While I was shopping I could hear the owner on the phone with a customer assisting them and not rushing to get them to hang up which is very nice. Once I checked out she offered to wrap it for me with no extra charge. I thought it was such a special touch. She also has an adorable dog that was behind the counter who was a friendly old lady. She lives near this store so she reached out to the owner who remembered us and the item that I wanted. Since she is travelling with to shows with her Christmas stuff, she told me friend she would leave the item at her store and we could come in whenever we wanted to get it.
