It was a quiet weekday morning and there were not too many customers in the store, and I thought it was odd to not encounter the usual cheerful employees the company has. They continued to tell other employees how we tried to take the trolley in some sort of disbelief as if they told us but they never did. Super rude and unclear about policies. Finally when cashiers did arrive the crowd erupted in cheers and the staff could have cared less. When I mentioned the wait was too long I was told by the nasty cashier "Well I'm here now". Not sure who owns the store but your "managers" need to be trained on how to properly run a store because they are horrible.

I wouldn't suggest a long drive to get here. STP used to be a Christian, family owned establishment but the owners either died or retired and the children sold the business to the TJX Companies. On the walkie talkie (Retail Walkie Code Talk "manager of the day") calling him/her to the checkout lanes to catch me (according to her ignorant judgment ) the so-called "shoplifter" and call loss prevention to catch me when she was was apparently trying to accuse me of shoplifting, when in fact I was not. She knew her shame and embarrassment when I mocked her in her tone, what that she said and she deliberately walked away. A few months passed and I went to the store browsing again with the same family member of mine and she gives me this "smart look". I said to myself, she is a complete "bitch" and that if it wasn't my family member that I was browsing with, and giving her some dignity that I would never go back into the store and shop again ever in my life, she was so disgusting that I don't ever want to see her working there again, and I hope that she gets fired.
