Not having received any kind of notification from Graham Sporting Goods one week later on Friday, March 20th, I called asking about the status of my order. The lady I spoke to spent 10 minutes going through her junk mail box to see if she could find any tracking information. She was unable to find any information regarding my order and told me that she would call me first thing Monday morning. Monday morning....no phone call. I called Monday afternoon, the lady said the item was being shipped 3 day mail. She guaranteed me that the item was in stock and on it's way. I called Tuesday, March 24th, to see if I could get tracking information on the item. The man I spoke to told me that he needed to find out the tracking information and call me back. Why they don't have access to tracking information when customers call is beyond me! Guess what!?! No phone call back from him. So, here we are almost two weeks past the day that I ordered, 8 business days past the day my order "was going to ship out"...Wednesday, March 25....and I called in yet again....MY ITEM IS ON BACKORDER!!!! Now we'll see how long it takes them to refund me for my cancelled order. Let me remind you that I received no communication from the business! I had to call them each time!
