I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. The next kid came out just as I was pulling into the lane and that was it. It is a rare occasion that it is too crowded to find a spot or the towels are not stocked. However, my low rating comes from a customer service experience. I had previously (3 years ago) signed up for a membership at a different location and began coming to this Carmel Village location within the last year for logistical reasons. A few months ago, I received a notice at the entry booth here that my credit card on file was expiring and to enter a new form of payment. I did so as prompted and carried about as usual. After a couple months, I noticed that I had been charged for a second membership at this location in addition to my original membership at the original location. There is no customer service email or telephone number available online or the clean free car wash website. There is, however, a contact us link on the clean free car wash website, which I submitted and nobody ever answered. Luckily, I found a phone number on my welcome email from three years ago at the original location where I signed up for a membership and called that phone number and left a message. Their location manager called me back and proceeded to assist. I tried on a number of occasions to contact this Carmel Village location and speak to a manager with no luck. Even the manager at the other location told me that he could not get through to a manager at the Carmel location and he was surprised by their lack of response or customer service. It was impossible for the manager at the original location to refund my three months of double charges, but out of the grace of his heart, he did offer to cancel both of my memberships and offer a free three month membership at his location to compensate for the additional charges. I'm not sure why an establishment believes it is okay to treat customers with this level of service. This is not acceptable and I am an incredibly hesitant to proceed with ever pursuing a membership at clean freak car wash again.

They told me they would be able to remove them. They set me up with an appointment two days later, and their detailer showed up at my residence perfectly on time, how convenient. A rarity these days in the service industry unfortunately. Nick came, and with an air of confidence, told me that he would get rid of the swirl marks left all over the car by the dealer. He immediately went to work on the car, and a couple to a few hours later, the car was shining and all the buffer swirl marks were gone. The interior was cleaned and vacuumed also. I highly recommend Race Day, as someone that has used them, and will use them again.

I'll be honest my car wasn't a mess but I can tell the attention to detail they put into the car. Even my mats are looking younger! It was easy to book an appointment (I believe the service requested/booked the "Rally Sport" which is their inside detailing), they were communicative and even early. Them coming to you puts you at ease not being stranded somewhere else. I really appreciated them asking if any spots needed attention. This is money well worth spent.
