What a fun store!…read more We were in need of a few Christmas cards and saw the Hallmark sign. But holy moly, they offer so much more than cards, stationery, and paper products: clothing, accessories (for winter: hats, scarves...), jewelry, water bottles, Goodr sunglasses, home decor items (candles, blankets...), chocolates, kids' toys, and a variety of gift items. What a fun and neatly organized store to explore. We found the cards we needed in the back of the store, and then stumbled upon the perfect gift for our bird-loving Aunt: bird seed ornaments in the shape of birds (so random but so spot on - she loved them!). We bought some chocolates too. I resisted the urge to buy the "It's a beaut, Clark" sweatshirt...but wish I bought it! We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again next Christmas! Cheers!

She came across as passive-aggressive toward employees who were clearly working hard while she stood around doing nothing. On top of that, her behavior was blatantly racist. I am not a person of color, but the difference in how she treated customers was obvious. She repeatedly ignored non-white customers and followed them around the store as if she were waiting to accuse them of stealing. This is not the first time concerns like this have been raised about her, which begs the question: why is she still employed? Many people that I've talked to said they will not step foot in this store again as long as she remains the manager, and I am one of them. Her behavior made ME deeply uncomfortable and I wasn't even a 'target' for her. It's especially disappointing because the rest of the employees are wonderful, and I would much rather continue shopping there and supporting them than having to drive to another location. Fire. This. Woman.

Absolutely amazing to meet what I assume is the owner, who shared his incredible knowledge and quite interesting, if horrifying, details of William Burroughs biography. This is to me, the most crucial difference between a corporate chain, where the clerks might be nice and courteous, and a community based shop that knows its patronage, able to share insights with its customers, connecting people to stories and ultimately, creating new stories. What the gentlemen shared with me is sensational and haunting, it was about Burroughs shooting his wife at a party, trying to perform a trick by shooting the apple she placed on her head. He missed the apple. It haunted him and now, me, what a graphic image, what a horrendous and tragic way to part with life. And what a wonderful experience and a great book i purchased, in fact the selection here while small and eclectic, is quite impeccable. I purchased Zadie Smith's new book "the Fraud" and so glad i did, I really want that book in my library. Can't wait to come back to this shop.

Upon entering we were greeted by a nice gentlemen who let us explore the store at our own pace. We were pleasantly surprised by the vast variety of books that were culturally sensitive, with strong Black protagonist. Being a multiracial family, this is very important to us. Take a look at the great selection they had, you won't regret it. They also have story time during the week and weekends. Oh, it's also right next to the Crayola Factory! There's street parking throughout and a few public lots in the surrounding area. Can't wait to come here next time we are in Easton. If this review was helpful, show me some love.

This is a cute little shop with high end cards and gift items, plus the option to design your own stationary. I definitely enjoyed the eye candy, but couldn't see myself shopping here often -- maybe more for inspiration or a special occasion, since their cards average out to ~$5 a pop. They do have a nice variety of classy and cheeky cards. If you are a letterpress nerd who loves the feel of luxury cardstock, it will be delightful. I particularly appreciate that they carry quite a lot of cards and products by Emily McDowell, a graphic designer I much admire. (PS she makes the best "get well" cards, if you haven't encountered them before.)

I think I received more compliments on the invites than any other part of our wedding! They're extremely professional and creative. They walk you through your options and ensure you make the choice that is right for you and your budget- NOTE - make sure you mention your budget so you do not fall in love with something that will completely destroy you! I was impressed by the many options they presented for the invites, but also how well they coordinated our invites with our table number displays. They are expensive, but honestly they're worth it. Such wonderful work and extremely fast turn around times!
