Consumers beware..... I was highly recommended by two family members prior to taking my vehicle to the shop. Once I finally made it out to the shop I was greeted by Jose the owner/manager. I explain to him that I wanted my calipers powder coated. He gave me the option to spray paint them for $300 or to powder coat them for $800.00. I chose to powder coat them. The calipers look great once they gave me the car but shortly after I got a flat and then went to change my tire and I noticed when I remove the tire that the calipers have been spray-painted not powder coated. If you can please have a look at the attached photos that clearly shows that the calipers are not powder coated. I brought this to the attention of Jose and he blatantly disregarded my claim. He also refused to give me my money back for the service his shop did not perform. To this day they still not received a refund for the services not performed. I'd like to have this message serve as a warning for general consumer. Please be sure of the work that you're getting as I was overcharged and funny enough the two parties that recommended me to this shop were also scammed and their brake calibers were spray-painted as well instead of powder coated. Which they also were charge for powder coating and not spray paint. These actions are unethical and deceiving to the general public. It's scary to have a business that actually practices business and customer service in the manner that they do. What they're doing is they're stealing from the general consumer. If you're taking your vehicle to this shop in order for the brake caliper service beware and be sure to get in writing with their offering. Please look at the attached photos that clearly show that my brakes were not powder coated but spray painted as well. I'm not sure that will even help because my invoice states that my brakes were going to be powder coated which they work. The photos will show all the brake lines in the back part of the caliper not property powder coated plus the car head over spray all over. What else can I expect if they were spray painting in the parking lot without any protection over the vehicle or any other vehicles around. Beware........Beware. Please note the two family members that recommended me to the shop shortly discovered that their brake calipers were never powder coated either. They also have been scammed but this facility. Today I was given an interrogation, a blown up quote and was told to leave my car. 2 seconds later take your car we'll call you in afternoon to come in. Called a second time, the guy that originally answered the phone was the same the helped me in morning and provided his name. 2nd call not only was it a different person, but the attitude was disgusting, at least. I got a black Ford Mustang Convertible with black leather interior. One of the problems of this is that the inside of the car becomes a fiery inferno when you hop in on a hot Miami day. If you had asked me if I would ever get tinted windows I would have probably said NO! Miami Power Wheels came recommended to me by my colleague so I called up but they told me that there are no appointments and it is first come first serve. Not wanting to mess around with this system I arrived promptly on Saturday morning at 9:01AM and was given an estimate of $140 for window tints. I selected my tints from a display of the various percentages of light blocked and they let me know it was a lifetime guarantee and would be about an hour and a half to two hours. Let me tell you that it was an extremely great idea to get here FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. Since they schedule it this way, other people might be having new rims put in, new lighting, or any other number of customizations they are able to do here so when it's 11:00am they might already be filled for the day. This is not a bad thing - this means that they're in high demand! In less than two hours I had new tints that look terrific and have a lifetime warranty. Had a sensor problem with the lights due to my cars sensor and I returned the next day and they were quickly able to address the situation and fix the issue.
