We did this as a gift for our daughter during our visit, because she has little time to clean her Subaru Forrester. I made an appointment a few days ahead for an extreme detail. It needed it with rough weather and dog visitor. These people have a lot of pride in their work and they do a wonderful job. The place is a bit tricky to find but they sent a picture of of the location and structure, so that we knew where to go. The price was very fair considering all the work. They kept it from 9-5 to make sure it was free of dog hair and waxed and polished it. When we picked it up, this 3 year old vehicle looked brand new. It had been parked outside most of the time. The wax will protect it. She will try her best to maintain the look, but we will know where to go next time we visit here- Car Wash Cleveland! read more

Unfortunately have to update my initial review of Car Wash Cleveland. At our most recent visit, we expected our car to be ready around 3pm given our 9:30am appointment (booking estimate 5 hours) Didn't receive a call until after 6pm to come pick it up. After dinner, we loaded our two children (nearing bedtime for our 9m and 2yo) to go pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival, we were given very vague responses, had to continue asking questions to find out the employee who detailed our car drove off with our keys for a 'family emergency'. We tried to be very understanding given our past good experience with CWC, until 45 more minutes passed. Both kids screaming and crying as it was getting dark in a parking lot in Parma. The gentleman FINALLY pulled up with his girlfriend, the whole car wreaking of marijuana. Also came to find out our vehicle had been running for HOURS as he forgot to turn it off before leaving. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE. I left both a voicemail for Diego as well as filed a complaint via their website, both have gone unanswered for a month. ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING AND HIGHLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE FROM CONSIDERING CAR WASH CLEVELAND AS WELL. Customer experience is clearly not important to this business. read more

Reached out about a same day weekend car detail and company was responsive right away and helpful. They got me in within 30 min. My car was in rough shape inside and out, and they did a fantastic job rehabbing it back to life. Very reasonably priced. Car was done an hour earlier than planned, which was great. First time ever getting a complete car detail and am I glad I chose this place! Having many detailers in the area, I could not beat this price. $185 for everything inside and out. After booking my appointment, staff reached out with a text the night prior, to double confirm my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman named Arion (unsure on the spelling). GREAT guy! Very friendly and professional. My appointment was at noon and they had finished by 3:30pm, which is very quick for a complete detail, and a bay full of cars already working on, especially considering the state of my interior (vomit stains in carpet). I picked the vehicle back up and this thing looked BRAND NEW. The leather interior glistened and the carpet was stain free, fluffed, and looked new. The stench completely gone. The attention to detail from these folks is next level. Arion did such an amazing job. I will be back and highly recommend this place to anybody in the area. read more

So, I got the Groupon during the winter time because it was such an incredible deal, and the winter can be extremely unkind to my Ruby. Ruby is my 2013 Mazda 3 When I first scheduled my appointment, I will have to admit it was tricky trying to find time that was convenient for the both of us. I work FAAAAAARRRRRRR west (like 45 minutes from the shop--all freeway driving, btw), and since I get off work at 5pm, it's impossible for me to get to Car Wash Cleveland during business hours. After going back and forth for several minutes, Diego finally agreed to stay after the shop closed to detail my car. (I was gonna redeem my groupon I bought, dangit! LOL!) I AM SO GLAD HE TOOK ME! When he finished, my girl Ruby was looking like the day I first drove her off the car lot when I first bought her. But that's not surprising since he works with the dealerships in the area. He got all the snow stains out the carpet, the cracks where dirt and dust had collected were clean, my mats were sparkly and new! I mean, my fingerprints were wiped clean from that car! LOL! Since then, I have redeemed my Groupon, and now I am a repeat customer. Diego takes care of Ruby. He gets rid of the scratches that mysteriously end up on my car, which I have a lot. (I am so rough on my car.) Diego certainly takes better care of my car than I do. *LE SIGH* I thought about giving Diego 4 stars because we had to haggle about the timing so much when I first went to see him, but he probably knows that I was just going to be persistent until I finally wore him down. I got the interior detail and I've got to say, they exceeded my expectations. My car is sparkling clean! I had that impossible to get out pet hair problem and they got it all out. I also had a gravy stain on my front passenger seat that I was afraid wouldn't come out, but they got it out. Can't even tell it was ever there. Needless to say, after this past winter, my car was super gross. I'm a working college student so I never have the time to break down and clean my car (hopefully this paints the picture for you). After taking it to them, the car looks like I just drove it off the lot! I highly recommend this company if you need some detailing done. read more

In the past, I've been tempted to try a new restaurant or a new service because I got a really good deal on Groupon or Living Social, only to be disappointed with my purchase. Such was not the case with my Carwash Cleveland auto detailing experience. I was so pleased with the overall quality of this service, I would have happily paid full price. The garage where my detailing was performed was a little sketchy. It was small, dark and seemingly disorganized. However, the results were pleasantly surprising. Both the outside and inside of my 13-year-old Honda Odyssey looked fantastic. I will definitely use this service again in the future. Kudos to Diego and his staff for a job well donee. read more

