I walked up there with $1500 in cash, in 90 degree weather with my two year old. I had to go find the 3 employees even though they saw me walk up through the window. Then told me the sales person wasn't there yet and to wait 20 mins, I said okay. 30 mins and 2 browsing groups of people later they decided to tell me ( who is still waiting outside with my toddler) that it's going to be another 20/30 mins......horrible service!!! I do believe it was because I was black and a woman, because the first group after I got there was a Spanish mother and toddler just like me then it was a dad and daughter possibly also Spanish. They left me and my two year old outside for almost an hour, when I had $1500 in cash! They are prejudice if not racist and if you can go the extra .02 miles to the next dealership...DO IT!!! I don't know where to begin. This place is awful. Bought a car since the begging my car had a few issues. Some of them were fix by the mechanic but I paid for a few repairs. Multiple times I took the car to the dealer but I was always told that nothing was wrong. Now my car is not turning on. Even though I have warranty they take weeks to repair the damage. I thought you just said yesterday that I had a deal and if I come with the required docs and down payment I had a car? These people lie about their cars, I went in tricked asking them fake questions about cars, since I use to work at a dealership, they don't know squat. They try to best to wing and lie about cars I had compare to cars that were the same because one car was making a knocking sound and they were trying to sell to me it like that so I had them compared the engines, big difference, opened the hood you can see right away bolts lose, hoses leaking, rep rims. This dealership can't be trusted. I was correcting the salesman on cars when I shouldn't have. No covid safety measurements at all, they don't sanitized the cars witnessed it myself. They admit to me they use the cheapest autozone parts possible and they go wreaking yards(Pick a part) to buy parts to fix their cars. They also admit they buy the car and fix whats "needed" and detail the car after. A CLEAN ENGINE DOES NOT MEAN ITS GOOD. I use to detail cars every car I seen there had swirls, looks like they take it across the street to arco car wash drive thru for $5. You play dumb you catch dumb people trying to lie for a sale. If you shop here you better know you cars, bring YOUR OWN MECHANIC to check the car you're interested in, they're mechanics ARE NOT certified or licensed, they can't guarantee successful work. No cups for water, this guy literally was trying to cut a used water bottle to use a cup, like are you kidding me, during this pandemic, no common sense. VERY POOR DEALERSHIP. I bought my very first vehicle ever with this dealership. David was cool at first very helpful but not even 6 months into having the car, it already had a timing chain problem and a transmission problem. 6 MONTHS. Not even a year and it was already jacked up. I went back to them to see if they can help me out in any way, they lie a lot. Never helped me when the car was messed up. When it hits the shit, they don't respond. I went to fix the timing chain and the transmission and overall I spent about 5,000$ just on fixing the car which I still owe on which means I have already paid way more for the car than the actual value. I went in today hoping to speak to David, he didn't even greet me at all when I walked in he walked right past me. The only person I talked to was some old man who's name I do not know and he wasn't professional at all. Definitely DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER AT ALL. Worst dealership I have ever been to and I definitely will not be returning. Customer service definitely is not their priority. Their only focus is to sell the car in any way possible regardless of the condition it's in. Don't make the same mistake I made people before you end up like me. read more

This is the worst dealership I've had to deal with. DISHONEST and very unprofessional. I was recommended to J & R through family who even knew these ppl personally. I went in, David was very kind and helpful and not like most dealerships they don't get your hopes up for nothing. Literally they just want to get rid of the car. David said himself they are not like most dealerships. I left with the car I wanted happy as can be. A couple days later got the call that myself and my boyfriend could not get approved. They said I lied about my employment Wich I did not I still had verifiable income and so did my boyfriend. They gave me the option of looking for another co-signer. I legally have 10 days to return the car back to them. They never gave me anything in writing or a time and date to turn in the car. They forcefully sent their repo company which caused a big scene because I was confused. The repo guy was so rude and hitched me while I was backing out which is totally illegal! My kids where scared screaming & crying. I had a panic attack due to the traumatizing incident. I even tried to reason with the repo man so I can take the car back myself. He had David on the phone during the whole incident and he said if I give up the car I can go Friday for my $1000 down payment. I called the next day to verify and they refused to give me my money back David said it was a lie and the repo man just said that so I'd give up the car. He also stated that the repo fee was $850 and the key I didn't return was $150 coincidently adding up to my down payment ya right. Mind you I only had this car for 6 days. I've been in the same situation before had a car for 30 days and I still got my down payment back! IT IS ILLEGAL WHAT J&R is doing they stole $1000 from me and no there is nothing on the contract stating they can keep my down payment. They will pay for the emotional, physical & financial damage they caused me in such a short time. read more

I purchased a 2010 Chevy Camaro from Jand R motors and have had the car for over a year with nothing but problems from the very beginning. Drove off the lot the day of I purchased the vehicle started making noise turn right back around and that's when it all began... I had to take the vehicle several times for the next two months getting repairs Which was a very big inconvenience since I live an hour away and I was missing work those times. Found out one major problem was The Cadillac converter. repairs were not done correctly and was given a Cadillac converter that was rigged and not new. They even went as far as giving me a receipt showing a brand new one was put in. a year later after making payments and them not wanting to refund me my deposit from the beginning so I could return the car I had to replace the transmission $3000. I tried to call the dealership they would ignore my calls and as well for them to somebody that wouldn't return my calls. After replacing the transmission the Cadillac converter needed to be replaced reminding that I was supposedly given a brand new one in August 2021 and that's when I found out about it being rigged and not being there for the proper Cala converter. Now having to pay almost $5000 in repairs on a car that I'm still making payments for was not worth it. JNR motors are not honest people and will blame everybody around them for whatever issues you have. Not to mention my daughter got a car through them right away the car wasn't working my daughters friend got a car through them the roof caved in when she went to the car wash and Jand R motors didn't even care and she had just purchased a vehicle and her kids were in the car. Don't go to J&R motors You're better off building your own car from scratch. read more

It's a used dealership the cars are gonna have some things wrong with it. you just have to keep this in mind before the month warranty runs out get it fix by them for free. i got a 2014 Nissan Sentra with 70 thousand miles,I was a first time buyer not the best income and they approved me.yes the apr rate was high but the car runs well they worked with the down payment.they fix the motor mounts and the shocks on the car free and the windows wouldn't go up ether they fix that too that was with in the warranty now that several month past the car still runs good and i do need to now fix the shift nob since it's not working will but that's what you expect with a used car to have problems only thing i recommend is if your getting a used car from here check if the motor mounts okay the way you do that if you feel the car shaking too much on drive and when you switch in reverse and drive you feel the car move a bit from the steering wheel . Another thing is to see if ever mechanical thing work like lights windows seat going forward and back ect. Get them to fix all that i hope it helps you decide it's been a meh experience read more
