I went there for nothing when I had other things to do. I didn't realize it at first, but then it hit me: this is a tactic businesses use to get you to the door. They tell you a great price over the phone that's too good to be true, and then when you get to the place, it's all a lie. Edit: You're lying, sir, or you were deceived by your employees. I didn't request ceramic; I informed your team about our agreement: carbon for $180. I even inquired twice with your employee Roly if he was installing the carbon to ensure its quality, as the price seemed too good. He confirmed, but after Roly took my car to the back, your employee Samuel emerged and informed me that the $180 option was the performance tint, which is cheaper and inferior to the carbon. I reminded him that we had agreed on the carbon for $180. I never intended to pay $180 for ceramic because that wasn't our agreement. Consequently, I attempted to contact you to rectify the situation, but you remained unresponsive. Furthermore, Roly engaged in an unprofessional argument with your employee Samuel in the back. Even if you were to offer me the ceramic tint for $180, I would not return to that establishment.

I'm the type of person who does not look forward to taking the car to the shop. When you have a positive experience at a place that works on cars it is worth writing about! When we entered Best Window tinting we were greeted by a technician by the name of Max. He was friendly professional, and knowledgeable; he patiently explained all the pros and cons of each one of the options for tinting your windows. He also measured the tint that my son had in his car in order to compare how it would look on mine. I decided on a 25% tint from all the options shown. The work was completed in less than an hour and the price was very reasonable! No payment was required until thr lcar was picked up. I highly recommend this location if you're considering tints for your windows! At the end he placed a special tag on the power window so I wouldn't open them before time. After waiting 2 hrs for services to be completed immediately noticed bubbling and other defects in the finished work. The owner Manuel explained that the bubbling would settle within a week. It did not. When I brought the car back, the owner Manuel came up with an excuse that they had used "bad gel" during the installation process, which I questioned why they would let me leave initially without fixing the issue or not contact me, because they have my contact, knowing they had installed a defective material. He continued coming up with excuses to avoid dealing with parts of the car, like the back window, saying that the "bad gel" had not been used there, how ironic. After much back and forth he agreed that the tint needed to be removed and redone. At that point, things became very concerning. When I asked if I could observe the process, I was told that the work area was off-limits. While waiting, I checked my Tesla's cameras and discovered that tape had been placed over them, preventing me from seeing what was happening to my vehicle. When I questioned the owner about it, he became defensive and told me to "mind my own business." In his words "to stop chismeando". That it was illegal to watch them place tints on my vehicles windows. That was the moment I lost all confidence in this shop. Between the defective initial installation, the attempt to block my vehicle's cameras, and the owner's rude and unprofessional attitude, I no longer felt comfortable allowing them to continue working on my car. The tint was removed, but when I requested a refund so I could have the work completed elsewhere, the owner refused. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business handles them. Unfortunately, this shop responded with defensiveness, hostility, and behavior that felt incredibly shady. I would not trust them with my vehicle and cannot recommend them to anyone looking for professional, transparent service.
