Best cakes around - for years !!! Loved them in Eastie - got one last week in their new Chelsea location. Unfortunately- I dropped the box - upside down - my daughter cried - I tried to redecorate .... It didn't work !!! So what once was a beautiful cake - I ruined. But guess what ?? Note: I'm reviewing the pastries only. I purchased two donuts and two swirly pastries. The donuts had a sweet filling which tasted like some sort of sweetened condensed milk paste. It was strange and unexpected but good! The swirly pastry was a little less interesting but not bad. My only complaints are that there were some flies in the store and too close to the pastries for my liking. That and a general gripe with bakeries that don't label their items or prices. My total was $7 for 4 pastries which isn't too bad a deal imo. I would definitely consider coming back again if I get a hankering for sweet non-chocolate goodies. read more

If you want a specialty cake made, please DO NOT go to this place. I wanted a specialty cake made and was told that they could do it from the photo that was given. When I went to go pick up the cake it looked nothing like the picture. If they didn't know how to replicate the design that was given they should not have taken my order. My parents have been getting their cakes here their whole life, and they have stopped because it's not what it used to be. We have always gone to the store in Chelsea. Last week we went in there for a Peachs and Cream cake, which is absolutely delicious, and the girl that was there didn't bother to say hi when I walked in. She kept talking to her coworker while I stood there waiting to be served. After 2 minutes she finally noticed me, and gave me a nasty attitude. If it wasn't for the amazing tasting cakes, I wouldn't bother to step a foot inside this store again. I hope the management sees this and is able to fix it. I am not the only one who has something to say about their customer service. Yikes! Next time I will try their other location, and hopefully they know how to treat customers. read more

Biggest disappointment ever, it was our parents GOLDEN Wedding Anniversary the cake arrived 2hrs late, the design of the cake was not the same, there was no gold on the cake and frame was plain white, the sponge was dry, the staff dint respond to our calls and our party got delayed many guests left without eating the cake. We paid 380$ to throw cake in the trash. Will never ever go there or recommend anyone to trust the most special moments of their life to peaches n cream. The purpose of the cake was to present it to others and that was just embarrassing what happened to me. I'm am very disappointed that I spent more than I should've just because it was a custom cake.
