They have something that is missing from a lot of places: Honesty and reasonableness. Mike, the owner went above and beyond on my second visit to Auto Works by bringing my car back to me at Home Depot where I work. It's only about 2 blocks away but it was a cold and windy winter night so I really appreciated this extra touch. Service was good, however they charged me $50 which I felt was rather expensive for a litre and a half of oil and a bit of coolant (air in the tires was free).
