We understand they were busy and constantly making drinks, but being busy doesn't have to mean ignoring customers. While we were waiting, there was little to no acknowledgment from the staff. When I asked about our fourth drink, there was no response. An employee went to the register, appeared to check our order, then made the missing drink. She placed it with the others without saying a word or acknowledging the mistake. The lack of communication and friendly interaction left a poor impression. Good coffee is easy to find, but great customer service is what brings people back. Unfortunately, that was missing from our experience.
