They must have been busy the entire day as they were out of some items (like waygu! =/). Service was good, especially with how busy it was. Food was delicious- would definitely head back here if we were ever in Destin again. The rolls here are a must, both regular and specialty. Favs included the Ragin Godzilla and Tornado rolls. For kids 10 and under, the ramen is a hit! Highly recommend this spot for sushi!

They loved it. Great flavor & noodles. Pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender. -Destin roll: absolute favorite roll we tried! Great flavors & loved the crab meat. Must order for sure. -Yuzu creme brulee: amazing! So light & not too sweet. A great finisher to a great meal. Overall, great, quality food. Fish quality is outstanding. Rice is perfectly cooked & seasoned. We can't wait to come back when we are in the area.

Usuzukuri, Blazing Saddles, and Black Magic were fantastic. If you like passionfruit, you need to try Sugar & Spice. The restaurant is decorated very well. Let's start with what was outstanding. Service: 5/5. Our server, Matthew, was excellent. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and did a great job guiding us toward the restaurant's popular dishes and local favorites. He made the experience much better. Atmosphere: Absolutely beautiful. The ambiance is energetic and lively. There was so much excitement, conversation, and laughter throughout the restaurant that you couldn't help but feel the energy. It's definitely a fun place to spend an evening. Now, the food: * Fried Grouper: 3.7/5. The fish itself was good, but the tartar sauce tasted more like chopped boiled egg than tartar sauce and was pretty flavorless. The fries, however, were outstanding--an easy 5/5. Still, you don't come to a restaurant like this just for the fries. * Blazing Saddle Sushi: 4/5. Enjoyable and one of the better items we ordered. * Oceanside Roll: 2.5/5. It had a very strong fishy taste that just wasn't for us. * Crispy Rice: We had heard this was one of the restaurant's signature items, but unfortunately it was surprisingly flavorless. * Rocking Shrimp: This was our biggest disappointment. It arrived only slightly warm. We asked if it could be remade, and while they gladly took it back, it seemed like the shrimp were simply tossed quickly in warmed sauce and reserved again rather than being freshly prepared. We'd give it a 2/5. Ironically, the flavor itself was actually good--it just wasn't served the way it should have been. Overall, they have a unique menu, and I appreciate that they're trying to do something different with sushi. If you're a sushi lover, it's worth trying at least once because everyone has different tastes, and you may absolutely love it. For us, though, it was a one-and-done experience. Great service, beautiful atmosphere, but the food just didn't consistently deliver enough for us to come back.

After looking around, the restaurant is cozy with lots of references and art relating to popular Shonen anime. The decorations were super awesome! The food is on a whole other level. My husband and I got the Naruto, Dynamite and the Super Volcano rolls. All the fish we had in our rolls were super fresh, tasty and well complimented by all the accompaniments. Our favorites by far were the super volcano and the Naruto rolls. We also ordered the cookies and cream boba milk tea and it was so delicious! The boba was nice and chewy and the milk tea wasn't too sweet. It tasted like Oreo milk is the best way to describe it. We wish we lived closer as we were traveling to Florida for vacation but we'd definitely stop by if we could again to try more items!! Great job!

The rolls came out with a nice display and presentation and were very delicious and fresh tasting. They do various specials depending on the season and decorate the inside as well which is a nice touch. One down side, the tuna sashimi had to get sent back because it tasted off (not fishy, but like rotten). They did take it off our bill but that was a bummer. Overall though good experience and we will be back to try more rolls moving forward!
