When she came out to even look at my bellybutton I said if I didn't have the right anatomy to pierce it I would get something else so she wouldn't feel like she had too, then when I showed her she got annoyed and said I couldn't get the one I wanted and I could only get the floating navel which is fine but then she got snappy when my boyfriend tried to hold my hand for a second because he thought she was piercing me and then when she went to pierce me she didn't even tell me when she was piercing me she just stuck the needle in. I knew when she did it that it felt a little tight but I just thought it was because she had just done it but after a couple hours i realized how much it was pinching my skin together and how much it hurt, I couldn't walk, bend over, or do anything bc of how tiny the piercing was. Not to mention she didn't use a clamp so she pierced way too much skin. I went to two different tattoo shops to try and get it changed out and every time I said I went to liquid chaos and every time I said that they said " oh you went to Kayla" the one shop told me that they had many customers come in unhappy because of how Kayla pierced them. He had our art for well over a month and we had to send it multiple times. We get there and he hadn't even drawn hers up, so he spent almost two hours on that and only one of us got our ink after devoting an entire day and tons of gas money to this inconsiderate and unprepared artist. I'd scheduled my appointment with her for 11 am but I didn't actually arrive until almost 11:20, I feared I had lost my spot due to the chaos of my morning that day but she was very understanding and still gave me a very great make up job for my Halloween. I was very comfortable while working with her and she was very helpful at helping me get exactly what I wanted. She is also very resourceful and creative. The pricing was very fair and I was very satisfied with the job that was done. Possibly the only downside was later that night when I was taking the liquid latex out of my facial hair but I guess I should've anticipated that though.

Noor is so amazingly talented. I'd been following her on Instagram for a while, and decided to take…read morethe plunge and have my brows permanently tattooed. I was super nervous since it's permanent but I trusted her work and skill and I'm so glad I did. I got nano combination brows, meaning a natural look, hair like strokes in the front and gentle shading at the tail, all using a handheld tattoo machine. My skin is super oily so microblading would not have worked, it would have looked smeared and not lasted nearly as long. I wanted them full but not obvious. I have very little natural brow hair so I was so scared of how it would end up looking. She did a fantastic job! It did hurt at the beginning but after the numbing solution started working it was a breeze. You get the brows done, then have a touch up in 4-8 weeks to fill in anything that didn't heal perfectly. You have to follow their instruction sheet to get the results you want, but it's super easy. The salon, Nady B's was bright and beautiful, but a bit crowded together and loud. I do wish there were private rooms or partitions, so you weren't getting serviced in the middle of a busy room, especially since the service is $350+, which includes a touch up. I would recommend anyone get their brows( or amazing henna, she is truly an artist!) done by Noor. She was wonderful and I am very, very happy with these awesome brows that look so perfect.

Brides beware!! They are very slow to respond and communicate expectations poorly. Their…read morecancellation policy is 72 hours once the contract is signed and they seemingly intentionally do not respond in a timely manner within the cancellation window. Once outside of the cancellation window they were more responsive, however rude and unwilling to flex on their policy even after citing reasons why I was uncomfortable moving forward with their hair services, and willingness to work with them before deciding to cancel (the result was not what I wanted and I communicated this within 24 hours to them). I was dissatisfied with the hair trial for my wedding, which was voiced during the trial and dismissed, and now I am stuck with a non-refundable deposit because of their poor communication practices. I politely requested the difference of the deposit and trial services refunded to me, and was met with extreme defensiveness. I felt extremely undervalued as a customer, and their apology simply did not feel genuine or with any desire to make it right. Be careful when referencing their "not normal business hours" approach, because they will use this to say that just about any time that you contact them does not fall within that time frame. This is the main concern, I had high hopes and excitement for their services based on previous reviews, and was incredibly disappointed with the way they do business. They are very shady with contracts, and seems they will skew their words to ensure they are not violating their own contract. See the other one star reviews, it was a similar experience. Aside from that, Kaity who did my makeup was absolutely incredible. I started with wanting "natural but amp-ed up" and then realized I liked a lot more glam. She listened and provided advice, gave me exactly like my inspiration, and the makeup lasted all day - even after a gym workout. If you are confident in your services and need no changes, this make-up is worth it.
