There was some confusion where the line starts inside the cafe. Opted for the croissant breakfast sandwich with a beef patty. The breakfast sandwich was tasty and gigantic. The latte was also tasty too. Came back to try the tiramisu as an afternoon snack and it wasn't super fresh. It was decent, although on the pricier side at $7.50 each. Staff were all dressed in white t-shirts

The meal options are all on laminated pages instead of on a big board, but they did have a lot of good options. We started with regular drip coffee which was ready quickly and we could sweeten to our liking. We tried the house breakfast which was two eggs any style (got them fluffy and scrambled), crispy bacon, cheesy potato fritters with tomato jam (similar to ketchup), and sourdough bread (we asked for butter) it was all very filling and some nice spins on a traditional breakfast. The bakery selection is out of this world - from breakfast pastries to delicately crafted desserts. The cinnamon and pecan rose was just like the center of a cinnamon bun, which was fantastic. It was big enough for two people to indulge without overdoing it. There weren't a lot of outlets, so not ideal for long term laptop use, but the food came quickly, it wasn't too loud even with a ton of people coming in and out. The prices were reasonable, and everything tasted amazing.

The bakery always feels busy in a good way, and everything in the display case looks amazing. My favorites are the apple turnover and the strawberry turnover. Both are excellent. The apple turnover is flaky and buttery with a great apple filling, while the strawberry turnover had a fresh flavor and a light, crispy pastry. Honestly, it was hard to pick a favorite between the two. The staff were friendly, and my order came out quickly even though there were a lot of people there. The café has a nice atmosphere, whether you're stopping in for coffee, meeting up with friends, or just grabbing something to go. There are a lot of great bakeries around Boston, but Tatte is one of the places I find myself returning to. I'd definitely recommend trying the turnovers if you're visiting for the first time.

The outdoor tables are nice on sunny days. Although the bakery always tempts me, this is a fresh, healthy option, and the bread is a special treat! Overall the food is not the best in Boston but I have enjoyed the food at Anoushella, Far out ice cream, and Union Square donuts. There are events on the lawn in the summer, such as movie night and flea markets. Would recommend more for ambience and location than the food.

Whether it's day time or night - summer is here and it's all happening at Time Out! This evening we came around 7 for the movie night and actually caught the last and most exciting nail biting finish of the Paraguay- Germany matchup!! After that was the movie - 'She's the Man' - very appropriate soccer movie! It was a fun rom-com and the whole crowd enjoyed it! And then afterwards was the next match! Beautiful evening- I'm sitting here on a blanket on the grass as I'm writing this. Cool evening perfect temps tonight - enjoying this very much! They're also showing the match inside. It's nice because you can get food from inside and there are restrooms. So it's all very convenient and what a great location! Looking forward to many more fun summer activities here at Time Out! So glad they stayed open!

Oatmeal raisin is never the choice when chocolate chip is around, but Levain's oatmeal raisin is incredible. There are definitely less raisins now than there used to be, but I'm fine with it because I'm really only in it for the soft, cookie dough goodness anyway. Service is quick and speedy since there's always an outrageous line, but well worth it to gain 4lbs in 25 seconds.

Our server was extremely patient with us as we took a long time picking out exactly what we wanted, and once we were ready, she was there ready for us with a smile. Sounds like a little thing, but it took away all that awkwardness you can feel when staring at cookies for way too long. The shop itself is really cool inside. Love the small seating area out front, perfect for people watching on Newbury. And finally- the cookies themselves were all great. We got a Chocolate Chip Walnut, Two Chip Chocolate Chip, and a Raspberry Pistachio. All were fresh, tasty, and certainly worth the trip. Levain lives up to their reputation and proves to be a great spot with great service. Will definitely be back!

I came here with 2 friends to work from home and we had a great time! I can attest it's a solid spot to WFH. They have one large (more communal) table which is where we sat, as well as a handful for 2 seaters for folks to either sit alone or across from a friend. Clearly a lot of people come here to WFH, but you can't blame them. The WiFi is free and we didn't experience any disruptions, there's great lighting in addition to the natural light from their floor to ceiling glass walls, and the music is so good here. They were playing all 2010s indie, pop, and alternative hits. We all loved it. I ordered a decaf iced latte with Carmel and it was delicious! A bit on the pricey side, but it is what it is. :) My friends got a sandwich and also tried their coffee and really liked it too. We will be back!
