Over the years, I have been a loyal customer, purchasing my wedding ring, a Mother's ring, and my daughter's birthstone ring from you. During my visit, I requested to have my rings resized and two small diamonds replaced. The gentleman who assisted me looked at the rings and stated it would be "too much" to have them sized. He never measured my finger to determine the required size and ultimately sent me away without any assistance. I later called and spoke with Rose. While she offered an apology, she seemed indifferent to the fact that your store has lost a long-term, valued customer due to this experience. New man was helping him since Angela and Jose were busy. Switched pricing to $840, my dad said no, they told me $720 yesterday.
