Great car wash! We had the express $7 but it wasn't so express. The line moved quickly thanks to the efficient auto service machine. There were 2 people standing in front of the wash to show us direction. They also quickly pre-washed our car. Manager was there too, took a quick look at our car and cleaned some spots. I was impressed haha they do care for their customers!! The express wash was $7 which I thought was fair. What I was even more impressed was that the wash took long enough to make our car spotless! It moved fairly slow. I've been to many car wash before. I had taken a family members car to get washed today. We come here all the time and have never had any issues!! Well the gentleman that helped me( short Hispanic male with a short temper) assisted me. My car went off the car wash rail!! He DID not lead me in correctly with my tires!!! So therefore my car got stuck... so I am Sitting inside the car wash and I am honking my horn this rude Hispanic guy comes towards me knocking on my window to put my window down!!' As I am sitting there putting on my mask!! He is losing his temper telling me to forget the mask!! As he DID not have a mask on!!! And was right infront of me!! Once the owner or manager showed up his demeanor changed! Poor customer service!! Horrible attitude!! He's lucky I didn't go off on his ass do to my mask!! He was a POS! Needs to be reprimanded!! I decided to give this place a try after driving by it for years. It did not disappoint - affordable with a free vacuum after the wash!

I will never spend a dime there again. Do not buy their membership, they will double charge you. When you ask for your refund they will give you an excuse saying"the owner is the only one that can give you a refund". Well every time I called and went there... 1.the owner was never there 2.no one wanted to speak English to me(when the other day your English was perfect) I have drove there multiple times, I have called multiple times and I have still have not RECEIVED MY MONEY! Admittedly, I have never been super anal about washing my car. I do like a clean cabin... free of cups, shoes, clothing, papers, etc. but I will go months without washing the outside. As a wrote that, a feeling of shame came over me. Great little car wash! Affordable, easy, helpful staff. They have free vacuum stations when you pull up, you can then go through select your wash, once done, they have a couple of spots where you can park and fully hand dry your car to get any extra water off. This is one of those car washes where you sit in the car the whole time. It gets pretty busy on the weekends, so I suggest trying to go early to beat the crowd if you plan on going there on a Saturday. King Car Wash was easy to find, but not the friendliest of places. I waited around until the 9 AM open time from Yelp. At 9:10 the facility was still not open. Myself and 3 other vehicles pulled in and were waiting for service. Initially no one acknowledged us all sitting there. Finally after 3-4 minutes someone began walking our way. I assumed he was going to inform us of some sort of delay. Nope, he stopped and began talking to the other employee working to fix the vacuums. I then rolled down my window and said excuse me. He then looked over and said we open at 10. I proceeded to roll my window up and then thought, perhaps he doesn't know that they are listed as a 9 am opening on Yelp. I rolled my window down and told him, "I wanted to just let you know Yelp is stating an opening time of 9 and that I think that is the source of the confusion." He said, "yeah, ok"! He seemed annoyed. I was very polite and truly was just trying to help manage a clear mistake. I would probably not go back here. I love this drive through car wash, my car is cleaner here than if I took it to Mr. Carwash. Free vacuum and an attendant to wipe the bugs off prior to you driving through, what more can a girl ask for. Don't forget the towels as you have to dry your own vehicle but if you get the $15 wash you will get tire shine that actually is visible. read more

My prefer car wash place was closed today, so I decided to try this place. The cost of this self drive through wash and vacuum shop was cheap. $6 for the basic wash and $10 for the wash / wax combo. My car came out reasonably clean. Really no complaint for such a cheap price. The only negative was the small numbers of vacuum stations. read more

This has by far been the best car wash I have ever gone to. You do have to vacuum out your car yourself, but the vacuums have super suction! I bought the unlimited car wash package since I have a black car. I go at least 3 times a week. The staff is fantastic, and they work hard. They even pre-scrub your car before you enter the wash. I paid for the $6.00 car wash option and car was washed in 3ish minutes. So big time saver. The guy did spray some cleaner? and mop the front, hood and windshield of my car before I went thru the wash. I didn't use it the vacuum bays but on a 9am Friday morning they were available. I do recommend you use the vacuum before car wash because that seems how the whole set up is. Plan to show up here again in about 3-4 weeks for my monthly car wash. read more

I have no problems with the quality of the car wash. My problem was trying to understand why on two different occasions King Car Wash charged my credit card $15.00 for a wash that I did not receive. The first time I went to the owner and complained, ( he had no record of the transaction ) so he gave me a free wash. A month later there's another $15.00 charge. I immediately called my cc company and cancelled the card. I was told by my cc company that the money charged was for a monthly subscription. Something real shady is going on. First and last time going there paid $17 for deluxe wash. Let me tell you what a RIP OFF. First it didn't wash the first time, so I went back around for another wash and it still was not able to shine the tires. They didn't even give me the deluxe wash. The manager in charge did not bother apologizing. I would rather make the drive to go to literally any other car wash! Awful place and do not recommend. I understand it's a drive thru car wash but I refuse to give my hard earned money to cheap business man who cut corners for an extra buck. 1 star, but deserves zero.
