I had asked to take the car to the dealership prior to purchase to have it inspected, and was told I could not do so. I was advised to go ahead and make the purchase and was informed of the "No Questions Asked 5-Day Return Policy." I purchased the car I and took it for inspection. However, I ended up returning the vehicle immediately thereafter due to disclosures from the dealership regarding needed repairs. The manager that handled my return never even asked what the issues were....so much for looking out for the next customer. Ironically, there was another person who had just returned their vehicle for the same reason as I was arriving which helped to confirm that I had made the right decision in this case. Time went on and I still needed to purchase a vehicle. So, I elected to give it another shot at a different location hoping for different results. I am sad to report I had an even poorer experience. I found a vehicle online the night before, completed the online process again, which came back approved once again. I came in prepared to place it on hold as I had done. Given the fact that I had a piss-poor experience the first time, a little redemption would have been in order to assure that your brand's customer service would have been salvaged. I was told by Tucker one of the managers that I could not place the vehicle on hold because it was the end of the month, and his paycheck depended on that sale. I was placing it on lay-a-way for three weeks which would have surpassed month end. He stated that if He was unable to sell the car by Saturday, I could come back and he would allow me to put the car on hold. So let me get this straight Tucker.... I came to purchase a vehicle and brought all my documentation to validate my prior approval. I set an appointment and confirmed the vehicle was still available with customer service prior to coming. I offered you money to lay-it-away, and you have the balls to tell me I can't do that because YOUR PAYCHECK is more important than SATISFYING ME AS A CUSTOMER. And... to add insult to injury I have to now make a second trip, after taking time off from work today to solidify this deal TODAY, because you "think you can sell it" before month-end and that is the way "dealerships work." OK.GOTCHA... Sounds like "SCREW A CUSTOMER R US TO ME. Life happens to people and many times things happen beyond our control, but that doesn't mean that people are so desperate to a have a car that they will allow you to mistreat in them in the process.

The company refused to help with my concerns claiming the car was sold "as is". It is very obvious they knew there were significant issues with the car before selling to me. All they want to do us get the car off their lot to any buyer. They don't care about customers, they are only interested in the sale. I have already spent more than $3,000 on repairs for the car yet new issues keep coming up on the car. I will not recommend purchasing a car from Memphis Luxury Motors. It has been a very painful experience for me.

Practically no one works here I was waiting in the front for almost 30 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me. I looked outside walked around the entire dealership looking for someone to help. The phone is ringing on and on and on. The only way I managed to get someone's attention was by opening and closing the door to make the alarm go off and the girl finally came out with such a horrible attitude . I understand waiting at a busy restaurant or a hectic department store or your people are busy with customers but for your employees to hide in the back until we go away get bored is pretty pathetic especially when you're running a dealership. Imagine if you wanted to buy a car and we're treated like that. No wonder I never see any other customers. Your sales service is god awful but I will say the guy who works in maintenance was really helpful and nice once I finally found him. Did my oil change super fast, good man
