On several occasions my current transporter caused me to miss three very important appointments and a lot of pain. I decided to hire a private pay medical transport. The first one I called, did not have a van to accommodate my wheelchair, so I missed that appointment. The next one had the right van and a timeslot, but. Wanted to charge me DOUBLE because I was a oversized wheelchair. So I googled for someone else on short notice. CARDINAL MEDICAL TRANSPORT answer the call and went above and beyond in courtesy, professionalism, punctuality and affordability. He did not charge me double and even gave a discount if I became a frequent flyer. He arrived early and even helped my son replace the tire on the rim of my chair. Very polite and patient with a sincere desire to help. 'Robert' is a professional who gets the job done. He even waited for me overtime because the Dr ordered some special tests. His partner LeAnne brought me home safe and sound without issues. I recommend this service and would give 10 stars if I could read more

First off, my grandfather is a little difficult to deal with. He has Moderate Alzheimer's and isn't good with unfamiliar faces and can get rowdy and aggressive at times. I first called ShuttleMed and tried to get a price quote for taking my grandfather to an appointment. I couldn't request time off for me to take him. I couldn't get a direct quote let alone a set time a drive would be available for me, so.... My coworker is the one who actually told me about Cardinal and the moment I called, I spoke with Rufat, and immediately got a driver on the way for my grandfather. He quoted me on my price beginning of our conversation and listened to the concerns I had for my grandfather. He explained that their driver would treat him as his own family and promised that they would meet the needs of me and my grandfather. Which is exactly what they did. Not only did they have him arrive early for his appointment but when it came to picking him up, the driver was also there early before he was released!! My grandfather was pleased with the transportation and wants to continue being with Cardinal.I would defined recommend this transportation if you are looking for a FAST, RELIABLE, and FRIENDLY ride ! They do EVERYTHING you can imagine! I've never seen my grandfather so comfortable with strangers until Cardinal came along! Thank you. read more

I had my elderly aunt visiting us from out of state. She is diabetic and has high blood pressure and has to be in intense care at times. Considering that it would be her long time staying with us and my families busy schedule I had to come up with the plan to keep her up to date with the appointments. I neither heard or knew about such a service as "medical transportation" until I casually brought it up my concerns to my friends. They immediately suggested "Cardinal" and advised me to talk to Rufat (the owner). This was a great feedback as my plan before this was to either call an uber or taxi. The vehicle is equipped with all kinds of first aid necessities and driver is CPR certified. This adds a "peace of mind" knowing that if things go wrong en route, she is in safe hands rather than trusting her to a random uber driver. Also, your insurance will cover the expenses, which is a great +!!! Rufat was very respectful, responsive with great listening skills and assured to make this experience as great as possible for her. To say the least, she is greatly pleased with the service and I don't need to worry about making time on my calendar to take her to appointments. My husband is in a wheelchair it was suggested we use Cardinal Medical Transport. The driver was so professional and took care of us the entire trip and knew all the ways to get there. My favorite driver was Joseph. The lady that dispatches the rides is a jewel and enjoy talking to her.
