    I'm a tech junkie, and I started watching for the 2023 Niro back when the release date of "the end of summer 2022," listed on Kia.com was far enough away to illicit an, "Awww, damn." My husband is on his 6th Prius and keeps bugging me to get one, but I just can't bring myself to have matching cars. I spotted the Niro, and forgot all about my (2020 Kia) Soul. Granted, getting 49-54 mpg for this size hybrid with all these safety features was an easy sell. On my Friday snow day (don't hate), I finally spotted a few Niros for sale that were not top-level models, so I decided to stop in to Northtown Kia to snoop. Turns out the green one I was coveting was already scooped up, so after a chat, Mike Maniscalco made sure to toss me right into the prettiest damn 2023 Niro EX Touring you have ever seen, so OF COURSE I was in love. (With the Niro. I'm married, weirdo.) I mean really, how can you say no to color changeable ambient dashboard lighting?!? (Kidding, of course. That was just an happy surprise when Mike walked me through the features before he sent me off into a snowstorm.) Even though this blue beauty was one model up from what I came in for, Mike worked with me to get the payments to where I wanted them. I couldn't be happier with my second Northtown Kia purchase.

    Had an Amazing Experience on 9-19-19, this was the 1st time in over 30yrs. that I purchased by myself a used car & i was Nervous to say the least. Started wanting to Lease however due to Credit issues (divorce side effects) that wasn't an option for Me. However, thanks to TYLER M. WISNIEWSKI, I did NOT lose hope.     Me and my fiance worked with George correa and we ordered my fiance new seltos in feburary and we knew it would take some time and months which we were okay with since we were in no rush but then in may we heard interest rates were going to be raised and we knew we had to find something fast I called George and asked of there was anything available even if we had to upgrade to a different seltos model he not only found one seltos he found 2 available and one was Exactly what my fiance wanted so we looked at it on a wednesday and we took it home that Friday and not only was the customer service great but he made sure we werent breaking the bank i would definitely Recommend north town kia and George to help u found what ur looking for

Today, it was sunny, I decided to stop for an express wash. I did not buy gas. The machine accepted my money, said to wait for wash to be available. Later the door opened, a car was in there, backing up, then forward, and the driver was waving their hand out the window, but then the door closed again. The front door was already closed. The machine no longer said to wait my turn, it said to pay for a wash. I parked my car by the store, in case the driver inside could not pull out forward after their second (my) wash was done, I didn't want to block their ability to reverse out of the wash. I went in and explained the details, and asked for the wash I paid for. The young lady and older man, both explained to me how a car wash works, then told me I need to wait for my turn, they told me to drive back to the car wash, which I did. I thought they would enter a code to let me get the express wash I paid for after seeing for themselves that it wasn't telling me to wait my turn. Instead the lady asked if I had a receipt & shrugged and told me I could pay again for a wash. i left without a wash, and now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but not until the original charge clears, as it's still a hold on my card. I can take cashiers who seem irritated to work or are sometimes rude once In a while to buy my kids a treat, but for them not to give me the service or my money back is plain stealing. idk whether the door malfunctioned, the driver in front was daydreaming and missed their chance, or something else, but the workers (i think the owner) were unwilling to resolve the problem, just told me to leave and go back to wash, then once there told me told me to pay again.

This is an excellent convenience store located close to UB but it's also expensive as well - and it is is it is clean and popular. One of the annoying things about it is that some of the employees here are not too friendly and the same goes for the car wash across the street in the same parking lot. It's about 10 minutes drive from UB so if you're on campus and need gas this is probably your best bet. The low rating is because I got yelled at randomly by one of the employees in the parking lot. Literally yelled. He must have been having a bad day. Apparently where I was getting gas (as in, one of their pumps), was blocking the car wash. How is it my fault that they have a bad design.

I knew this and was prepared to spend the day sitting in the waiting room. To my surprise, their team offered to bring me home and later came and picked me up. I was very satisfied with the work on the car and also had a great experience with their staff.

David, from Bellreng's called me at 9:45am to tell me I needed a new : Alternator Battery Wiper Blades & an Oil Change, plus a few small things. That's how quickly they found out what was wrong. I was expecting to hear that is would be a few days & a couple thousand bucks. BUT, David said all of that was coming me to $1159.70 & it would be done around 3pm. I was shocked & thinking , "yeah, ok". Well, my phone rang at 3:15pm & my van was finished. I went to pick it up & I was quickly taken care of & outta there. The place was clean & did not smell like a garage. My van was just the way I left it. They did not mess with anything or move things around, or have that greasy paper on my floor leftover from them, like all the other places do. I left there with a smooth , quiet ride. No lights coming on, on the dash & my AC was working again. They are quick & don't mess around. I like it there & next time something goes wrong with my van, I'm definitely taking it back there !!!
