My husband got the same, except he stuck with the traditional poached egg. It was hard poached, so the yolk didn't run and was mostly gelatinous (I definitely could have eaten it that way if that's how they typically poach their eggs). I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I specifically called to place an order over the phone because the online system doesn't allow you to deselect meat, and we are Jewish and do not eat meat. I clearly explained this to the representative and emphasized that we needed the order without meat, especially no bacon. I also mentioned the order was to-go. I picked up the food and brought it home, only to find that both sandwiches had bacon on them. I tried calling back at 1:58 PM, but no one answered. Sadly, we had to throw the food away--it's completely unacceptable and a waste. I'm requesting a full refund.
