I then politely asked if we could receive a credit for another visit since I had paid for tickets that were never used. The front desk person said they do not offer refunds or credits and pointed to a small note about the policy. My issue is that this policy was not clearly explained when I was encouraged to purchase the extra tickets before my full party arrived. We really enjoyed the cat playtime, and everyone working on the floor was wonderful. However, the customer service at the front desk was very disappointing. Because of how this situation was handled, we will not be returning. We would have gladly come back again and again, and we were even considering making a donation, but instead they chose to keep $40 for two unused tickets and lost our future business, as well as my recommendation to friends.
