It is not often you get to write an amazing review for a car wash and its employees that just went above and beyond to take care of their customers and customers from other locations. I had a very negative experience with a different Take 5 Car Wash on Quincy Ave. I stopped at this location also on Quincy to let them know about what happened. The attendant Davis at this location was very professional! He helped me fill out the damage paperwork and explained the process. Even told me to call back in the morning to the other store to speak with the manager. I didn't want the damaged to be charged to their store so I asked for the other store location number for my form. I called the other store first thing in the morning to set something up for the repair/replacement and the manager at the other store was rude about it as though it was my fault. I called back to the store that first helped me and explained the conversation and what happened to John (JD) at this location. John knows customer service, he knew exactly what had happened. He is taking care of my vehicle with his district manager. I am VERY happy with JD and Davis how they were so professional taking responsibility for a sister store that can't quite define accountability. read more

this is the best self-serving car wash. I have been soon, and I have been so all the ones in Colorado. The manager JD was so amazing and helpful with everything. He never once tried to upsell me or sell anything by simply wanted me to enjoy the experience. I will definitely be going back to this car wash and purchasing a monthly subscription because it is so worth it. My tires came out really nice. Even on a warm Jaunary day this place is pushing through cars quickly. Pulled in and saw a line of cars all the way around the parking lot. The kind of line that you really don't want to wait in. I committed to it and I'm glad I did. I wasnt looking to fully clean my car inside and out so I went with the ultimate. The line moved quick, the attendant was on it for sure. They offer a monthly pass which let's you basically cut the line. Unlimited for 30 days is around 40.00. Pretty good deal. Vacuums are included and detail kit is free on your first yelp check in. read more

Not as good as the Arapahoe facility but decent. I like that the people here are more friendly, or they USED to be. Remains to be seen. The dryer splatters everything instead of actually blowing the water drops off. Doesn't always clean the best, which makes me wonder what they do differently here than at the Arapahoe facility. A lot of the limousine services wash their cars here, so you will see many black vehicles with bald-headed men in suits. Ha ha The biggest drawback at this car wash particularly is the loud music from the young people who really don't give a dang. The employees here don't enforce that Aurora ordinance 94-107 which is to keep the volume music low. Yeah right! read more

Best car wash place. I have been here couple of times and very much impressed with the cleaning of my car and it cleared out all stains and made my car fresh ,clean and sparkling. Guys over there do Some pre wash scrubbing which is nice. Prices are not that expensive. Their service is good and staff is always friendly and informative. I had also checked in on yelp and I got a car detailing kit, which I thought wasn't that great so I will not recommend for it. The car wash has vacuum area behind and has multiple vacuum station for free which is really cool. They have mat cleaners Machine which is again free and I dint use cos mine are not regular mats but I saw many people using it so thats an additional stuff you get on your car wash service. I will definitely recommended this place for making your car sparkling and clean. read more

I liked using this place when I had an old car and didn't care about paint scratches. Now that I have a new car it really messed up the paint job and there are two visible scratches. I wish there were more options in town with a touch free car wash option. Something to be cautious off when places like this use "soft brushes". Not happy with the wash on my truck. Lots of water spots, dirt still on running boards and tailgate very dirty. Half hearted swipe at the front side rear of truck as you enter the wash. I got the $17 wash cause it was the best. Really disappointed. Will not go there again. Other car washes will clean interior window and vacuum. Not this one. However.. .they do have free Vacuums for you to do it yourself. read more

Having grown up in Niagara Falls, I was spoiled by a great local car wash - Delta Sonic. Car Wash Express is the closest thing to Delta Sonic in Denver. The cost is reasonable, and the ride through the automated car wash (and the different soap colors! Whee!!) is fun and relaxing in its own weird way. True, there are no teenagers at the end of the wash to wipe down your car by hand and remove any leftover smudges or moisture, but the free vacuums and floor-mat cleaners make up for that. And MAN, those vacuums can SUCK. Keep any loose materials and valuables the hell away from the business end. Otherwise, it's down the hatch. You've been warned. read more

I was able to get in and out of this place in about 15 to 20 minutes which is pretty good considering we just came off of a snowstorm and there were tons of people out getting their cars washed. I have been to several other car washes and the lines were just outrageous but when I pulled up to this one I could see that the line was moving quite quickly so I decided to engage. Great place to get a car wash. People are always friendly, I've never went by them when they're closed because it's 20 degrees like some of the other car wash express. The bathroom's have always being clean. The only reason I don't give it five stars just because you don't have vacuums on each side for your car, they have two cars per Bay so that there's a driver side vacuum on one side and the car next to you have the passenger side vacuum on the other side. Quick and convenient! Plus, it's a "ride-in" style (my favorite)!! No one to dry / vacuum for you, but that means you do it how YOU want to do it. Several (a dozen?) spots around back with free vacuum and trash bins. The two automatic mat cleaner machines are pretty cool. They wash carpet and also rubber mats - with or without water, you choose. The free gift for checking in is actually valuable, with all the extras you need after the machine does the exterior. It's even packed in a handy trash bag, to help your car stay litter-free! Thanks, guys!! I like the "community" aspect of drying, wiping, vacuuming, and mat cleaning with other drivers. One guy had a big truck and was playing loud music (that's not encouraged). If it's people and music you like, it's pretty cool. Otherwise, keep on driving. It's somewhat "closed in" back there and I could see some being a bit nervous after dark, if they are alone. But, we were totally fine, at sunset. Busy place! We had to come back because the line was out of the parking lot. The check in gift is pretty minimal but went a long way. The vacuum parking is poorly designed as it is a dead end. There is a nice grassy area above though for kids and dogs to hang which is nice. The cleaning was excellent. My truck looked great. The wash was quick and pricing was fair. I went with $10 wash and skipped the frills. They spray you down with some magnesium something or other which helps to remove the road salt grime. Check em out! I've used this car wash several times before but this will be the last. I had recently purchased a new car and went through the car wash and everything seemed fine. I got home and realized the brushes had made several scratches on the hood of my car! I called several times to the location and never got an answer. I also called Corporate and same thing! Awesome awesome place. Free vacuum that actually works really well. Free mat cleaning machine that works fairly well. Drive thru wash (basic) for $8. $2 detail kit that has 2 glass cleaning wipes, 2 dash dashboard wipes, 2 dashboard shine wipes, and a cleaning cloth (free with Yelp check in). Great place. Thinking about the $35 monthly pass. Gotta find out if there is a location closer to where I live. read more
