The moment we pulled up to the dealership at Covington Pike we were immediately greeted by an awesome, friendly, and helpful person who we would find out later was our Subaru dealer. Daniel was so informative, I loved his approach and realness. He really got to know us and what our family needs out of the vehicle we were looking for and was kind hearted and very up to date about Subaru and also current cars on the market., how Subaru outshines them, as well as the history behind some great older models as well. He showed us around and made us feel comfortable and at home in the process and that's something that's hard to find in a car buying experience. Paul in finance was a gem!!!! He was so cool, had impeccable taste in music, was friendly, educated, and really made us feel safe through the nervousness of financing a new vehicle. We felt like we were in such good hands and any questions we had were answered clearly, he was very honest and straight to the point but warm about it, which is rare to find when you hear how stressful financing can be when buying a car. My 2024 outback came out just as broken as it went in. I didn't make it out of the parking lot before it was doing the exact thing I brought it in for. 3 trips to Memphis 7 calls and a lot of money later they fixed nothing. It's a 2 year old vehicle and my issue was a mystery to these guys. I'm going to buy another Outback but not here. Matt doesn't return calls, doesn't fix Subarus and acts like nothing is wrong when you get irritated enough and drive to the dealership to ask him about it. Do better Subaru!

My salesman, while being a great dude that I like as a person, was deffinitely still a salesman. Without saying a name or anything specific that raised red flags to me, I just get the feeling he'd say anything to get my money ASAP, and while he might do me a favor I imagine he got more out of the exchange than I did. After waiting in the lobby for 10 minutes standing directly in the middle of the doorway no one greeted me. A Caucasian couple then entered behind me and was IMMEDIATELY greeted by a salesman! I then asked the young lady at the front desk who hadn't greeted me, "haven't I been standing here?" with a look of confusion on my face. She smirks acknowledging the fact that she knew I should have been greeted by a salesman and asks how she can help me. I said that I inquired about a car but I'm ok because there customer service there is terrible because why haven't I been greeted. She then states well sales doesn't open to 9 when I'm looking at two separate couples being helped by salesman and one of which came in after me! I then told her to let the salesman Guy Mauro know they are completely unprofessional and I no longer am interested in the vehicle. As I exit, a gentleman asks can help me with anything before I walk out, I assume it was Guy. I tell him no they can't and I was blatantly ignored when I entered. He tried to then say they aren't pushy salesman so that's why and I explain clearly that's not the case cause the couple that walked in right after me was greeted IMMEDIATELY. He also helped us get a needed coolant flush done. When the initial problem was confirmed to be present and covered by warranty, he helped us to get a loaner vehicle while the repairs were taking place. Items that were totally not under control of Mitchell were the acquisition of the needed parts by the dealership, so we know that is unavoidable. I will definitely reach out to Mitchell for any other problem than we have and know that we will be dealt in a fair and competent manner.

Came to the front at this point to just ask for an update but was told "girl idk" verbatim THAT type of response is unprofessional, wasted my time to be told "I'd have to pay $119 for a diagnostic" -- all the issue was, was a sensor replacement which I walked in already stating I needed. I regret to say that my experience at this dealership was disappointing. The reviews I read before…read morevisiting were all negative, and it seemed like everyone had the same story. We waited for over 20-25 minutes before a salesperson even came out. When he did, he walked right past us, kept his eyes straight, and held his head low, as if he didn't want to be bothered. It wasn't until my husband said something loud enough for him to hear that we were acknowledged. The salesperson then said, "We don't like to come out that much; we like to give people space." I hope that we weren't being profiled or pre-judged. We had a completely different experience at the BMW dealership we stopped at before this. We were given a couple of minutes to browse, greeted, offered drinks, and shown three vehicles. If customer service is important to you, I highly recommend seeking out another dealership.
