Earlier today I called the store to ask a question about the availability of the Theragun Mini. A kind young lady picked up the phone and was able to help me. She told me that they had one remaining in stock and that if I wanted to, I could place an order over the phone and pick it up later. She walked me through the whole process, and was still polite when the computer messed up and erased all of our progress in the middle. Needed a new shoe since I recently had foot surgery. The salesman was a little obnoxious. He mentioned that my podiatrist didn't know anything about shoes and what I should wear. I was offended by his comment. So, had him measure my foot. He did bring several shoes for me to try. Very disappointed in this store. I've run in their running clubs for over three years and the quality of them has gone down over time. They have never been overly organized, but they now owe our entire group two T-shirts that are supposed to come with the running club. One from the spring session and another from the summer of 2019. They did manage to order and print T-shirts to sell ("Running is not canceled") but they could not get our group run club shirts. read more

I'm picky and indecisive about a lot of things, especially when making purchases, and at no point during my experience did I feel rushed, which I greatly appreciated. I was fitted to the right shoe for my feet, and then I was able to try them out for a run in the store and outside. And I love the 60-day return policy, so if I don't love my shoes (but I'm sure I will), I can return them in 60 days, even if I've taken them out for a longer run. read more

Nice store and selection but the 'managed shopping ' is super annoying. Shoes on display on the wall, no prices posted and you have to let them watch you take two steps (as if that would be sufficient) then they magically know which shoes they want to sell you (not which ones you want). Forget it if you want to try a different style; eye rolling and passive aggression. If they'd dial it down it would be a nice shop. read more

They have a way to measure your feet and problems with electronic equipment. They take their time to insure you are happy with your selection. The thing I really loved was the 60 day money back guarantee. You can wear your shoes everywhere and if you find they just do one feel right, they will take them back. I had purchased two different styles of shoes. I realized after a couple days the one pair just felt too small. I went in and explained the problem. I never heard of your store. I'm not a runner. I'm just an average person who needs to get out and walk and needed a pair of extra-lightweight shoes with lots of cushion and support, per my doctor.
