Would give 0 stars if possible. Dropped off my Jeep Wrangler for full detail ($125.00). Came back 3 hours later to find my battery dead (wen jumped radio was blaring Latin music) they were using it as their personal entertainment system. Vehicle still dirty seats were smeared with dressing some spots have not been touched. Glass smudged. Went an got owner? Lady that looked in charge. She came out and asked for a little time to fix it. 20 minuets later she said it was ready. I was mad and ready to go paid my $125.00 got home and looked and it was still dirty. My husband and I like our vehicles clean and we are constantly taking it to the car wash. This car wash was the closest to where we were. At first I was a bit skeptical about coming here due to the reviews but after my first visit everything went very well for a good price. I went to other washes after this, but I pretty much LOVE this place compared to other car washes in the area. The wait was about 30 minutes or so but trust me I've waited longer at other washes and with worse customer service. Again, I would definitely come back again! I usually get the Silver package here at this place and they always do a good job with everything! read more

I was shocked by how I was spoken to today. I have personally taken my car here only a few times, but my husband has been here more often than I have. In his opinion since the ownership changed he has still been relatively happy with the service, but has seen a decline in attitude. 1) When we pulled up my husband told the man we wanted the gold (platinum, gold, silver, bronze were the options in descending order) The man pressured us to purchase the top level saying that we had some dog hair. He opened up our back door and was like "oh yeah! Definitely, you need the platinum" Ok, so this is a car I was using temporarily and upon returning, wanted to clean it up and return it in a better condition then when we received it. It was not gross by any means! The front drivers side had dirt, gravel and was a bit messy on the floor, the back seat was hardly used and definitely didn't require a top level cleaning. My husband politely turned it down saying "No, I think we are good with the gold." The man made some other comment, but we wrote it of as normal up sale of a service. 2) I had forgotten to give them the keys to the vehicle so my husband ran the keys out to them. When going out there he could hear the "gentleman" talking mess to the other worker that we didn't get the top service. He also asked my husband if he knew that gold was the basic service. My husband responded "Actually, it says (starts to read the sign that had platinum, gold, silver and bronze) ..." and the man interrupted him and said "I just wanted to make sure we were in the same page" 3) When that same man came in to ring us up, my husband asked if he could see the car first. (I may not have chosen to do that my self, but I don't think it's uncommon or unreasonable) I didn't hear this part, but I guess the man said "no" and my husband laughed and went and looked at the car anyways. *******4) For our first interaction of the evening the man had the audacity to say the following to me in a snarky and condescending tone. "Oh, so y'all are going to be like that! Huh? He's going to go out there and if he's not happy with it y'all aren't going to pay?" I stared at him in disbelief, stunned that he would speak to a customer like that and I was processing what he just said! He then sucked his teeth and made some comment along the lines of "Alright, I see how y'all are gonna be!" He turned and walked out from behind the register towards the back door towards where my husband would have been. It took me until he was over halfway to the door to even get anything out of my mouth... " You are being extremely rude and that was completely uncalled for!" We got in to a little back an forth in which I'm not proud of. My husband came back ready to pay and tell the man behind the counter that the car looked good, but before he had the chance, he too got upset that the man had spoken to me the way he did. The man kept asking my husband and I what was wrong with saying what he did and repeating what he initially said to me(obviously without the attitude and tone), but regardless of tone and attitude, if he can't see what's wrong with that then he has some major issues. Overall, the service of car cleaning was not bad. Not any major complaints on that end, but the interactions with that person made that probably one of the WORST experiences I have ever had, anywhere! I have never been spoken to like that, especially not in a place of business by an owner or employee. In the end he didn't let us pay, which was never our intention or desire. (I think it had more to do with the other customer that walked in shortly before that as his attitude towards us also changed slightly when that happened) He never admitted to any wrong doing and I personally will never be back there. read more

