I don't know where to begin, our. First of all we were there for pre-planning which of course is easier when you're not dealing with an immediate or r unexpected death. We did not want our adult children to be left with the burden. I have been researching for a couple years on and off and learned so much. Do you know not all companies have crematoriums on site. Some are not even in the same state.Care Cremation and Burial has both refrigeration and crematorium on site at each of their locations. This business is family owned and run. It's hard to believe their prices and offers. From the time they pick you up you are 100% in their care. We had questions all answered easily. This is a hard review to write, but after losing my sister and best friend, this place really deserves an honest review. Since first contact, the owner here really had a ton of compassion to help my extended family and I handle the affairs we needed to. The quality of how they treated my sister after she passed and her remains thereafter, along with working with us to organize the viewing, the staff here really showed humanity to the situation. I did my due diligence because you never know the reviews are real. I called the company before the passing of my father and spoke to the owner for at least 15 minutes. What can we say about care cremation? They were great!! Aaron was such a great help to us in a horrible time. He helped arrange and fought to get my father in law from another mortuary home to care creation. The other mortuary home was automatically assigned to pick up my father n law and were charging triple for services and would take weeks to make the arrangements. I searched around by Yelp, yes Yelp cause we don't know any companies out in Vegas as we are from California, but my father n law lived in Vegas and no other immediate family lived there to assist. thank goodness we found care creation. Aaron was very kind, very transparent and communicated very well. I had to deal with TWO funeral home as my mother died in Florida but was buried in Vegas. The funeral home in Florida was "Jewish" and I think convinced me that was important. While Aaron is not, he had explained to me how very well versed he is in Jewish burials and processes and I deeply regret not having Aaron take over more of the process as the FL place was a complete nightmare. Aaron even got a flat tire on the way to the funeral and was still there before me! Aaron is very compassionate and reassuring. Very professional and understands his industry. My husband passed away unexpectedly and I was so fortunate that the hospice social worker guided me to Care. Savannah was my first contact and she explained that a transporter would arrive shortly and that Aaron, the owner, would contact me soon. Transport arrived within the hour and the gentleman was so kind and respectful. I had a phone appointment with Aaron the following morning and he thoughtfully walked me through the whole process. He even went so far as to contact the newspaper to place the obituary. As a final kindness he hand delivered my husband's remains and the death certificates.
