My wife arrived before me with seven family members and I showed up with three family members. I let my grandkids out at the end of the line to enter while I parked the car. By time I parked and went to the line they were already through the door. I went to the door and the security guard demanded I return to the back of the line. My wife and other family members were waiting at the entry point with the tickets, my wife had been waiting for thirty minutes. I requested a manager although, the guard was vulgar and demanding that I return to the back of the line. The manager witnessed the entire incident, finally, the manager allowed me to join my wife and family members to enter. The entire incident was on camera. I called a few days later to discuss the incident with the General Manager and he had no interest in the facts of the incident. I called the office headquarters and no one return my call. The entire incident ruined our dinner and show. I believe the company doesn't care and tolerates a problematic security guard. I don't think Dolly Parton would allow an employee to behave in this manner. Sadly, her employees are allowed to behave in this appalling manner. The show was not any fun due to the incident. I wish this incident never happened. I wish we never went to this show. Don't go to this show. We stayed for the full show however, we all were very uncomfortable with the incident.