Worst car wash I have ever received!!! My dash still has a piece paper that they could of throw away!!! My floors still had dirty on it and my door handles are dirty!!! $80 for the interior detail package, I expected more than a half-assed armourall wipe and vacuum. I guess their boys need eye exams because there was dust and dirt left on most of the upholstery. I have my car deep cleaned about once every 6 months, but I vacuum and run it thorough an automatic car wash every other week or so. I went in for my deep cleaning today and was happy to get out in about 30 minutes despite there being several customers ahead of me when I got there. I paid $50 for the interior "super clean". The car wasn't spotless when I got it back, which is why I only gave them 4 stars this time, but it was WAY cleaner than I could have done myself and in a fraction of the time. This place use to have massage chairs but those have been gone for awhile. They are really friendly and I will come back in the future. read more

Not worth the money! Paid for a interior detailing and full service wash. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, I came home and had to clean all the spots and missed area's off the windows and outside of car. My living room vaccum could have done a better job, worst job ever. Wasted $150.00. read more

Went to get my truck washed spent 50 bucks I did not have any extra money for a tip so I was going to run down the store and get some change from the ATM got out of my truck and got to noticing it wasn't clean the grill look terrible the wheels look terrible they did not do what I paid for this is the second time that my wife and I have tried this place never again read more

They deserve no stars no good comments at all. Took my Jeep they the wash ok 1st time still filthy. They ran me thru a 2nd time and busted in my windshield. They told me it was because I stomped the brakes. Hell yes I did after glass shattered in on me. They took a report so did Rosenberg police department. I paid 300 to replace my windshield here I am waiting on my refund from the wash 3 week's later. They have not answered my calls so I will be paying them a 2nd visit in regards to this issue. They had no remorse they didn't even shut down the wash to clear the brushes of glass. read more

They do a decent job with the carwash, but there service its subpar. They added a miscellaneous charge and they didn't know why until the manager asked the sales representative what that extra charge was for and they said because the car was dirty...its a carwash I've been coming fore since last year and this is the first time they do this the manager refuse to do anything about it. Do not go to the Car Wash Today in Rosenberg, Tx off of 36. They are liars and thieves! My sister-jn-law went there yesterday and she took her ring off before she went into target because her hands were getting swollen (she is pregnant) well after spending $115 she goes to get in her car and everything that was in the cup holder was gone including the ring. She got the manager and they went through the vacuum bag and everything that was in that cup holder was in there except for the ring. It was a sentimental ring that she has had for 15 years. They started talking in spanish calling her a liar ( she speaks spanish ) so she knew what they were saying. The manager wouldn't do anything about this missing ring, not even reimburse her for the freaking $115 that she just spent with them. My brother has also had clothes stolen out of his truck at this same one as well! DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

I went for a car wash thinking it's the old ownership which was a thousand times better. Chose the 15$ car wash which includes vacuum , wiping down and wash . Got my car back , it wasn't vacuumed properly still had stuff in the floor and seat . And absolutely no wipe down . And I have a very clean a new car so I can tell easily if the job is not done -it's not like they have to do a detail job . I called the owner to tell him my car is not clean . First he started arguing with me - that I have not chosen there premium packages to get a better cleaning . I said - this does include a wipe down . So he argued it's a simple wipe down - but they did absolutely no wipe down. I asked for my money back - he said - he doesn't care ,I have successful 9 car washes and asked me to GET OUT .Also said that he drives a S class so I am no better than him .He doesn't realize if he doesn't keep his customers happy he will lose his business big time . There are way better car washes around don't waste your money here . I will file a complaint against him in consumers services as I have not seen anyone talking like this ever in my entire life time . read more

Been coming here since 2016 with a monthly service plan. Sometimes getting a good clean is hit or miss, I usually ask them to use a clean towel when cleaning front window to avoid smears that block my view in the sun. There was a time before when my keyless ignition keys were left on hood by wipers and could have flew off on the highway. But recently visited and my back window had gotten rolled down a little and when they dried car they rolled it up not informing me that my back seat and floor was full of water. Then a couple days later I put a step ladder in my car as I own and operate my own cleaning business and needed to take a ladder for a job. None the less it had water in it and it leaked out all over my back floor with rusty water I went to pull the mat to take in and wash and sure enough my mats (original to car) are gone! I called owner and left a message was told he will call and never did so I called again and they written an incident report and was due to follow up and 2 weeks later still no word. As a business owner myself I feel this is unprofessional and hope that we can resolve this issue soon. Not saying this is a bad place totally but it's started to seem that way. read more
