Extreme Auto Detailing is the best place to take your vehicle if you needed the interior or exterior cleaned. I got my car stuck in the snow and I had mud all in my engine and the undercarriage so I took it to them in hopes that they could clean my engine and make it look better. I was shock at the result. My engine honestly looked cleaner then when I first bought my car new last year. I had them detail the exterior and interior as well, and again, I was shocked at the results. Not only was the work they did fantastic, but they had an amazing staff that was helpful and friendly. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the work that was done. Thank you, I will be coming back again.

You can see the dirt in corners. I scrubbed them a bit and it does come off.

The finance guy wasn't super-aggressive trying to get you to buy things you don't want like tire plans, warranty etc...It' a business and they are going to ask. But a lot of dealers can be super annoying with this and keep pressing you to purchase something extra after you decline the offer. Those are the things that I find detract from the buying experience and process so I found the experience more pleasant than normal. No complaints.

It was a Friday night and they were closing for the weekend, we would have had to cancel our vacation. We decided to trade so we could get on our way but the only car available on the whole lot was a Corolla Cross. Recently we received an invitation to a sales event that was going to blow us away at Victory Toyota, we even had to make an appointment for this event. We walked into Toyota and saw very limited inventory. We looked at two cars and I counted five salesmen standing around in various parts of the showroom. Not one person asked to help. I finally walked up to a young gentleman and asked if there were any Highlanders. He said there were THREE outside ( huge sales event?) and proceeded to walk us out with no keys. Should we just look through the window? Upon going back to get the keys I wanted to test drive the Platnimum. I joked to him that I had planned to retire next year but if we buy a car that is going to change. I told him that I pick out the car and my husband does the numbers deal. He mentioned that when we got back to the showroom he'd see if retirement was still possible after crunching numbers. They did a quick appraisal of our Cross and then crunched NO NUMBERS...the price you see is the price you pay, minus the trade. We bought our last Toyota at zero down , zero finance. This dealership wanted 4.9 %. That is around $10,000 in intrest for the Highlander. . Land Rover is advertising 0.9% for select models. . We will definitely be looking around. . Ten years ago when my husband was looking for a vehicle for work he stopped at a competitor's lot just to see what they had to offer. The salesman was out the door and ready to greet my husband before he even got out of the car.

Terrible customer service, bunch of liars and I understand you take a chance buying a used car but they said they would fix it then after 5 days decided to say they never said that & they can give us a referral to a mechanic oh and my plates expire in a few days you guessed it they will have to issue another 30 day tag smh...whoever runs this place needs all new employees & attend a class in how to treat customers. Oh they thought resetting the car would take the problem away, nope costing me $1800 to fix. After they said their mechanic looked it over nothing wrong with the car, I didn't know making a loud whistle sound was normal

This was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences I've had…read more I was actively working a deal on a Chevy Equinox EV from out of state and made it very clear I was serious -- we discussed out-the-door pricing, confirmed details like the charger and paperwork, and I was literally preparing to drive 7 hours early the next morning with my dad to complete the purchase. At no point was I told there was another buyer actively purchasing the vehicle. Instead, I was led to believe the car was available and that we were moving forward. Then, right after confirming final details, I was suddenly told the vehicle was "in the process of selling." I completely understand first-come, first-served -- that's not the issue. The issue is the lack of transparency. If another buyer was ahead of me, that should have been clearly communicated so I could have made an informed decision (like putting down a deposit immediately). This isn't the first time I've had this happen during my search, but this was by far the most poorly handled. If you're an out-of-state buyer, be very cautious. Don't make plans or assume anything is yours unless you have it locked down in writing. Very disappointing experience.

Anthony greeted me when I pulled up. He was super friendly and offered to assist. We narrowed my 8 choices down and began to look at features that were important to me. They have a great selection of vehicles on the lot and even have a surplus lot down the street. I test drove two vehicles. Sam was really nice and explained my finance options. He really worked with me. Rex in finance was very nice also and explained their GAP coverage to make sure I understood. All in all, even though it was a long process, I am pleased with this experience.

By far this has been the WORST experience I have ever had dealing with repairs. So let me give you the day by day run down. Monday evening after dropping off, I called around noon, was told someone will call back; never did. Called back Monday around 4, was told again, someone will call you back; never did. Tuesday, I called first thing in the morning. Was told the parts that were being warrantied are ordered and should be fixed today, but the tech would call me first to let me know what was going on; never did. I called back around 1pm, FINALLY, talked to the tech working on my car, was told he was JUST ordering the parts, they will be in and it will be fixed Tuesday afternoon, if not Wednesday. I let it ride. WEDNESDAY. I CALLED AGAIN around noon to be told "we forgot your vehicle was here, it will be worked on immediately". I CALLED BACK AGAIN, around 3 asking to talk to a supervisor. Was told they would call me back. Guess what, THEY NEVER DID. SO NOW, THURSDAY. I called twice before 10 asking for a manager. No one could speak to me; no one will call me back. CALLED AGAIN AT NOON. Put on hold for 30 minutes, to be told the tech who was supposed to work on it called off. This has been one of the most incompetent repair shops I have ever worked with. I still really have NO IDEA what is wrong with my vehicle. There has been 0 communication, management has been dead quiet. To say I will never be coming back to this dealership is an understatement. I would say the OWNER better call me, but at this point I don't even know if the phones dial out at this point.