I am not easy to please when it comes to the cleanliness of my car, but road salt was completely gone from my carpet, dash detail work was impeccable, and all glass, leather, exterior, wheel surfaces were sparkling. Awful experience. My girlfriend gifted me an Amazon local deal for an ultimate detail valued at $275 dollars. I made an appointment for 11 am during my lunch hour so as I can drop the car off and pick it up by 3:30. Long story short, Diego from the shop and his coworker told me that I would need to pay $55 extra because there was dog hair in the back seat and I would have to leave it over night. I told that that that's not possible so they said to get a refund on Amazon and that they could not help me. I wasted time and gas to bring it to the shop and my buddy from work did the same so as he can drive me back to work. Unprofessional outfit with unrealistic value for money. They also expect a tip on top of the $275 value that the voucher is for. Ridiculous and definitely not worth the money. read more

I got the Groupon for this place and went to get my crossover detailed. I got charged extra for the oversized vehicle and pet hair - which I expected and was appropriate. They did a very good job, vehicle looked brand new - it has been around for a rough 4 years. This is a small enterprise and does not have an office staff, so they may be slow responding to emails. Diego is a crook. Stay away. Ruined my car by flooding the electrical system of a Prius. Over $1,000 of damage, none of which he offered to pay for and a Toyota dealership said they couldn't fathom why someone would use water on the electrical board INSIDE the car. Car has never been the same even after more than $2,000 of additional repairs due to rust, electrical shortage and more complications. Took Diego to small claims court and WON - still has not paid for damages even after a city court ordered him to do so. Stay far, far away. read more

Car Wash Cleveland left my car INOPERABLE due to the water damage they caused to the hybrid computer system that controls my car. After I got home, I was unable to drive my car anywhere, let alone back to Car Wash Cleveland the next day. I had to get my car TOWED to the dealership to be fixed that night because I needed to have a functioning car. I was in the middle of a move and needed to be out of my apartment on Dec. 1st and was unable to do this without a car. Diego suggesting that I should have waited until the next day to have a functioning car is absurd. Getting a car detail DOES NOT mean receiving a car back that is inoperable. The Toyota certified technicians also confirmed that the check engine light being on after a detail is not normal, it is dangerous because water is INSIDE the ELECTRICAL computer system of the car. If turning on the heat would have "dried out" my car as Diego suggested, my car would not have quit functioning. The issue was not only that my check engine light was on and my car was sluggish after I left the detail shop, it was that my car would NOT DRIVE after I got home. The dealership did not "blow out" my car as Diego suggested. Expert technicians ran diagnostic tests on the hybrid computer system, then took it apart, dried it out, put the computer system back together and ran diagnostic tests again to make sure it was functioning properly. Only technicians that are certified in this COMPUTER system are able to properly fix the problem. A car detail shop, that was not even aware of my car having a computer system, is not the appropriate party to intrust with fixing it. When I picked up my car at 5:10pm on 11/30/16 from Car Wash Cleveland, I tipped Diego before driving my car and realizing that is was damaged. As soon as I drove out of the parking lot and became aware of the problem I informed Diego of the issue. This was about 5:15pm, not 7pm as Diego states, and I have copies of the phone logs documenting when this conversation occurred. When he informed me that the issue was "normal" and to dry out my car, I agreed because I had not yet spoken to the Toyota dealership to find out that it is not normal and good be dangerous. It was also before my car would not shift into drive. As soon as my car became inoperable, I called Car Wash Cleveland multiple times but it was after their business hours. Getting my car functioning ASAP was a priority for me since I needed it to move. I did not have the luxury of waiting to see if Car Wash Cleveland could fix it themselves. Bottom line is, if you are a professional company and you damage someones property during a service, you must take responsibility for it instead of trying to blame the client for how they handled the situation after you damaged their car. It is also very unprofessional to promise that you will file an insurance claim and then fail to do so. There is a good likelihood that Car Wash Cleveland is NOT INSURED since they will not provide me with their insurance information. I have reported them to the BBB and asked them to please investigate this business for proper licensing and insurance. read more

I LOVE this place! Very professional clean. My car was nasty beforehand between muddy dogs, long road trips, little kids, and having never been professionally cleaned before. It came out fantastic! Completely clean inside and out. I work full time Mon-Fri 8-5 and it was a little hard to coordinate a drop off since most of the available appointments are during the day during the workweek. Just have a plan for that. It would be nice if they had a lock box where you could possibly drop your car off the night before or early morning before they open. That's my only suggestion to make things easier for the drop-off and pick-up logistics. But it still doesn't affect my overall impression of the owner/staff and their great work!! DEFINITELY take your car here if you want a good clean!! read more

Wow~! I think my car looks better than brand new!! Bought a deal on Living Social. Diego called to get me in even earlier than my booked appointment. I was completely blown away by how gorgeous my CX5 looks. The carpets which had salt/stains, look absolutely brand new, as do the carpeted mats. The engine was immaculately cleaned and the paint just sparkles. My only complaint was that they didn't call to say it was finished after they had it from 11am-4:00pm and when I called, no one answered, so we just drove out and hoped it was ready, which it was. They lost one star for that. Also, I have a small crossover SUV, but I was still upcharged for a full size SUV ($25). It still was a tremendous deal and I have already recommended and probably have two or three friends who will be making an appointment. *Wouldn't recommend waiting for your vehicle because I am sure it took longer than 3 hours to get my car looking this amazing!! read more
