I made a quick call and the representative said that I have 6 minutes. I rushed in picked up a smaller belt and was ready to go. No time wasting tactics. I appreciate the entire staffs patience with allowing me to purchase one item for $24.99 a pretty good value for a leather belt. What resonated most with me is that, I was in dire need and Frank's employees could have shut the door and ended the sales for the day but they were kind enough to allow a small purchase of $24.99 to end the sales quota. No sales is to small to make a sale, they are a business that provides for its customers, no matter how much you spend. They are there for you, when you need them and that's why I keep coming back. They have uniforms, casual clothes, fishing and hunting gear, and sports equipment. There is not a better place to shop, I've been supporting Frank's Sports Shop since January 2003. They have everything you would need from w sports and uniform store. I was in a rush, so no pictures. Thanks guys for exceeding all expectations... Inspire more, Yelp more!

I love the convenient location and layout (great website, too but may be iffy to order from depending on other reviews). The merchandising makes so much sense; it's visually pleasing. A plethora of home goods, accessories, and clothing that makes a statement. Basically in love with almost every t-shirt they had on the website. The 2 staff members were informative, fun to chat with, and helpful especially with fixing a jammed slot in the print machine. Sizes run large as my Small was suuuper oversized -- that's on me tho bc the gentleman I was speaking with offered to me to try it on before purchasing. Luckily, my boyfriend also loves it so it's now his. I will be back!

I spent several minutes hunting for a customer service number but could find nothing but an email based interface. I sent in the message, by this time 10 minutes after placing the order asking them to cancel the order. However, they did not read the message and respond until late in the day and by then it was too late. I am now out $54 and my husband won't get his Father's Day gift. I won't be ordering from this company again. A company that is too cheap to have a customer service phone, or to respond to emails quickly does not deserve my business.

I was told to come back on Sunday when the owner is there, so we came back on Sunday. When I decided to get a refund the owner said, I will have to charge you 20% for a restocking fee. I said you taking $70 out of the $359 bc I don't want anything in the store at this time. He said, if that the amount there's nothing I can do about it. I was pissed and I explained to him we been coming here for 20 years and this is what you do to us. You have the power to do whatever you want to you the boss. The owner said, there's nothing I can do about it. I expressed people don't have money to just give to you bc they decided they don't want the merchandise. During a time the whole world is facing this pandemic and you think I'm going to give you a free $70 to put something back in stock. Basically, this is his policy with his desperate ass. My husband and I decided to keep the store credit instead of giving this thirsty store owner free money for nothing. This is the last $359 he will ever see from us!!!! It's typical price point is out of my range. Their stuff is beautiful from suits ot rain coats, ties, shirts and belts. I purchased two suits(one wool super 150's and the other a blend of super 150's wool and I think a little cashmere and silk for a lighter suit) and couldn't be happier with the quality and fit. My understanding is that the store has its own master tailor right there. The suits are of a beautiful quality and they fit me perfectly. The service was my favorite kind - completely not "salesy" just very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, they turned around my alterations in a week. wow. This was a completely different experience than buying from Macy's/ or Bloomingdale's where I've never had much confidence that I was getting a great suit that fit just right. I recommend Pravda to anyone who can afford top quality.. also, I think the suit sale will continue for a couple more weeks. If you are budget conscious, but want a high quality suit, this is the place.

Despite the red carpet leading through the door, no other customers were in the store on a Saturday afternoon. Employee came over and asked what I was looking for. I needed a blazer, as I was in town for a wedding and had forgotten mine when packing. I told him. His response: "Ahh, a blazer. Well, how about we look at suits? A handsome man like you should get matching pants. I've got some over here starting around $800." *gestures to rack* Me: "No I've got pants. Just need the blazer. And that's outside my price range." Him: "We have lovely Italian suits of all kinds that you will love." Me: "No I just need the blazer." Him: "What do you want to spend?" I told him. Then he let me know they didn't have anything that would work for me because (he says) everything in the store was fine Italian (read other reviewers' reviews to learn more on this) and too pricy. He recommended a few other stores nearby. I'm not offended by this - I truly appreciate the honesty. I'd rather neither of us waste our time. That said, the sales approach is odd. Without knowing my price range, my size/what was available in my size, or color/pattern I was looking for, the gentleman started pushing a specific suit on me.....which, not to belabor the point, wasn't addressing my clearly-stated need for a blazer. I felt like I wasn't being listened to - which generally doesn't motivate a buyer. Hopefully this is not normal. I was here once and this was my experience, though. The guy Avi is a real hustler and very aggressive salesman - you might have walked in trying to look at a belt and he's trying to get you to buy a suit. Here's why you should't buy from this store - 1) the suits don't even say where they are manufactured (i.e. made in italy or china etc). That's suspicious 2) I bought cufflinks there for 50 bucks (apparently they retail for "150 or 200"). Guess what? I found them on amazon for new for 12.99!! 3) One of the shirts I bought was called Joseph Bach - that brand doesn't even exist! The only time I found it was on ebay for a used shirt for SIX DOLLARS. Hardly a premium italian shirt? I actually bought a suit, cufflinks and shirt from him but after I found out I was ripped off, I actually went back the next day and confronted him in the middle of the store with his customers in plain sight asking for my money back and showing him proof that he ripped me off. The store was very neatly setup and the items were so well-arranged that were easy on the eyes and to move around the aisles. The checkout was smooth and the staff care to check if you got everything you needed. I got myself a nice masculine looking side bag, something that I've never carried around before. They have lot of other items such as wallet, shoes, belts and shades which I'll return to checkout next time I'm at the store.
