took a look at the fuse box and found that fuse 60 was loose. Upon pushing it in they discovered not only did both master switches work but the power port (fuse 61) also started working. The loose fuse was the problem and Landmark Ford not only missed or ignored this they wanted to charge me an hour and a half labor to replace a door covering that was already removed to do the diagnostic. And $180 to replace the power port! After no small amount of conversation and presentation of paperwork the service department manager offered to refund the $180 diagnostic fee. In the end I paid $131 for a Master Power switch that I did not need plus $110 for the excellent work by the local repair shop. Unfortunately I cannot trust Landmark Ford and will never have a vehicle serviced there in the future. read more

Originally, I was going to get my car serviced at Damerow Ford and had the worst customer service experience of my life. Another review recommended Landmark Ford and honestly, the bar was low given my previous experience. I called Landmark to make the appointment and the woman who scheduled me in was patient and a joy to talk to. She was able to look up my car, order the parts necessary for the recall, and scheduled me in - easy. My Service Advisor was Avelino, part of the Red Team and he was fantastic during the entire process. I dropped my car off early Thursday morning, he confirmed what I needed done, confirmed my cell with me and he gave me an approximate time for when everything was going to be complete. He kept me in the loop and was very positive and communicative throughout the day. When I went to get my car after work, the process was orderly and efficient. Personally I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a car here! We bought our son a 2005 WRX. We were told it was a clean title,that was a lie! When we had the car inspected after we bought it we had to pay $2000 for repairs that the dealership told us they had already fixed which was another lie. When we asked them to reimburse us or meet us half way for the repair bill they refused. We finally got the title after 3 months and the title was branded. My girlfriend and I took her car to Landmark Ford in August of 2021 to have her entire engine replaced in her 2017 Ford Escape. To be clear, we purchased the vehicle from another Ford dealership in CA the year prior so the need for the engine to be replaced was NOT Landmark Ford's fault. We called Landmark Ford and had to wait over a month for her car to be seen for the initial diagnosis. It was determined by Landmark Ford that her engine needed to be replaced, and that it would take around 2 months to do. Supply chain issues and labor are what caused the long wait, and we understood that. 2 months go by of horrible contact. We constantly reached out, via voicemail and text, and consistently were ghosted. We finally received a callback to notify us they forgot to order a specific part for the engine, and that it would take several more weeks to have the part shipped and installed. We understood, and asked for better communication. The communication this time was better, and finally after a several month ordeal August-November, we got her car back. We were happy. Now February 2022 hits and her check engine light turns on. So we call into landmark ford and are told it's going to be a month before the car can get in. Finally get the car in, and it turns out it was running on incredibly low oil because the service department installed the new engine wrong and had leaked oil everywhere. They fixed it at no cost in March, and sent us on our way. A couple weeks later, there were more oil leaks. So we took the car BACK to landmark ford to have it fixed. This was starting to get very frustrating. They "fixed" the car once again, and sent us on our way. Not one day later, we are driving the car and the front right wheel disconnects from its connections ON TRAIN TRACKS. So we are stuck on train tracks, frantically calling police, all because landmark ford forgot to put a nut back on the ball joint (take a look at the pictures). Took it BACK to Landmark Ford for them to fix it (because nobody else would touch the car), and they found MORE oil leaks. 4 weeks later, picked up the car and sent us on our way. Last week, we took the car back to make sure there are no more oil leaks. To our surprise, no more oil leaks. BUT! Money was stolen out of her center console. Gone. I have left the service director a voicemail and am waiting for a response... i will update this review when he gives me a call. Because this was an unusual request a number of dealerships were not very interested. That was not the case with Landmark Ford. When I arrived a floor salesperson immediately understood this was going to be a custom order and called down their fleet manager, Mick Corliss. Mick and another associate went over the order, option by option to make sure I was getting what I wanted and eliminating options that would not add value to my build. I scheduled a simple oil change at 7:15 pm. I've used Landmark for the past several years and I must say that the service has continuously gone downhill, and the service price keeps going up every time I go back. I was told my oil change would take about 90 minutes. A shuttle service drove me home and I expected to pick up my car within 2 hours. By 1030 pm I hadn't heard from Ashley the service person in charge. I called to get an update and I was told that they hadn't even started yet because of staffing issues. Since Landmark closes at Midnight, I figured that I would get a phone call before they closed. I had to reach out again at 11:45 and then was informed my car would be ready after Midnight but the cashier would be gone by then and no shuttle service is offered after 11. I had to pick up my car the following morning. It's unprofessional to not keep a customer updated. And because of that unprofessionalism, it's hard to trust that quality work was actually done on my vehicle. A phone call would've been appreciated to let me know that they were behind. If they had, I wouldn't be leaving a 1 star review even though I would be just as irritated by the situation. Scheduling a specific time seems redundant if there's no intention of starting the service on time regardless of staffing issues. I would highly recommend going to another place for simple services. Really upset with my experience at this dealership. My wife and I are rebuilding our credit due to COVID 19, we are moving and we're wanting to help get my grandfather out of a car he's tied into and my wife and I into a new one. Long story short I found the Ranger that would work for us, with a decent downpayment. I contacted the dealership via virtual chat and input all of my information into the calculator and Kelly blue book page. I told them I liked the hypothetical numbers, but wanted to ensure the information for the civic would carry over. I was told that I could submit the application and everything would transition over. With the trade in details locked in, I submitted my application with my wife as co signer and scheduled a 4:30 appointment. Typically when you submit a credit application you have offers in hand upon arrival. This was not the case. When my wife and I arrived at our scheduled appointment time, the young girl at the reception desk had no idea why I was there, my name wasn't listed on any of the paperwork. Her attitude certainly reflected this when I stated why we were there. She asked how I went about making an appointment due to her having no prior knowledge of it. I said it was done online. She ran off and had to find a salesman to assist us. He too had no clue why we were there. Rather he goes inside and pulls our authorization for the credit check. We go outside and go on the shortest loop of a test drive I've ever been on. I opted not to go on the freeway, but figured that would grant more time on residential roads. Nope! We then had our application submitted. Granted, I knew full well it would take time to work out our challenging credit situation. I didn't expect our information to have not been submitted at all, which is why I filled out the form early to begin with. Anyhow, time flies and we have a bank that wants two grand more than we wanted to put down. Told him I could do four total. He disappears and more time passes. He says it's looking grim (as expected) but will work it out. This salesman was wonderful doing his best to get a deal made. He did come back with good news stating he found a bank, with the 4K down and a high payment. Still, it was something and we were happy. Unfortunately this is where it took the blowing turn for worse. I mentioned the civic was nowhere on the paperwork for the deal. And asked before signing and locking it in if the civic was in fact on there. It wasn't and the salesman made no attempt to hide his frustration with the situation. He pushed for us to sell the trade in car on Craigslist or Facebook and just take the deal. I mentioned that I had pre-arranged this information ahead of time so I too was in the dark as to why he had no idea there was a trade in. He asked if it was top heavy on the loan, I said yes but barely. He immediately got more frustrated and just said there was no way a deal would go forward with any negative equity. I get the credit situation isn't the best, but just shooting down in a frustrated manner isn't the way to go about it. Especially in earshot of other customers. Credit information is private, best to keep it down when discussing it. I do understand his frustration after working hard to get an approval, what I didn't like was how frustrated he got and how poorly the dealership handled communication. It's not fair to take that frustration out on a customer trying to strike a deal. It wasn't my fault at all that the information of my trade in and scheduled appointment wasn't passed along to the sales team. The dealership should strive to be better about communication all around before pushing someone to a salesman. It's not fair to both the buyer and salesman involved. The salesman was great up until expressing his frustration in the manner he did. It was completely crushing, even in spite of the lengths he went to to secure a deal. I'm appreciative of that, but not the attitude and discouragement of looking at a cheaper less expensive used truck. Plus the young girl at the front was absolutely rude in every respect. The whole experience just shot my desire to want to come back and try again with a larger downpayment. My suggestion is to look elsewhere for professionalism and excellent customer service when purchasing a motor vehicle during these difficult times. Especially if you're in a rebuilding credit situation. Props to the salesman's efforts and phone call to secure a deal, negative rating for the treatment overall and the incredibly poor communication. read more

