I saw two different doctors here and neither one could accurately diagnose an infection that I have…read morehad on my scalp for five years. Two biopsies were taken, and nothing was found, which leads me to think the biopsies were not thorough. But I know there is infection as whenever I do a bioenergetic test, Leishmaniasis shows up on the scan. What's more, whenever I take strong anti-parasitic medications, more sores appear on my scalp - as if the parasites are exiting my body in the presence of the medication (But the meds aren't strong enough to eliminate the infection completely, which is why I came here, to hopefully get more answers). But when I told both practitioners this, they disregarded the possibility of a parasitic infection (as they tend to do in allopathic, or conventional medicine) - condescendingly stating that if I had parasites, I would be very acutely ill. But this is not true at all. I am a medical writer and health and wellness author of over 20 books, and it is a fact that many people (in the good ol' USA) have active protozoal, roundworm, fluke and/or tapeworm infections - and they are not necessarily acutely ill. But allopathic doctors don't really believe this because conventional tests don't detect parasites outside of the GI tract (and most actually live in organs such as the liver, heart and brain, and so lab tests don't exist for many of the parasites out there). You need to use a sophisticated bioenergetic testing device such as a ZYTO and/or Applied Kinesiology techniques to find them. Nonetheless, it was disappointing to spend nearly $1,000 at this clinic and a lot of my time, only to get no answers. I'm reminded of why I don't typically go to conventional (insurance-based) doctors. They just don't know enough about the root causes of disease today (such as chronic infections, environmental toxins, nutrient deficiencies and so on) and how to treat them. Further, I wasn't satisfied with the clinic because they don't answer the phone when you call, and you have to leave a message and then wait for them to call back several days later. It can therefore be a hassle to schedule appointments.

They have different locations. So far I've been to this one and the Castle Rock location and I have seen Dr. Daniel Jensen. He also very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Treating the same day as my spots were looked at and he sent them off for Biopsy. It seems their offices operate the same, so any of their locations and any of their staff seem to be on par with each other. Payment was delayed due to not being in-state at time bill was received. Once I got back to the state, retrieved my mail, I went to the office to make payment. I was told this is incorrect. I should never be paying the bill at the office and I should have made payment via phone and that's why it didn't show up as paid and THAT'S why my bill was submitted to collections . Then she just flat out, hung up on me. Ok, note to self, don't attempt to pay bill in person‍‍‍ Olivia was her name. Maybe she was just having a bad day.. in any case someone should look in to improving customer service when it comes to the billing department. it all about explaining to customers, in a KIND and NONAGGRESSIVE way, what caused this issue and APOLOGIZE that this happened. I WAS THE ONE TURNED OVER TO COLLECTIONS ! FULL STOP! The other person that took over, when I called back (whose name I unfortunately can't remember) , should be given Kudos .
