I came in for routine service on my vehicle that includes their "Multii Point Inspection". I discovered that the air filter more than likely was not inspected (see photo). Possibly the service tech just forgot to check and advise. I did notify they of the issue and I was happy to hear them taking responsibility by offering to replace the filter at no-charge if I drive back. Maybe they will extend the offer to my next visit?Unfortunately, I was already home when I discovered the dirty filter and purchased a new one at a local auto parts shop.