Terrible customer service, over charged for the work, more than double what other Ford were asking for same work. Do not recommend! (Silver team) Response time would be several days at best with no itemized quote when asked multiple times. read more

Wow. Look at all of the bad reviews. Landmark Ford should be so proud. Obviously, my experiences there are not isolated issues. The people at Landmark Ford are RUDE. Adam Drake in the Brown Team does not understand how to treat customers. He acted like he was doing me a favor by selling me a key fob. I used to go to Landmark Ford for all of the repairs and maintenance for the Four Fords that I own...but over the years their service proved to be disappointing. Adam Drake is a good example of this. All we need is a key fob. Landmark will charge $350 for the Fob and programming...I think that is a lot of money for a key Fob, but if that's what it costs, okay. They also want to have the vehicle from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. If they're going to charge a premium and inconvenience customers by keeping the vehicle for 4.5 hours (just to get a key fob), at least they can treat customers like they appreciate their business. I stopped going to Landmark Ford a few years ago when I brought my Ford Explorer in and they scratched it. I asked them to fix the scratch and they said they didn't do it. Let's see...it was not scratched when it went in, and it was scratched when it came out...who did they think did it? Adam's rudeness on the phone just now reminded me of why I don't go there anymore. Anyway, there are many other places to go that will treat you well and appreciate your business. And Amanda (if you still work at Landmark Ford), don't bother sending me one of your empty responses that pretend that Landmark Ford cares...I think all of these Yelp users are smarter than that. read more
