This is my 2nd time going here and my last. I went before and was not pleased with how they cleaned the inside. I still saw spots I had been looking at that were not touched at all. Also they did not clean my tires or rims good at all. Still saw visible dirt.. Thoughts I'd try a second time when it wasn't so busy thinking they'd take their time but still the same bad quality service. They half clean. I had to ask the lady to clean dash board which I was told they would clean. I had to clean my tires and rims myself. For $25 it should definitely be more quality than I've experienced. I drove in here for a regular car wash. I received their sales pitch for their membership card not once, not twice, but THREE times - the third was from the cashier who seemed agitated and was somewhat rude after I declined. As for the car wash, their blowers that dry your car off as you exit do not work properly, and I exited with my car still as wet as if I put a hose to it. I was told by at least three employees that they do NOT towel dry your car off with the basic wash. So then what's the point in going there? While the vacuum wasn't perfect it was so so much better than before my visit. They wiped down all the surfaces and did a great job cleaning my dash and the gear shift area that seems to catch a lot. I live in North Fort Worth but when I'm in Arlington, I make sure to get my car washed here. The service is great, the people are friendly and I never have to wait long. The reason I'll give it 4 starts instead of 5 is because I always have to clean my center console area again. There's always crumbs or something left behind. I've been coming to paisley for 5 years for a full service wash at $11. I went on Thursday and they try to charge you $32 because of the virus. That's a complete ripoff and highway robbery!!! Love this place, they always do a great job... except for my windows. Seems like every time I leave I see major streaks on the inside of my front windshield. I think they just use a dirty wet cloth cause I can literally see the wipe marks going in circles. I always have to go home and clean the inside of my windshield. Wow! I have two kids and the car was super cleaned when we got in after a road trip. I think that alone is all the endorsement needed. Even then, they were fast, thorough, and friendly. I've been here 2 times within the last month. I have to take the towel from the attendant to wipe the water dew drops on my windshield and dashboard. Just this past week the guy who was wiping down my car only had 1 towel in his hand he kept leaning on my car leaving hand prints. All the other attendants have 2 towels in their hand. First time going there. Never going back. I got a regular car wash and was told to wait in a parking spot so I did. Then I saw that nobody was in the car wash line so I decided to go ahead in. As I get onto the track. The lady guiding me in decided to turn away from my car and accidentally guided me into the railing guarding the track. She then saw it and then proceeded to act like nothing happened. I tried to wave at her to see if there was any damage, but nothing. After I got out of the wash I noticed there was a scrape underneath my front bumper. I went to the manager and tried to explain it to him. He interrupted me and said " I don't know what you want me to do about that." and just walked off. An employee came over and asked what happened. After an excellent car wash the previous sunny day, the car was later mistakenly parked near a tree. Of course tree sap got all over the front and side windows which is difficult to remove. Called the location, was put in touch with manager Greg Robinson, who said to return for a re-wash which would be treated as a rain check. What a guy and what an offer!! Who wouldn't want to write a very good commendation about such a terrific, positive action and great customer service!! This is the only place for great car wash service! I was really impressed with how good a job they did for what I paid. A lot of car wash places I've been here empahsize cheap and quick, and you may or may not still have dirt on your car after all is said and done. It's one of those waterway-type full service call washes, where you pull up and they have all these different "packages" for you to buy. Of course, because I'm cheap as hell, I bought the cheapest package. I'm not sure if I'm from the land of overcharging for car washes, but I'm used to the basic package including water sprayed on your car and half-assed wiped off - with a $2 SUV surcharge, and for $5 more you can get the "wheel deal" which includes armor-all on your tires, and for $10 more they'll do the INSIDE of your windows too. That being said, I wasn't expecting much. BUT I was pleasantly surprised when I got into my car, and for the basic packaged my windows were clean inside and out, my upholstery and dash had been wiped down, floor was vaccumed, and the outside looked GREAT. They were even semi-busy when I went in, and still did a good job. Four stars because the process was a little confusing (which lane do I pull up to?, do I pay here?, go inside and pay?, do I need this receipt?, where do I wait for my car, etc.) and, of course, it could ALWAYS be a little cheaper.... read more

AVOID this place!!!! There's another carwash place within a few blocks. I just had the worst experience imaginable. It was time for an oil change and since this place offered oil changes along with car detailing I thought id kill two birds with one stone. When I got there I spoke to the attendant and let him know what I wanted and he took my information and along with my keys. It was very brief to-the-point conversation. I figured they would take awhile so I left my number and left. Fast forward a few hours later. I get a call that my car is ready. I get there and pay my bill. I thought it was high, but I thought maybe I added everything up wrong in my head. As I was walking out to my car I noticed that they put synthetic oil in my car. I NEVER asked for synthetic oil nor was I ever asked to. The topic never came up. I brought this up with the cashier and he went and got the attendant. This guy claimed he talked to me about putting synthetic oil in my car. This was a complete lie. This isn't my first rodeo; I know how much synthetic oil costs and how to change my oil. At this point I should mention that he started to raise his voice at me (I $&it you not). I am so glad I kept my cool. I just tossed my hands up and decided to just leave. As I was adjusting my car seat I hear him talking to another costumer about me!! Calling me names and calling me the liar!! I couldn't believe it, but I didn't lose my cool. I got out of my car and let him know that I can hear everything he was just saying. He denied everything ...another lie! What can you do in the this situation? I just left. For me, if the place hadn't had a paint job, I wouldn't know it was any different. Had my wife's and my car fully detailed over the last two days. Everything was beautiful and detailed perfectly. This place is legit. I generally spend about $12 on the car wash. This gets vacuuming the inside, washing the outside with drying, everything wiped down, and the windows looking crystal clean. It makes my 84 geo metro looking more like an 85 geo metro. Heckuva deal I say! I generally tip the workers $5 because I feel like a tightwad if I don't. Still cheap though and its worth it. I have been coming here for years. They offer a great car wash and fast oil change. They don't offer the best customer service, but these places normally don't. I like the free car wash they offer if it rains -- simply take your car back within 24-hours and they will wash the exterior again. They are pretty lenient on the time as well, the cashier said that you could bring it back a few days later and they wouldn't care. My only hang up is that they advertise a free car wash with oil change. I just looked back through all of my service records and 90% of the time, they have charged me for the car wash. It partly my fault, because I trusted this business and didn't check my receipt. If it happened once or twice, I could take it as an oversight. I'm hesitant to take my vehicles back for this very reason though. I'm sure that I'm not the only consumer that has been charged incorrectly. My advice, check your receipt closely! read more

Fantastic job cleaning my car. My car was a mess and I got the number 3 ($19.99) wash. My car looked brand new! It was like a mini-detail, I was so impressed with the attention to detail my car was given on a $20 wash. Typically, a car wash does not clean all the brake dust off my wheels (hoping the automatic wash gets most of it off) they used a towel and got every speck of brake dust off! This time I got the wash and wax service ($15, my car was diiiirrrty!) and they filled my car up with gas...total time was 20 minutes! Question though - who do you tip?
