These guys are an absolute joke. I came to this dealership in search of a reliable small 4 cylinder car for work commute. I wasn't too concerned about the exterior as it will be a commuter car from point A to B. I saw a Corolla on their lot that essentially looked like a beater, however appeared to look mechanically good for $7k. The exterior had dents, scratches, minor collision damages, and the paint clear coat had flaked off the surface. The interior clothe had rips, tears, and stains everywhere. When it came time to start the paperwork, the salesman said he will add-on an additional $2k for paint protection and security alarm. You have no idea how stupid this sounds for me to pay $2k add-on's for a $7k junk car. Had this been a nicer and more expensive car, it would make more sense. Either way, no buyer should have to pay these excessive add-on's charges. read more

I find it hard to believe that the positive reviews are real or are probably paid for. Pick up a Chevy Impala a while back from them, seem cool till a month in starting having issues. Took my car in a couple times to their repair shop & realized how much of a red flag this place is when they ignore your calls. Took 3-4 months to fix the issues and still had them after they gave back to me. I had to replace the engine, trans, suspension, tires, headlights & etc. Ended up taking the car somewhere else. Bad CARFAX, fake! run the license plates before you purchase, make sure you're financing through a legit bank. When I sold the vehicle that I purchased through Norco auto land Carmax told me that the vehicle had been in two accidents prior to my purchase, and when I paid off the remaining balance of my vehicle, my credit should have gone up or at least said the vehicle was paid off but the vehicle never went on my credit. Nothing was ever reported so make sure you're careful with who you"finance" through. This car dealership may work with poor credit but they also sell you poor vehicles. When I got into a car accident the auto repair said the car had issues prior to accident but luckily thanks to my insurance they fixed it. read more

I don't recommend this dealer to anyone!! I purchased a car 6 months ago and after 2 weeks I've had it has had problems. I've taken it in for the same problems and they can't fix after they've said they fixed. 2 days ago my car stopped running and I can't use it!! Having warranty, the times we have called these past 3 days to take it in they tell us they have the lot full but how choose cars they are inspecting to sale over costumers vehicles. This place is shameful. Shame on you for being so dishonest. You sold a car that had huge issues, sold a warranty company you work with that are scammers as well. The trade-in was never in the contract, but my son was overwhelmed by all the back-and-forth with managers coming in and talking to him and pressuring the sale that he did not realize that they never gave him a single red cent for his trade-in. Let's not forget that the trade-in is being used by someone there but yet it's never been transferred into their name. They use the car through the toll roads and get parking violation and have not register the car. I now receive letters from the DMV with a huge red delinquent status, and oh best part of it notices from the franchise board, wanting to put a lien because of the parking evading the tolls and delinquent registration. We have called and asked to get this resolved for months and still nothing , but that's OK. I am going to report you to the Better Business Bureau's and if it doesn't get resolved, I will see you in court.. had to put a one star because that's all the lowest there was, you deserve no stars. read more

Volkswagen made it happen for $333 a month (mind you I wasn't going over $270-$300/month), and drivetime literally told me that their vehicles being sold aren't based off credit so a vehicle for the similar price was going to cost me over $400/month. I saw these guys ad on a social media page and just applied without thinking any of it. Within minutes Cesar called asking some questions and I simply said I don't want to go over $270/month.
