During the booking and planning process, Ryan was responsive and great at communicating and explaining his services. During the event, he was able to direct our guests at the photobooth, and to print a copy for each of our guests and an additional copy for us. Since they are out of the same office, my husband and I got a chance to see their show room. They had high end equipment, several backdrops to choose from, several photo strip options, and you can even get a custom book put together with all of your photo strips in it. Reached out to Ryan on pretty short notice (I think only.. 3 days before the event) because.. I'm the worst. BUT GUESS WHO'S THE BEST? He is! I actually sent out requests to a few places, and he was the most responsive and the most professional. Props were fantastic (relevant to a baby shower where we didn't know the gender - they had "it's a boy" and "it's a girl glasses), and his team custom-designed the frame of the photo strip based on the theme and color (they even edited it per my request - remember, SUPER SHORT NOTICE.. that was really impressive). Was very excited to order this service for my daughter's 16th bday party unfortunately I had over 20 young teenagers waiting in a line to take their pictures and the machine ribbon was not working, The attendant was trying to get a hold of his manager but the manager was out of town/country. I reached the manager the following week and was promised that my photos would be printed and mailed to me. That was week of October 14th, as of yet and many phone calls I have yet to get my photos. I continue to call can never get Omar on the phone but Robby I do and nothing, they keep promising to call me back and Omar has not called me back. Extremely disappointing.
