More less chumming it up with one another . As far as the selection goes I saw what I originally had seen on line and at a decent price . If I was to order elsewhere I'd have to deal with shipping etc so the cost wasn't the best but it evened out . We stood there for a few and watched this fellow walk right on by and nope not a word . By then the wide am was fed up and loudly said Hi how are you ? And the. He spoke up . By then we were done so no you cannot help me and I will take my business elsewhere.

I looked at cups and yetis one time and just looks like a lot of those supplies have been sitting and picking up dust. Customer service: literally non existent. In fact, the first time I went there, another customer showed me where the ammo I needed was. Give the guys the benefit of the doubt right?Indeed. Wish I had never flagged a salesman down for assistance my 2nd time in the store when I bought this Bryan Compact Launcher. I should have followed my instincts and merely walked out. I never used the stupid thing. In fact, I never even opened the case as evidenced by the fact that the green tape is not broken on the case handle. 3rd time in: sale slip, original bag and the aforementioned unopened case with all items in the case intact and untouched, and I bring my best friend (who knows much more than I about guns). I want to return this thing and get a revolver. Nope. No returns, exchanges or "buy-back" on this weapon, because they explain "it is non-lethal". Now, would have been too much work for the salesman to mention this before I purchased a $550.00 non-lethal weapon? I walked right into this trap and it slammed shut. By the way we insisted that the store manager was called, and we got no where with this less than helpful "gent" as well. I would not set foot in this store ever again. I wanted to do some shopping around for a new firearm and came upon this business…read more After checking Google for the hours of operation, I called the business to confirm that someone would be available. I had the pleasure of speaking with Justin and he informed me that although he does leave regularly during the day for inventory, he would be in for the next couple of hours. I headed to the location and had no issue finding the business. The parking is on gravel but there are actual parking spots at the end of the street if you had any issues or didn't mind the walk. When I entered he was helping another customer so I took the time to grab a business card and walk around the space. There weren't many items on display in the shop other than accessories. I didn't mind the wait though and it wasn't long before I was greeted with a warm welcome. Justin informed me that although they do not keep inventory in the building he can usually order or provide the products same day. I appreciate him taking the time to offer suggestions and answer any questions or concerns I had. Depending on what you're looking for the prices can vary and even land on the higher side. Overall helpful and informative visit for my continued search.
